• Cara (3/5): If you like cockroach infested rooms but too tired to care. This is it. - Price was nice and the beds were comfortable. The cockroach infestation in the bathroom, how dusty everything seemed and there was leftover trash stuffed in a chair. I just wanted some sleep, I was exhausted from driving. I've stayed here a few times before and the rooms were not like that, but it had been some years. :(

• chad (1/5): If I was more familiar with the area I would definitely by pass this motel for a KOA wish I would’ve saved the pics fro - Absolutely nothing it was disgusting Long hair is in the bed. The bed was uneven. The mattress was taco formed. There were dead bugs all over the place. The bathroom was disgusting. It could definitely use more than just a paint job.

The bedding was FABULOUS. It was the best part of my stay. The bathroom needs COMPLETE Remodeling. It was gross. See first reply.

• nlwaage (4/5): BIG Disappointment - My room did not look at all like the "western feel" website photos. Also it was very dirty in many areas around floor corners, floorboard top edges, a whole strip of flooring out of the bathroom, a rather old & gross bathroom window. And many paint scuffed/worn off areas. No luggage racks, which is very difficualt for older travelers or people who do not want theri clothes etc on the floor !! Only 4 hangers to share. The lighting is very dim - only 2 lamps with lower wattage. NO towel bars in bathroom. No handtowels. No kleenex. The bathroom plug-in was on top of the mirror - so high I had to stand on the toilet to use it !!! The freezer in the small frig was so frosted it couldnot be used. I only found 2 of the 6-8 pillows comfortable. Most were just like fluffy lumps The mattress was OK. The arm chair was comfy. I would not stay again and until it is completely upgraded I cannot recommend staying here.

This is a classic motel especially the original building so if you're a grown up an can live with that it seemed fine. Furniture was modern, DirectTV worked. I could hook my laptop up to the tv easy and the desk staff was friendly. Value was good and bed was comfortable and clean.
• DickyTraveller (8/5): Howdy motel - Comfortable spacious room with the necessary facilities. Bathroom tired but functional. Water hot and good range of towels provided. Is at the cheapest end for motels in Rock Springs when we were looking for a family of 4 in the prime holiday season, so have to remember this. Close to range of stores.

The room Cleaners NEVER came in for the entire 8 days Overpriced No iron or iron board available the entire time Had to call for the Cleaners to get trash and provide new trash bags The bathroom is in disrepair The room had a stale stinky smell We had to call for towela after 3 days since no room cleaning was done There is. No accessiblitybfor ADA to the second floor.

The room we got was super run down: the floors were dirty and falling apart, the trim was chipped and badly painted, the lamps didn’t work, and most of the outlets were useless. The bathroom was honestly disgusting—someone had painted over the tile with white paint, but most of it had peeled off, and there were bugs crawling on the walls. The windows looked like something out of a prison cell. I didn’t feel safe staying here at all—we were seriously minutes away from leaving and finding another hotel. It gave off serious sketchy, rent-by-the-hour vibes. Total regret booking this place.

They did their very best with what they had and were beyond attentive with the concerns they could help me with. However, this establishment needs some serious TLC. So many things were broken, missing, dirty or neglected. The walls are very thin. You can hear traffic and other visitors all night long. The air conditioner was outdated and had a concerning smell. The bathtub faucet ran with a steady stream with no way of shutting it off. The furniture in the room was worn and stained. The TV worked sporadically. Empty tissues, empty toilet paper. Also, the office is only open 2-10pm. Very odd.

Large tv that works. Parking directly in front of room. No one working. Had to call and request to check in, this was at 4:30 pm. First room was not clean and hadn't been cleaned from the last guest, had to request a clean room. Bedding had a funky smell. Room smelled weird. Drawers for clothes, but no where to hang clothes. No iron or board. Holes in the pillows. Holes in the lamp shade. Dirty shower curtain. A/C sounded like a failing engine, very loud, turned it off. Neighbors rooms a/c sounded the same. Missing fire alarm. Place in the ceiling was were it was meant to go, just wasn't there. Very few outlets and the ones that were there overloaded with multiple plugged in items and extention cords. Outlets not secured to walls. Bathtub and bathroom was not clean. Shower head hanging out of wall by several inches. Bathtub water doesn't shut off completely, runs constantly. Corners in the room/bathroom were all caked with dirt. Dirty walls and doors/doorways. Furniture was beat up and missing varnish. Trash on the ground outside of room. Step up concrete pad was crumbling/broken on the edges. It appears that there have been attempts to renovation, but it was done less than halfway. Room had cute decorations.

There is a place to eat just down the road called Marty's and a mexican restaurant right across the street. Its not far off the highway and is very easy to get to. We were pleasantly surprised bu this little gem.

The bathtub was all scuffed up and looked awful. There were only 2 lamps but 1 lightbulb that was not very bright. The deadbolt would not lock.

The coffee maker needed to be moved because there was no outlet. I ended up using my towels as carpet. It did hav that 'disinfected old motel" smell.

• Matthew (1/5): Terrible nights sleep. - Cheap Old noisy building. Carpet not clean. Something in the room fully triggered an autoimmune response - woke up with hayfever like symptoms. Someone started banging on my door at 1am. Resident noise all night, running bathtubs and flushing toilets.

• Shaunda (6/5): Decent value for the money. - Good value for the money. Good location. Rooms were clean. The lady at the check in desk was very nice. The rooms are really old and could use a refresh. We had duct tape holding our window in. The a/c in one of our rooms made such noise we were happy we didn't need it at night, or we wouldn't have been able to sleep. The mattress was very saggy in the middle. The shower had a very slow drain. Glad we didn't need heat as it appears that the only heat in the room was a milk house heater.
