- Leslie (10/5): A truly perfect overnight stay, part mother-daughter reunion, part marveling at the snowy slopes! - Every single member of staff I met - reception, servers, bar staff - were enthusiastic, friendly and helpful! I loved that I could bring my dog with me, I loved the flaming tables in the outside bar.

- Mark (10/5): Great little hotel in the middle of Les Deux Alps - Fantastic little hotel in the middle of Les Deux Alps. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food and good value for money. Parking outside the front door with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants along the same street. Nothing, my second visit and not my last.
- Phoebe (8/5): Fun central location - Central location with nice bar. Good breakfast. Friendly staff Too hot with the windows closed but too noisy (due to great central location) to have them open! A fan would have been appreciated.
- Harry (9/5): Superb - Stunning view from room. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent 3 course dinner in the evening and the half board option was good value for money. Good continental breakfast. Cosy, popular bar, and restaurant. Location is right in the centre of town next to tourist info, lift pass office, etc. A well run, solid hotel. Very nice Dutch owners. It's a little noisy at night, especially in the summer when you need a window open with the bar and terrace below. Might as well join people and have a drink in the great bar anyway! But this is the trade-off with being in such a conveniently central location. I also took ear plugs, so I slept well, and there was no real noise after 11.30.

Excellent food and very good value for half board. 3 course evening meal for the x2 nights we stayed was very good. Fantastic location if you want to be central to everything in Les Deux Alpes. Cosy and lively bar and restaurant. A bit noisy, but that is the trade-off for the excellent central location. Not huge variety of facilities but didn't bother us as we just wanted somewhere clean, comfortable and friendly to stay with good food, which it is.
- Morrison (10/5): Lovely comfortable hotel right in the centre of town. - Free parking for cars and motorbikes on the pavement outside the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great selection of food at the breakfast in the morning, very continental style. Rooms were a nice size and had all the stuff we needed like private bath/shower and toilet. Spotlessly clean and right in the centre of town so you could walk to loads of bars and restaurants. DIdn't have air conditioning, but the mountain air is cool enough at nights. I slept with the windows open and despite being bang in the centre of town, I slept like a log all night, so couldn't have been too noisy.

- Helen (8/5): Good food and beer with friendly staff in a great location with lots to do. - Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The room was basic in comparison to the restaurant and bar which were lovely. The room was tired the flooring was holed it begged for some tender loving care.

- Christian (7/5): Heat control failure - Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Jandri express. You can't control the heating in your room. The system was broken and the staff took all efforts to fix things, but that didn't change the fact that I had to sleep with open windows, which environmentally is a nightmare and with the noise going on at the central place at night made this a rather short night for me. Cannot blame the staff who really tried to help, but a hotel which doesn't allow me to control the heating in my room, frankly, is a no-go to me.
- Or (9/5): Superb - we were at the low season, right after skiing season, we were extremely satisfied with the staff and breakfast, everything went smooth and we were treated with a smile, the beds were very comfy and the view is spectacular. the room could be more equipped, there is no refrigerator, no kittle, just beds and a table.
- Carolina (9/5): good comfort, Breakfast normal, cold rooms - the location and the comfort in the room even though there are just the essential things.. the personal in the reception don’t give so much information of what to do or go.. also the lady at the dinning hall during breakfast was a bit rude and and everything was so slowly even to prepare an egg( 20 minutes to wait).. the room needs a better heater during winter at night

- Joshua (1/5): disappointing - location Cleanliness - very dirty hotel, dust balls underneath all beds. Facilities - sub standard, staff were very rude and entitled. Very expensive for quality of products and service. Very cold as the radiators are hardly ever turned on and the windows don’t seal properly - I could feel a breeze while laying in bed with the window and curtains closed.

We stayed in the family suite for one night before taking a larger apartment for a week as we were a group of 5 with teenagers -would have liked to stay here longer if we were just a couple or had smaller kids! Food on half board was very good! Black out curtains next to the sofa bed would be good as the street lights outside at night are bright.
