• Marjolaine (9/5): - Le bungalow avec vue mer était super, très spacieux et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et avec beaucoup de choix, l’emplacement du resort est très bien C’est juste un peu dommage que la plage soit un peu sale (plastique…)
• Marc Daelmans (8/5): - Fijne kamers, de suites zitten op de 5e en 6e verdieping en hebben mooi uitzicht op de zee. Kamers groot en super schoon. Badkamer helaas geen douche alleen een ligbad met een handdouche. Erg oncomfortabel. Super vriendelijk personeel en alles super schoon en fris. Scooters huren bij hotel binnen paar minuten geregeld. Je loopt ook zo vanuit het hotel de boulevard op. Wij waren er eind april en er was werkelijk helemaal niets te doen op de boulevard. Alle restaurants en bars leeg. Seizoen is hier al over in deze periode. Het hotel heeft een fijn zwembad met super leuke barman. Er is helaas nauwelijks meer een strand bij het hotel. Er is nog een heel klein stukje over onder de palmbomen dat vol staat met ligbedjes. Het strand is helemaal weggeslagen door de stroming en de golven. Er ligt een betonnen muurtje die het laatste stukje strand moet beschermen. Links van het hotel alleen maar rommel op het stukje strand dat er nog is. Aan de rechterkant zit een beachclub met zitzakken waar het 's avonds gezellig is en nog een beetje druk wordt bij zonsondergang. De rest van de dag is er ook niets te doen want helaas hebben ze daar ook geen strand meer. Daarvoor moet je een stukje doorwandelen naar andere resorts. -
• Thi Bao Trang (10/5): Wir würden nochmal Bungalow nehmen. Die Klimaanlage läuft rund um die Uhr . - Schöne Bungalow. Gepflegter Garten mit Teich und Fische. Der Strand ist leider weg gespült Etwa 1 km südlich von Coral Bay ist East West Brewing , kann man gutes Bier trinken und schön am Strand liegen
• Albert (8/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Hotelanlage ist schön, das Frühstück ist auch gut. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es keinen richtigen Sandstrand mehr und in der Nähe laufen Rohre ins Meer (Abwasser?). Man kann aber 200 Meter zu einem schöneren Strandabschnitt weiterlaufen. Das Gym wird überhaupt nicht gepflegt, kann man vergessen.

• Paul (6/5): Overall, the property has a fantastic beachfront location, beautiful ocean views, and a relaxed, social atmosphere. The - The property has a really nice mix of being both relaxing and social — perfect for budget-minded travellers, whether you’re a couple, family, or group of friends. It’s the kind of place where you can chill out or be a bit social around the pool and bar. The location is a big plus — absolute beachfront with amazing ocean views, and an easy walk to nearby restaurants and bars, which made everything super convenient. The pool area was lovely, especially with the swim-up bar — a great spot to spend the afternoon. The property itself was clean, and overall had a nice, easy holiday feel. The staff were a standout, especially Jane, who went above and beyond during our stay. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with scooter hire and organising attraction tickets, which made everything so much easier. There are a few areas where the property could definitely improve. Some of the bath towels were quite frayed and due for replacement. The property overall would benefit from a good amount of maintenance — including painting, repairing taps, updating furniture, and improving the water pressure. The shower setup wasn’t ideal, as it was quite low and not adjustable — even at 160cm it was difficult to comfortably stand under. We also noticed that security was often asleep at reception during the night, which didn’t give the best impression in terms of safety. Especially with a popular beach club right next door Breakfast unfortunately left a lot to be desired. On a couple of occasions, items such as pancakes and waffles appeared to have already been partially eaten, which was quite off-putting.

• Sarah (9/5): A great value gem in the hub of Phu Quoc - This hotel is excellent value for money. Right in the middle of the action yet on the beach. It has a lovely pool with sea views. We wanted to feel like we were in Vietnam (not just a big resort) and we sure did. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, they gave us a cake on my son’s birthday and were very attentive to us and our young children. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the Asian food! Would definitely recommend. If the hotel was full sun loungers might be slightly lacking.

The hotel had a private entrance to the beach, free sun loungers at beach side and a private pool. The breakfast was good with lots of options fot the buffet. The hotel also included a fitness area with gym equipment. The room I got with my partner had an amazing panoramic view which far exceeded the description. I would recommend staying here if you visit the island.

• Gabriel (8/5): Very nice resort - 8/10 The beach is not the prettiest compared to the ones nearby, and there’s a wall about 3 feet high right in front, which takes away a bit from the view. However, the pool is amazing and the overall site is beautiful. It really feels like a jungle garden with lots of greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. The bungalows are super nice, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. Overall, I recommend this place. Great stay and a very charming resort. Read above

• Victoria (9/5): Relaxed vibe with serene surroundings right on the beach. - Great location, walking distance to bus, restaurants, shops, right on the beach just behind the pool and the garden view bungalow was set amongst beautiful gardens and rockeries where frogs could be heard every evening. Staff at breakfast were awesome and the breakfast options were fantastic. Loved everything!

• Veronika (7/5): Я рассчитывала на более хороший отель за эти деньги. - Расположение и первая линия море спасает этот отель, также из плюсов довольно просторный номер. На свою цену отель совсем не тянет. В ванной полно грибка, совершенно не вкусный завтрак,(сплошной рис и макароны) который еще и заканчивается в 9 утра.

• Yunlong (7/5): - 位置很棒，就在海边很安静，走路出去5-10分钟就能到金刚超市，主街道很热闹，餐厅、酒吧和SPA应有尽有，主路上也有公交车站。房间一楼是客厅和洗浴间，但是洗浴间不知道为啥一直没有热水，还有一个想不到的桑拿房，很好用。二楼是两间客房和一个洗漱间，一间大床房带阳台，另一间是双床房，双床房的床很窄。晚上有驱赶猫狗类动物的模拟叫声，24小时不停，对于喜欢睡觉安静的人来说会有影响！ 一楼没有热水，二楼双床的床太窄
• Miras (9/5): В целом достойный отель в близи центра города - Пляж чистый аккуратный. Из песка торчала труба но из нее ничего не выливалось. Есть бассейн рядом. А в соседнем отеле каждый вечер наблюдали Fire show. Лежаки есть как деревянные так и обычные резиновые с сеточкой. Полотенце уже приготовленные для пляжа нужна забирать из номера. Бронь ставили через одну карту. но по приезду мы хотели оплатить через другую. через день нам разрешили это сделать. Но это не было так критично. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Звукоизоляция слабовата. Каждый день доносился звук двигающийся мебели с соседних номеров.

• Alex (9/5): Calm and relaxing, great location - Amazing view over the sea, super calm location just at walking distance from the bustling area nearby in Basdiot. They can organise for a scooter for you, which is very useful to roam around the area. The staff is super nice. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is really what you are looking for. Unfortunately, after the typhoons in the past years, the shore is not as sandy as it used to be, so it is not so easy to access the sea without proper shoes. Not their fault of course, it is a generalised issue in the area. However, the more sandy White Beach is just a few minutes away by scooter.

• Drago Rashev (10/5): The Panorama Room View Was Amazing! - I'm rating this hotel a 10 mostly because of the amazing room view. I had a panorama double on the 4th floor. Two of the walls are basically all windows and you can see the beach and sea from way above (the hitel is among the tallest in the area)- the view is just WOW!! Otherwise, the room is comfy, the value was good, staff helped me with some issues, there's a modest private beach with loungers and a pool. Breakfast was quite alright too. There's a fitness room which is good but it's in need of an upgrade and refresh (rusty equipment and no free weights above 10 kg)

Территория не опрятная, не ясно чем занимается сотрудник, который закреплён там для уборки, больше лежит, чем работает. 4. Море грязное.
• Shirley (7/5): Hard to communicate with staff. Housekeeping could be better - Beach was ok. I was in bungalow 8. The hotel next door had music and partying until 1 in the morning. Plus for some reason they had dog barking noises in the pathway down to the beach.
• Kiira (1/5): Yöllinen meteli on valtava! - Meren ja palvelujen läheisyydestä. Villa oli tilava, ympäristö kauniin näköinen. Emme nukkuneet kolmen yön aikana juuri lainkaan, vain pätkissä. Siitä piti huolen aivan valtava sammakoiden meteli, läpi koko yön! Lomalla pitäisi rentoutua, mutta me jouduimme valvomaan yöt melun takia ja nukkumaan päivällä kun oli hiljaisempaa. Äänieristykset todella huonot. Torakoita oli piha-alueella ja yksi löydetty myös sisältä. Hinta-laatu ei nyt kohdannut.

Très belle chambre avec vue et proximité du centre mais à 4 km de downtown Marché de nuit. Mais on avons été satisfait de l'emplacement. La petite plage privée contenant 4 Rangers de Transat fois dix entouré de part et d'autre d'hôtels et qui à partir de 17 h/18 h met musique à fond d'un côté et de l'autre un chanteur. Conclusion cela créer une cacophonie.

• Bunny469 (10/5): Perfect BeachSide Vaca - The property was perfect. Right on the beach so enjoy the sun, sand and beers for happy hour. Plenty of places around to eat. But the best massages and fresh fruit on the beach was a bonus.

God stemning fra barer og restauranter på stranden. God morgenmad med stort udvalg. Eneste minus var, at lyden fra festlighederne på strandbarerne var ret tydelige om aftenen på værelset. Og det var lydt fra gangen og ind på værelset.

• Christian (6/5): Für die Insel okay - Das Hotel ist solide. Wir haben das Panorama-Zimmer gebucht und wurden im 6. Obergeschoss einquartiert. Dieses bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Strand, den Sonnenuntergang und ist sehr geräumig. Der Zimmerservice war gut, das Frühstück passabel. Die Eier wurden auf Wunsch hervorragend von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter frisch zubereitet. Die Liegen am Strand sind zumeist ausreichend vorhanden, der Strand ist weitestgehend sauber. Die Mitarbeiter am Pool waren sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (z.B. "Bagels 'n Eggs", "Grandma's Kitchen" etc.). Phú Quốc hat sich leider zu einem Massentourismus-Albtraum entwickelt, der wohl in den nächsten Jahren noch schlimmer wird. Die Gegend wurde mit Hotels übersät, es gibt viele Bauruinen und korpotaristische Geisterstädte ohne Charme und Authentizität. Die Gäste auf der Insel sind in vielen Fällen unfreundlich, unangenehm und gestresst. Dies wirkt sich leider auch auf die Leben der Bewohner und Mitarbeiter aus. Das Hotel bleibt davon nicht verschont. Man blickt bereits beim Frühstück in viele genervte Gesichter der Mitreisenden. Der Frühstücksbereich ist leider sehr stickig und bietet keine Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Besonders fragwürdig fand ich die verschließbaren Fluchtwege. An den Türen zu den Treppenhäusern hingen Schlüssel, die man einfach hätte abschließen können (siehe Bild 2). Das stellt eine erhebliche Gefahr dar.

• Anders (9/5): A gem on Long Beach. - Location, breakfast buffet was really good. Friendly staff with good English knowledge. Fantastic view from the sea side apartments. Very cosy garden surrounding pool area. Highly recommend a visit here! Gym was a bit compact but very well equipped. Nothing, really!

• Светлана (8/5): Отель, для проживания вполне хороший, но вот если хотите пляж и море, то не сюда. Море было грязное и кусался планктон. - Хороший отель. Чистое белье, уборка ежедневно. В отеле разнообразные завтраки. Персонал старается, молодцы! Хотелось чтобы чай был не просто подкрашенной водой, а именно был хорошим чаем на завтраке. В номере стояла вода, о том, что она платная, мы узнали, когда ею воспользовались. Если вечером захотите посмотреть кино по ТV, то не получится, выхода на интернет у телевизора нет. И пляж маленький, но грязный, песок не убирается, там испражняются собаки и кошки((((, много крупных муравьев, в песке много грязи. Рядом было кафе и там постоянно велись какие то работы, было шумно, пахло соляркой и очень сильно 31 декабря пахло канализацией. А еще сотрудники продают лежаки, всем желающим из других отелей, так же эти люди лежат тут же на песке рядом с лежаками и такое ощущение, что ты в Анапе на пляже(((( так что отдохнуть на пляже не получится. И очень много стоков канализации сливается в море((((

• Michael (10/5): Wunderschöne Anlage - Super Lage, mitten im Geschehen aber doch ruhig. Ausreichend schattiger Platz am Strand, sogar für eine Hängematte. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. So viele nette Russen habe ich selten in einer Ferienanlage erlebt. Highlight sind die mini-Frösche, die sich anhören wie bellende Hunde (natürlich viel leiser), sie bevölkern die Außenanlagen, und man findet sie nur schwer. Der Durchgang vom Lift Kellergeschoss zum Strand-Weg geht durch die Garage. Dort wird gewaschen, lackiert, geschweißt, repariert, gelagert. Wer sich durch das real life der Hotellerie gestört fühlt, muss eben die Außentreppe vom Erdgeschoss aus nehmen und mag einen halben Punkt für Bequemlichkeit abziehen, aber mir hat das gefallen.

• Maximilian (5/5): Gute Lage, hat die besten Jahre hinter sich - Die Lage des Hotels war gut. -Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Fotos von Booking stimmen kaum überein. -Liegen (Holz ohne Auflagen!!! Und Plastik) werden an Nicht-Hotelgäste verkauft, ob die eigenen Gäste Platz bekommen, ist ihnen egal - 30 min. Diskussion wg. Eines Teelöffels, welche vom Zimmer mit zum Strand genommen und dort an der Bar abgegeben wurde, um Maracujas zu essen. -Frühstück Standard, nichts besonderes, empfanden es nicht als „fabelhaft/exzellent“ wie in den bisherigen Bewertungen

• Yassine (10/5): - Etre a deux pas de la piscine et de la belle plage est un luxe. L’architecture et la propreté de l’hotel et à admirer. Le personnel est serviable surtout le monsieur du bar toujours souriant et toujours à rendre service, je tiens à le remercier profondément. Les deux bars a cote sur la plage font des fire show de qualité à ne pas rater la nuit.
• Stephanie (10/5): - We were very impressed with this hotel. We stayed as a family group and had 2 bungalows; a 2 bedroom and a studio. The bungalows were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were great. We loved the location right on the beach, with great bars either side and a quick 5 minute walk up the hill to the very lively main road which was packed with cafes, bars, shops and beauty salons. Also loved the pool. Excellent value for money.

• Oliver (9/5): - We stayed at Coral Bay Resort and really enjoyed our time there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and their English is surprisingly good, which makes everything from check-in to organising transport very easy. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic sea view – exactly the kind of place where you’re happy to spend some extra time on the balcony just watching the water and the sunset The location is great: there are restaurants, bars, small shops and laundry services all within walking distance, so you don’t really need transport for everyday things. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality. The Wi-Fi on the 6th floor was fine for basic stuff like emails, messaging and browsing, but don’t expect super high speeds for heavy streaming or big uploads. One important note for smokers: smoking is not allowed anywhere in the rooms – including the balconies. So if you need a place where you can smoke on your balcony, this hotel might not be ideal for you. The only real downside was the shower: the shower head was in poor condition and sprayed everywhere, so the whole bathroom floor was constantly flooded – we even asked at reception and got a squeegee to push the water towards the drain. This really needs to be replaced.

• andrea (9/5): Great place to stay. - I really loved my stay here. Right on the beach Spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea. All staff except one staff was helpful. Great location to walk to restaurants & shops. Loved the sunset. The night before my phone had been stolen/lost in Hanoi. I HAD ALREADY PAID ON MY CARD MONTHS AGO! That credit card had now expired. I showed them & they wouldn't accept it. I was traveling on my own. No access to my money., no phone. The receptionist was not helpful at all & demanded i pay again . I had only arrived the orevious night from Australia, so hadnt transferred my all my money to my travel cards. She had no sympathy for my situation & demanded i pay immediately. After e ding up in tears I ended up convincing her that I would get a phone & transfer my money & pay again. Not very professional.

• Janne (9/5): Kohtuuhintainen ja laadukas resort rannalla ja lähellä palveluita - Hyvä siivous. Mahtava, aina iloinen baarimestari uima-altaalla. Aamupala kokonaisuutena oikein hyvä. Ongelma Villassa ratkaistiin tehokkaasti ja nopeasti. Lähellä Grandma’s ravintola jolle vahva suositus. Sammakot äänekkäitä, mutta puutarha lammikkoineen on mahtava.

Местоположение. Куча кафе, магазинов, отличный массаж прямо на пляже. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель. Если вернёмся на остров то только сюда.

Food ok at breakfast but coffee undrinkable. Too many people for the beach space, felt very crowded. No smoking on balconies
• Aagaard (9/5): All in all a nice resort and great value for money. Good location - Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Enjoyed the egg station with a variaty of choices. Mr. Tong at the pool bar was very helpfull and friendly. Location is good close to beach and with a nice pool area. Beach area is however on the small side when the hotel is fully occupied. Bungalow nice and spacious with everything you need. Close to main road with endless choice of restaurants and shopping. We stayed in bugalow 4 first row with sea view and close to pool. There were a few issues upon arrival. Outside light didn't work and ligt in the outside jacuzzi didn't work. That was fixed the following day. Very good. Inside jacuzzi had light but the pump/bubles didn't work. We were missing pillows for the outside wooden furniture, both for the sundbeds and the chairs. We got a few extra pillows for the bed that we used for the chairs outside. On the side of the bunglow there was a lot of waste materials from when they proberbly changed the deck. Looked a bit messsy. Will take 10 minuttes to clean up.
