- Jacqueline (8/5): - Convieniently located walking distance to the cafes, shops supermarket. The train station is 500 minutes away which was good for our arrival and departure. The room is clean and tidy the lady at reception was extremely helpful with the check in and recommendations for restraunts. Nothing

- Chauntel (9/5): Wonderful stay, perfect location, very helpful :) - Location was fantastic, Annalisa was extremely helpful. She allowed us to leave bags prior to check in and check out, even as a family of five! Great recommendations for food and how to get around! Breakfast was good and started early so we could eat before check out! Would definitely stay again! Due to traffic there is a little bit of noise but it was to be expected in the inner city. As the floors are marble/stone you also hear the noise inside the apartments.

La stanza e il bagno puliti e Annalisa ci ha accompagnato ancor prima di arrivare grazie ai suoi consigli e la sua disponibilità. Mi sono sentita a casa. Unica pecca dalla stanza si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva in corridoio e viceversa, consiglierei di insonorizzare in qualche maniera. La stanza dava sul cortile quindi non si percepisce in alcun modo il rumore da fuori. Il servizio di portineria è un plus valore molto gradito. La colazione un pochino spartana, ma di alta qualità. La torta al limone era deliziosa. Vorrei ringraziare Annalisa e mandarle un grande abbraccio da parte di tutti noi! Grazie e alla prossima!

- Marija (5/5): Naples is great experience, accomodation I chose did not help at all, it was not what was promised - Breakfast is not a breakfast, but cakes that they leave in a fridge in your room a day ahead, i.e. when they clean the rooom in the morning they leave the cakes for the next morning. It really can not qualify as breakfast, especially when there is no sitting area in the room.

- Kathy Caballero (8/5): Nice stay in Napoli - Comfort, location, nice breakfast in the room. Easy communication and access, friendly and approachable staff. Also we were able to leave the bags at the reception on the last day, as we had another full in Napoli. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast plenty with sweet pastries and milk in the Italian style (although not necessarily English style, as it is quite sweet for first thing in the morning) and daily fresh water. Safe with key in the room to keep the valuables and fridge was very convenient. Lovely big TV although everything in Italian language. Able to sign into Netflix with own account or to mirrorcast from own phone. Lovely little balcony, comfortable bed. Analisa at reception very helpful, and also was able to provide us with an iron machine. Although i didn't check the facilities provided before going, i expected to have proper shampoo provided. There was a dispenser with a sigle product (unsure if it was shampoo or shower gel). In the end we made due with it, but I recommend you bring your own shampoo.

The price is competitive as well Given the rating on booking we expected a nice place but it was not great. There was a smell of sewage and the overall condition of the room was not great with mold in the shower, chipped and consumed furniture and some tiles unglued. Ok for one night but we would have been very disappointed if we stayed for more than a day.

Annalisa ci ha accolto subito con la massima disponibilità ed è stata estremamente ospitale dandoci una serie di indicazioni preziose. La mattina drl check out dovevamo lasciare la struttura molto presto e ci ha fatto trovare la colazione in camera. Spero veramente di poterci tornare. Lo consiglio se volete sentirvi quasi come a casa. Nulla tutto perfetto

Alessandro muy atento y rápido en la comunicación vía WhatsApp. Reservamos la tarifa con desayuno incluido y lo único que incluye es que te dejan en la habitación un escaso desayuno, sin que haya espacio para tomarlo cómodamente. El check out es muy pronto, a las 10 am. Permiten dejar el equipaje en recepción aunque allí no hay nadie hasta por la tarde. El ascensor es de pago en las horas laborables. Por la noche se oye mucho ruido de la calle.

- Gj Rei Vivo (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La host, Annalisa, è estremamente gentile e risponde subito via WhatsApp per qualsiasi necessità. L’alloggio ha una posizione ottima, infatti abbiamo potuto visitare tutte le principali attrazioni di Napoli a piedi, e in più c’è una stazione della metro a soli 2 minuti. La camera è molto spaziosa, così come il bagno, con una doccia comoda e tutto abbastanza pulito. Un vero bonus è stata la sauna e l’idromassaggio in camera, davvero perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di passeggiate. In generale, è stata un’esperienza molto confortevole e piacevole, e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chi vuole visitare Napoli con comodità e un tocco di relax extra. L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda la colazione, che offre poche opzioni, ma nel complesso non ha compromesso la nostra esperienza.

- CHRISTIAN LAFORET (9/5): Excellente étape à Naples - L'accueil et les très bonnes suggestions d'Anna Lisa pour des restaurants et lieux typiques. La propreté et l'équipement de la chambre. l'hébergement est situé dans une petite rue mais on entend quand même la circulation sur le boulevard assez proche. il est donc préférrable de dormir fenêtre fermée ( très efficace) si on est sensible au bruit.

The coffee maker in the room is great for coffee lovers and the mini fridge is a plus to keep your favourite drinks cold. We had wi-fi only for the first day out of four. There was not a sign ‘do not disturb’ to hang at the door.

- Beata Katarzyna (8/5): A safe and convenient room in Naples. - The location was fantastic, walking distance from the main touristic attractions and transportation links to Pompei and Vesuvius. The room was located in a former Palazzo, with high ceilings what made it special - although most of the apartments in the building seem now to be used as b&b. There was a portier downstairs what made it feeling safe. The room was very well attended and cleaned every day. Analissa and Alessandro have arranged transfer from and to the airport (at Eur25 each way, cash). They were available on WhatsApp with any request.. On the photographs the room looked much more spacious then it actually was. Also, there were little ants in one corner of the room - I was worried they could get into my he luggage that I left on the floor as there nowhere else to put it - I kept all the zips closed. Breakfast at the coffee shop was very basic - but we were bringing our own supplies (sandwiches and salads) and it was not a problem to eat them there.
