• Sebastien (8/5): Séjour au calme - Nous avons passé un bon séjour au calme. Le Personnel est super sympathique, nous avons très bien mangé à prix abordable hôtel équipé d’une piscine , salle de sport, parking privé et gratuit petit détail, il n’a pas de climatiseur dans la chambre

Information que votre site a omis de préciser ! J’ai payé à la réservation et la ! Pas de bol ! Le paiement va à l’ancien propriétaire ! Quand j’apprends la situation ! J’appelle l’hôtel ! Je tombe sur le nouveau propriétaire qui me dit que c’est pas son problème et est très agressif ! Après moult péripéties ! J’obtiens quand même une chambre qui je rappelle était payé ! 63€ Une semaine avant notre départ … chambre réservée début février pour fin avril … Le réceptionniste très agréable aucun problème de ce côté là. Le lendemain je rend ma clé et on m’annonce une facture de 179€ ! Chambre surclassé alors que je n’ai rien demandé ! Je montre au réceptionniste la preuve du règlement fait sur votre site et refuse de payé la somme demandée ! Comme des idiots que nous sommes nous avons en plus réservés dans le restaurant de l’hôtel pour 8 personnes le dimanche midi… les grenouilles étaient infecte ! Y’a pas d’autres qualificatifs pour ce qui nous a été servis ! Elles étaient pas cuites et froides ! Le dessert la tarte aux pommes était congelée. C’est tellement dommage car l’hôtel est bien refait et le personnel est adorable. Je ne recommande pas du tout le restaurant, mais pour y séjourner… ne réserver pas en ligne pour éviter tout problème

It’s a nice village to stay for transit The swimming pool was very nice and clean. There is no airconditioning but we knew that and it was okay. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but a really nice lunch nearby a restaurant.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Séjour à Vittel en juin - Notre séjour à Vittel s'est bien déroulé. L'accueil à l'arrivée a été fait à la hâte car nous sommes arrivés à 20h et la réception était fermée... La chambre était correcte, le lit était plutôt dur mais nous avons quand même bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, autant du côté du sucré que du salé. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bel hôtel avec piscine.

• Hervé (10/5): Très bon séjour - Très bon séjour dans un hôtel de charme avec une magnifique piscine. Les chambres sont un peu anciennes et elle mériteraient d'être rénovée mais elles possède tout le confort nécessaire.

• Cassandra (8/5): Agréable et fonctionnel ! - Un hôtel très agréable, le grand hall et l'accueil ont été rénovés récemment et sont dans un style vintage et art déco très agréable. La piscine de l'hôtel n'est pas en excellent état mais est fonctionnelle et donne sur un petit jardin. Les chambres sont très jolies mais les salles de bain sont très vieillottes et pas très pratiques.

• Marcus (8/5): Ei charmanter „alter Kasten“ mit tollem Service! - Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt, es war mal ein „Grand Hotel“ in der Belle Epoque, man sieht es an einigen Details. Es wurde „modernisiert“, mit schmalem Budget..... Das GESAMTE Personal ist SEHR (!!!) freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Betten sind neu und sehr gut. Wir fahren dort wieder hin.

La Direction parisienne avait déjà été avertie du problème et n’a rien fait pour l’arranger Des tapis , passages et marches en faux gazon ou plastique sont INDISPENSABLES

J'aurais préféré qu'on m'annonce ça dès la lecture sur le site, je n'aurai pas eu de mauvaises surprises, et surtout sélectionnée un autre endroit !
• Robert (2/5): - De foto’s op internet lijken niet op het hotel in werkelijkheid. Te hoge prijs betaald voor dit hotel. Bar was gesloten en er was chef voor het restaurant, dus het restaurant was ook dicht. Kamers zijn ontzettend heet en geen airco. Wel kregen wij een ventilator voor de kamer. De toilet trekt niet goed door en het water van de douche is warm en dan weer koud. Personeel is wel vriendelijk. Op internet staan prachtige foto’s van dit hotel, maar is in werkelijk heel anders. In de avond staat het hotel in het donker en geen verlichting.
• vincent (2/5): A fuir - -Hotel avec vue sur le chemin de fer, -Bruyant impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre en été(rappel pas de clim), -Piscine froide pompe à chaleur HS, pas de compensation proposée, -Lit dur, de l'avis meme de la reception, donc pas dormi, - Toilette juste sous la douche et bloquant l'accès à celle ci dans la chambre 309, -Chasse d'eau fonctionnant mal, - Parking enclos saturé et mal délimité se garer dans la rue, - Point positif la propreté Ayant fait part de ces problèmes la réception répond "oui pour le lit et le toilette et qu'ils se seraient bien passé des problèmes de piscine" Au final j'aurais du contester le prix pour non-respect du contrat (articles 1146 et suivants). Et bien sur aucun geste. Au final je regrette ne faites pas mon erreur

Lieu calme et bien accessible, parking à l’avant et à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Personnel accueillant, sérieux et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux, tout était parfait.
