• Brian (5/5): Ideal para las personas que no les molesta el ruido - Tiene unas instalaciones bonitas Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el ruido de las otras habitaciones se escuchaba demasiado (no hay nada de insonorización) . Las habitaciones que dan a la calle resultan con el Problema del paso de vehículos y el ruido es constante.

El desayuno tampoco era suficiente para aprovisionar para el Camino al que te enfrentas. Pues cierran la recepción a las 19h y te llaman para que llegues antes. Iba caminando a mi ritmo y no llegaba. Me hicieron apurarme para llegar en tiempo y me hice una lesión en la rodilla por ello y no pude disfrutar del resto del Camino. Este alojamiento no brinda el servicio adecuado para este tipo de turismo.

• SIERRA (1/5): MAL PERSONAL, cambias horas sin decirte, me fui sin desayunar y me corrieron antes. - Lugar muy lindo, todo cuidado. Me dejaron sin desayunar. Al llegar me dijeron que el desayuno empezaba a las 8hrs sin decirme más. En booking tienen puesto que la salida es hasta las 10hrs, por lo que asumí que si no me dieron horario estarían ahí solo esas dos horas. Bajé minutos antes de las 9:10hrs y me dijeron que el desayuno ya había cerrado a las 9hrs, que porque el checkout es máximo a las 9:30hrs. Les dije que tanto en una hoja en el cuarto como en booking tenían que a las 10hrs y me dijeron que “estaba en proceso de cambio” y que ahora era 9:30. Les dije que no pueden cambiar sin avisar, yo consideré el horario que sale en mi reserva no el que ellos se inventaron y aparte estaba EN UNA HOJA EN MI CUARTO 10HRS SALIDA, y para el desayuno yo no soy adivina para saber que cerrarían a las 9hrs. Al verme disgustada y decirles que iba a reclamar me ofrecieron un café o un jugo, yo ya había pasado un mal rato con sus cambios y negaciones. verdaderamente mal, no volvería a recomendar este sitio SOLO por el personal.

• Regina (8/5): Sehr schöne Pension zu einem guten Preis und in guter Lage - Die Pension befindet sich in einem sehr geschmackvoll renovierten alten Stadthaus. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett komfortabel, ich habe ausgezeichnet gut geschlafen. Der Jakobsweg liegt fast vor der Tür. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war nicht ganz so freundlich wie man sich das wünscht. Des Weiteren war im Zimmerpreis war ein Frühstück enthalten, das ab 7:30 zur Verfügung stehen sollte. Nachdem um 8 Uhr der Frühstücksraum noch immer geschlossen war und die Rezeption unbesetzt blieb, bin ich gegangen, ohne Frühstück.

• Philippa (4/5): Excellent location, comfortable room ! - The renovation was beautiful ! The space was really clean and the shower pressure was great. The breakfast space was lovely and fresh. The coffee delicious, and there was a nice little vending machine for snacks ! It was a shame about the laundry being out of order, however the laundrette wasn’t so far away so that was ok. I just found that at check in the staff weren’t enormously helpful ? I was told check out would be at 9.30, while it’s advertised as 10 on the website. And when I enquired about a possible late check out the staff weren’t super accommodating or helpful. I asked if I could make a call from the restaurant and they said no, and that i would have to be gone by ten. So that was a little disappointing and a shame because the space was so beautiful.

Had to take luggage by hand to second level which is manageable Washing machine was broken. Could have used Laundromat close by which was very busy. Since clothes dryers aren't usually available in Spain not sure just washing clothes in the evening would have been helpful. 😀

• Rosa (6/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage, vor allem für Pilger. Da fast ausschließlich Pilger dort übernachten ist das Frühstück um 8.00 Uhr viel uu spät. Vor allem wenn dann das Personal erst nach 8.00 Uhr kommt. Dann bitte lieber ohne Frühstück anbieten! Es war auch nicht besonders üppig! Das Zimmer war auch sehr hellhörig.Man könnte sich beinahe mit dem Zimmernachbarn unterhalten.

Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en la pensión Domus Gallery, creo que es el mejor alojamiento donde hemos estado durante nuestro camino La pensión es muy acogedora y las camas y las almohadas son comodisimas. La ducha escepcional y grande! Un excelente lugar para descansar despues de hacer la etapa mas larga de nuestro camino

Entrada a las 13 h, llego a las 13 h y estaba cerrado, llamo a un tlfno y me dice q ha tenido un problema, vale puede ser, hora anunciada paea salida 10,00h, el dueño m dice q a las 9,30 h, le comento lo q pone en Book. y m dice q ha cambiado, la hora del desayuno normalmente con los que estamos haciendo el camino d Santiago en la mayoria de pensiones es a las 7,00 h ó 7,30 h pues bien el m dijo q a las 8 h y como ya me imaginaba, el llego a 8,05 h, alli estabamos esperando 20 personas

• Simone beatriz (1/5): A pior equipe que já vi durante uma hospedagem - As instalações A pior equipe que já me deparei numa hospedagem. O check in começava às 13h. Eu cheguei às 12:20. Os funcionários me viram e disseram que não poderiam me deixar entrar na área coberta (estava chovendo). Não fizeram isso apenas comigo, mas também com um casal de idosos com mais de 75 anos, além de outro rapaz. No café da manhã, eles dão uma xícara de café para cada pessoa, um copo de suco, um pão, uma fatia de queijo e uma fatia de frios. Vc se sente um mendigo pedindo comida. Nunca me deparei com algo parecido. Se vc não quiser ser tratado de maneira grosseira, procure outra opção. As instalações são muito boas, mas o tratamento comprometeu a estadia do começo ao fim.

Also, for breakfast, if you had milk in your coffee, they wouldn’t allow you to have milk in your cereal. One shot of milk per person. Unbelievable! Also; the light in the breakfast dining area was on a sensor, so it just kept going on and off while you were eating. Unbelievable! What a scam. In all our wonderful, 770 km of completing the Camino to Santiago. We never experienced poor Customer Service like this.

• Henrik (8/5): God beliggenhed og udmærket morgenmad - God beliggenhed på caminoen. Rent og pænt. Okay morgenmad. Har bemærket at mange har brokket sig over morgenmaden. Det er rigtigt, at de kommer lidt sent i gang - en 10-15 minutter. Men derefter går det godt og morgenmaden lever bestemt op til spansk standard. Lidt støj når man får et værelse i stueetagen.

• Jeffrey (9/5): A great choice, one of our favourites on the Camino, but skip the free breakfast. - Nice, clean hotel that appears to have been beautifully renovated/updated in recent years, located steps from the Camino and many restaurants. Breakfast was a little clunky - served as promised at 8 am in a small, tight dining area from a very small kitchen/serving area by staff, consisted mainly of toast and coffee. Tables were addressed one at a time by staff member taking, preparing and delivering coffee orders and filling/keeping guests away from the toaster. Not an ideal arrangement for a group of Camino pilgrims converging on a small space at the same time looking for a quick bite and an early start on their day.

No obstante hago el comentario dado que dos huéspedes ese dia encontraron chinches en su habitación (que entiendo que sería de algún huésped que fuese a un albergue y se los trajese). Llegaron algo tarde al desayuno. 10 minutos tarde a las 8:10. Por lo demás recomendable el sitio y estaba muy bien todo lo demas

• Andrew (1/5): Worst ever hotel experience. - Nothing. It’s disgusting - invested with bed bugs. The fact it was a hotel for bugs, not humans. Many phishing messages received via booking.com portal purporting to be genuine messages from the hotel. Clearly their messaging system has been hacked.
