• Anil (8/5): Dont opt for food , better to order than taking half board. They treat you like you are having free - Hotel location, reception staff is good Bed sheet and blankets are not clean . I paid for half board (Brakefast and dinner , but restaurant staff provided just thali and 2 items , they saw us like we are eating free of cost even after paying 5 k per night. For 2.5 k only will get better room than this and had good food with remaining 2.5 k . Felt embraced because of resturant staff behaviour (After asking few people changed) but felt very bad to get such treatment after paying so much. Did mistake by seeing Fab brand but staff are not so well trained and mannerd.

• Dania (1/5): My WORST stay in all india was this hotel - Location is good in the middle of GOA main center The staff very unfriendly The room very old The clients noises during night and they keep their doors open and smoke so you cannot sleep at all because of the voices and the alarm of the door that is it open (Please see photo) We arrived from airport very tired afternoon and wanted to sleep however the cleaning staff were so noisy and speaking loud and making noises so we could not sleep Also they put the clean towels on floor before placing in our room. Below are the key highlights of disappointment faced during this stay. 1. Wi-Fi is not working in entire hotel except for reception area. When asked for WiFi, receptionist said it is not available and he does not know when it will back to normal operation. 2. During my three days of stay, they have cleaned room only once. Even after asking for cleaning at 4:00PM, they said that housekeeping staff if not available. 3. Telephone extension is not working properly, i trained 10 times to call restaurant but succeed only twice. 4. TV is not working in room. 5. Fridge is also not working and when I asked the receptionist they asked me keep my food items in kitchen fridge. Very strange behaviour by staff. 6. Room curtains smelling badly 7. Room Carpet was not cleaned for several months may be. I request everyone to not book this hotel at all. Also urge #Booking.com#to take strict action against this fraud people and hotel. No private suite, no private pool, only charge extra - The way they cheat the customers, by all means No private pool, restaurant not available, regular room (not a suite as mentioned in the listing). Not of Fab group at all. This is a standalone hotel affiliated to Fab group. I have to shift to another Hotel on the second day itself, due to my extreme disappointment. Cheating to the peak

We wanted to change the hotel but the Hotel was refused to refund the money...

Room carpets we full of sand, Room fan when switched on was making too much noise, when complained they told this fan is just for show . Intercom was not working . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone , not at all value for money. Breakfast was also not upto the mark, bread toaster was not working.

• Michelle (6/5): Great room in good location but lots lacking especially customer care. - The room was spotless and comfortable. We loved the balcony and air con, shower were great. Pool towels were provided. Staff weren’t friendly! We asked for some laundry to be done and was charged 2,700 rupees for it! We were also charged 1,800 rupees to keep the room in an extra few hours. The poolside only had 4 Sun loungers and 2 were broken. No parasols! The poolside loo was in a disgusting state throughout our stay. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Finally we had confirmation breakfast was included in our price but were told not by the hotel.
