• DARIUSZ (10/5): - Apartament w pierwszej linii brzegowej, blisko murów Starego Miasta, dwupoziomowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, dwie sypialnie na niższym poziomie, do każdej sypialni łazienka. Na górnym poziomie salon z kuchnią i dużym stołem, przy którym można zjeść wspólny posiłek, dodatkowa toaleta. Najbardziej zaskoczyło mnie miejsce garażowe😀, w Kadyksie nie jest łatwo zaparkować. Polecam ten apartament👍
• Rosario (9/5): Great location and amenities with bonus car parking - Great location and setup of apartment Automated phone system to open doors etc was difficult for us and needs some modification. Owner had to come to location to sort out issues with access codes and our phone systems. closing and reopening location settings on phone resolved issues. Mattresses or bed base needs replacing due to sagging and not good for old backs like mine and dust underneath beds affected some of us with allergies (Cleaners need to ensure this does not happen again)

Nulla di fondamentale però - nella camera con due letti singoli uniti, scoprendo il letto ho trovato alcuni capelli nelle lenzuola - il letto matrimoniale cigolava

• Brian (7/5): Disappointing - Location …good walking to historic area and restaurants. Parking was a plus Access info was not good. No front door code, however a tenant let us in. Thank goodness our friend spoke Spanish & had wifi connection after about 15 minutes of trying to connect they assisted by phone to get in. The pics they send are all very nice but when you do not have wifi and expect to find a matching door lock (which was actually on the inside ) it makes it difficult. When you rent yo clients from CANADA PLEASE anticipate that this process is foreign. Noted garage fob & key inside apt. So park, get access then take fob to park. Again, did not inform that the same fob opened the main door, we guessed. Also, when asked for info to access the garage, (just take the elevator) only works if you are told that the additional fob KEY must me inserted in the elevator to get to the car. Please see pics of the coffee pot, bottom which was warped so wobbled & so rusted we could not use it. And the chipped & cracked coffee cups. Not great folks. For the record also anyone with mobility issues be aware that there are stairs, no railing down to sub level bedrooms. And, the double bed has terrible squeaks every time we moved. Would not recommend

No sé dispone de productos de limpieza, lo que habría sido bueno para una mejor estancia. El sofá es incómodo y la higiene, en general, puede mejorarse.

• Jose Manuel (9/5): Muy buena casa para pasar unos dias en Cadiz cerca de la playa y la ciudad - La cercanía a la playa y a la ciudad. También que tuviera parking me parecio muy útil y aprecie mucho tenerlo, dada la dificultad para aparcar en la ciudad. Me gusto la equipacion de la casa. Tiene de todo y en muy buen estado. Además es muy espacioso y los 3 baños son muy útiles. Todo esta muy nuevo, cuidado y limpio. Muy interesante que tuviera la entrada automatizada al bloqur y al apartamento a través de una app instalada en el movil. Funcionó de maravilla y fue comodisimo para todo el grupo no depender de las llaves. En general me gusto todo. Es un duplex y las habitaciones están en un semisotano, por lo que entra poca luz natural. En una de ellas no se podían abrir las baldas de las ventanas y no entraba nada de luz. También me pareció un poco caro el alquiler, aunque son los precios que ahora hay en Cadiz.

A plus Is that you have a garage than in a small city like Cadiz is great if you go with car because find a parking is a bit difficult and most places you have to pay. It's a bit dark but didn't bother much because we expend most of the day outside and I miss a bit more of kitchen supplies ( we had only a teaspoon).

• Mária (10/5): Well equipped clean and big appartment just next to the beach (but no sea view) - I have spent tremendous days in Cádiz also thanks to being accomodated in Apartamento Duplex La Estrella secured by Alquiler vacacional Cádiz. The communication with the company was fast, pleasant and the apartment ready on time and clean. In the apartment I felt like at home. It was simply a perfect stay. Apartamento Duplex La Estrella has 2 bedrooms, big modern well equipped kitchen space with livingroom and 3 bathrooms which is great for families. The appartment lacks the daylight as the sleeping rooms are with small windows just under the ceiling with outside blinds and living room has big windows but also with outside blinds. I can believe that in hot summer it is the advantage, in April when I was there I would welcome more natural light in. The appartment is situated 2 min. from the beach and sea, close to the city centre. I felt very safe in the streets and in the beach during the days and at nights. If you travel in between Seville and Cadiz by train make sure you book the train tickets in advance. There are days and times when the train is fully booked.
• John (4/5): Can not recommend nor would we stay here again. Sorry to be negative but it lacked in too many areas for us. . . - Free garage parking. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Advertised as all on ground floor. . .steps to get up to flat once in the building. Once in flat the bedrooms were in basement with a stairway that was hard to use because of curve and lack of handrail. No electric kettle and no welcome tea or coffee packets. “City view” meant looking into the apartments in front of your windows, or watching the feet pass by in your bedroom. The instructions for entering the building, parking and front door of the flat were unclear and confusing. Light switches were very hard to find and use.
• Tim (1/5): Not good wouldn’t recommend…. - The access to the apartment was via a remote connection on your telephone which we found almost impossible to use, and had to call the company numerous times for help which we found very distressing. To access the garage parking was a similar problem…. The accommodation was very dark and the bedrooms where in the basement.. Overall a very negative experience….
• Vivien (8/5): Definitely recommend the apartment for location and space. - Fantastic location to explore on foot - easy to find by car and the parking space was great, meant we could forget the car for the duration of our stay. Very clean and quiet. Slightly confusing link/app to gain access - once we discovered that the garage key also allowed us into the building, it was fine. We weren't old that you need to key to go down in the lift to the car (but not up!). Staff were helpful and available during working hours to help.
• Wendy (8/5): All good as long as you are computer literate for the entry system.. 😁 - Good location - an easy walk to the old town etc. Great communication with the staff especially when I had difficulty getting into the apartment. Entry was fully computerised, instructions were given but I still had trouble following them and found it all very stressful. Once everything was sorted it was quite straightforward. This is when you need a grandchild with you!.. 😁
• Malcolm (6/5): Nice but the locks are not explained well and English communication is unsatisfactory - Location and cost The smartphone key and garage key, and communication on these was very poor. 1) the link provided to use the smart door key cannot be shared with other users. Only one user at a time. So if you have more than one user it needs to be transferred each time, regardless of what the owners say. 2) the garage key has two functions which need to be explained fully. It is used in the lift to get the lift down to the floors in the garage. I also think the key fob is used to open the garage door. 3) not if the above was properly explained in English, and the owners are only prepared to communicate via WhatsApp. Which makes resolving the above very tiresome. These are the reasons for a poor score

• Ann (9/5): Superb - Apartment was beautiful! Very difficult to get in. We had trouble figuring out how to enter apartment. You need a smart phone. We missed a night of our payed stay due to codes and difficulty getting in.
• Giusy (10/5): Just perfect - Perfect location, just opposite the beach and about 15/20 mins walk from the old town. Bus stop 3 mins away, you can reach the centre with only 4/5 stops. Supermarkets also a few minutes away. Apartment clean and comfortable, bigger than I expected. Washing machine pod which was a plus! Little details make big difference. I would recommend.
• John (9/5): Lovely apartment with car parking close to the beach and old town - Lovely modern apartment, plenty of space and everything you could need. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and a short walk (15 mins) to the old town and main sights. Great to have car parking on site too. The WIFI was a bit slow at times and we had some issues with the signal on the television. Access to the apartment is all done through a web link or app, we had some problems with mobile signal at times to get into the entrance of the building though a fob is provided once you have got into the apartment.

SPLENDID apartment on the ground floor (street side) This is a duplex so you need to use stairs.to access the bedrooms. Could be a problem for people with mobility.
• Trudy (9/5): Great location for those that like to walk! - Location was great, just outside of the "old town" walls. Close enough to walk to all the highlights in the old town area. And, only 1.5 blocks to the waterfront (with a beach). And, only a 10 minute walk to a great grocery store. The 2 floor layout allowed for a wonderful sleep as the bedrooms on the lower level had limited light shining in. The upper level had lots of room, and the kitchen was well equipped. Having a parking spot in a secure garage was an added bonus, as we never needed to check on our vehicle during our stay Everything was very good. Having a bit more direction on the garage entrance / exit would have been helpful (although we were able to figure it out!)
• Jane (8/5): Great location and was good value. - Great location, clean and very comfortable. Had some issues with accessing the property using the app. Had to be sent another link and throughout our stay we never managed to work for the building and apartment door at the same time. We had to keep switching between the two which was a bit frustrating but didn’t cause any major issues. There was no view from the apartment just the building opposite across the road which also meant you had to have the blinds closed at all times so that no one could see in. Same in bedrooms could not have any natural light.

• Zoe (8/5): Very good - The property location was great and generally the property was what I expected and it was convenient for the beach and also to walk into the city and to restaurants and bars etc. Having a parking space is a big advantage and we liked that once we got the hang of how to access the garage etc. The cleaning in the bedrooms and bathrooms could have been better. It was a problem accessing the apartment, there was no key it was all done on a website or app, now I am good with such things but even I had problems as my phone would not connect to network inside the hallway of the block of apartments and it was difficult to connect to their wifi. I had to ring the emergency contact number several times. It would be better for someone to meet you the first time with access like this or change the access to have a key.
