El personal es excelente, nos recibió don Jorge él es realmente amable y auténtico sin ser intrusivo, estuvo encantado de ayudar en lo que le pedimos ayuda, es una persona maravillosa. Además nos recomendó sitios para comer lo local y auténtico, es especial el lugar frente al hotel llamado la 25 es sumamente recomendable. Todo excelente, recomiendo este lugar sin ninguna duda. muchas gracias! No hay nada que no nos gustara

I was in ushuaia 4 days before I had to go to a big hotel for my cruise. I miss my adorable little apartment at Apart Hotel Cabo San Diego. The staff were so nice and it was a great location. Close to everything but nice and quiet street. I would stay there again 100% and would highly recommend. Nothing. Everything was great.

Me parece importante destacar la atención y amabilidad de Jorge durante toda la estadía pero fundamentalmente ayudándonos porque reprogramaron nuestro vuelo. • Marnie (10/5): You should stay here. - It was in a great location, super warm in all ways, temperature and atmosphere. The hotelier was so kind during check, giving us directions to the grocery store. It was so clean you could eat off the floors…every single day. I did not expect the housekeeper to do as much as she did. She put the dishes away. She did not leave a grain of sand on the floor…totally above and beyond what anyone one should want or need in the clean-category.

Sus instalaciones son un diez en comodidad y calidad, los toallones, las sábanas increíbles, la calefacción ideal para las bajas temperaturas de Ushuaia :) Nos recibió Jorge, el encargado, súper bien, muy amable y atento a todas nuestras necesidades. La dueña, Alicia, divina, amable y atenta también a contestar nuestros mensajes al instante. Las sillas y mesas hermosas súper Deco-Designe. Todo todo super recomendable!!!

• Jack (1/5): Our worst experience travelling through Argentina - Nothing , we left one day before we were due to leave the accommodation and checked into a new hotel . We have never had to do that before in any hotel we have stayed in. Unfortunately we were left sorely disappointed in a number of ways having read positive reviews. We spotted black mould upon entering the room, and after running the shower & sink to wash after our travels, we were disgusted to realise the water was a dark brown colour which didn’t improve after being left run. However the situation became irreparable after we brought our concerns to management. We were first told the brown water was due to an electricity cut which interrupted the waste water treatment services and that it would improve as the electricity was back on, however when we told management again the following day we were told no other guests had complained and we were made to feel as if we were the problem or that we were lying. There was no effort to solve the situation or offer of another bedroom, instead, incredulously we were disturbed by a knock at 11pm by two males, one of which was an uncle of the guy we were contacting on WhatsApp, who told us in a gruff manner that this was the way the water was everywhere. This person showed frustration we had any complaint at all and upset us so much that we felt uncomfortable and unable to sleep. We woke early, packed and left the next morning. Payment was also only by cash despite them having our card details - this place doesn’t pass the smell test in more ways than one

• Marco (9/5): A highly recommended solution for a stay in Ushuaia - Jorge, the owner, was perfect. He gave a lot of tips and information, he let us check out late in the afternoon (which was very helpful for us). The accommodation is exactly as in the pictures, the location is quite good (Ushuaia is overall a small city so you can walk from the hotel to anywhere) Nothing specific. It is certainly not a luxury accommodation so it depends on what you want. They don't serve breakfast (we bought rolls from a patisserie nearby and prepared our own coffee) but, if breakfast is important for you, this is not the right place.

Big thanks to Jorge who was very helpful, helped me to make laundry even though I had no cash (insane ATM fees in Argentina) and was always available to help with whatever I asked. The room had everything I needed , location is great, few steps from the main street with all the restaurants and stores. Would stay longer but there is high demand for this place during the season.

• Emma (9/5): Close to everything, really lovely friendly staff - The location was excellent, it was close enough (a short walk) to the town, but a few blocks away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night :) The owner was super helpful and her brother Juan was super friendly and became our very own tour guide :) He was very knowledgeable and fun I would highly recommend him to get around Ushuaia and show you the sights :)

• Annette (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in a perfect location. - A lovely apartment in a quiet location but very close to the centre of Ushuaia. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, in particular the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. Alicia and her brother were very friendly perfect hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Staff make you feel at home - While the decor of the place is dated and it felt like a shame that we could only see a sliver of mountains from the window, our stay here was fantastic. The room is big with plenty of space and all the kitchen supplies you may need. The staff are incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating.
