Highly Recommend - My Airbnb reservation was cancelled the day before my trip and I was lucky enough to find this gem that was much better than what my Airbnb would have been for the same price. It was Very central location and a nice place to stay for my family of 5 You have to clean the property when you leave similar to an Airbnb

- Cathy (5/5): Good location but very tired & not value for money - Great location for the Boston marathon finish. The rate was very expensive (>$1000 AUD per night) for what it offered. Standard check in is not until 4pm & checkout 11am so short stay window. The building inside is shabby & there was a large stain on the carpet outside our door at apartment 610. The hot water in the shower lasted only 3 minutes so with 2 of us we were having cold showers - the shower head squirts straight to the back shower wall so everything gets wet & there is no places to put shampoo or toiletries. The desk is manned by security who were very unfriendly mostly.

Booking.com thought this was unusual and keep saying not to give details or click on links. It was very annoying the whole process. Never encountered this before

The location and accesibility of the building is very good. I would definitely come back. Thank you The place was a little bit cold even with the thermostat in max. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff informed us that there is no parking and advised us to park on the street. It was extremely difficult to find a parking spot, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, we were told at the front desk that there is no “Bluebird Suite” in the building, and they were unable to locate my reservation in their system. This was very concerning. I called the hotel’s customer service number for assistance. Unfortunately, the representative on the phone was unhelpful and rude. When I explained that the front desk staff did not recognize the Bluebird reservation, the representative just told us they are the same hotel and abruptly hung up the call. Due to the lack of assistance and the uncertainty regarding my reservation, I had no choice but to book another hotel at additional cost.

- Ethan (4/5): Made lemonade from lemons - Location to Chinatown / Macys was nice Incomplete bedding , broken plugs / missing remotes / dirty surfaces on tables / hard to contact the staff and get any help or assistance to get bedding for the pullout bed. After almost 2 hours close To midnight the security guards an I found a comforter for my son. The first floor security guards were awesome and did all they could to help. You will have a hard time getting in touch with hotel staff and won’t get your money back so - at your discretion

I would stay here again. - The staff was extremely sweet and accommodating, the building felt very safe as the entrance doors were always locked and in order to get in you needed either your key or access from the 24 hr concierge. The room was clean and spacious, it had everything you could possibly need which i appreciated! Elevators and hallways extremely clean, and it was very quiet and peaceful, it was very pleasant. Upon booking the property sends you a million emails and messages, one being to fill out your personal card information via a separate link + a picture of your card… back & front. I did not feel comfortable sharing this as it’s no where mentioned in the confirmation email or the booking to do such thing, upon speaking to a booking.com customer service agent, they assured me if anything went wrong they’d refund me. I did fill out the form but i did not upload my card’s picture, i believe that was a reach and there HAS to be an easier way. Everyone worked out fine though, even without the picture upload.

- Carlos (10/5): Great hotel if you come to Boston - Spacious apartment, excellent natural lighting, clean, you have everything you need for your stay, wide bed, comfortable, no annoying noises that do not let you sleep, safe area and close to places of interest, easy check in and check out process, I will definitely be back I have nothing bad to say or that I don't like, it will definitely be my accommodation option when I return to Boston

La camera era molto luminosa, spaziosa e ben arredata, dotata di tutto l’occorrente per il nostro soggiorno. Il bagno è estremamente piccolo rispetto alle dimensioni molto confortevoli della stanza. La doccia è stata molto scomoda, l’acqua purtroppo era fredda e non siamo riuscite a regolarla.

I have to wait for 30 to 45 minutes to get the keys and there’s no parking front of the building and you have to take your luggage all the way almost 500 to 700 m away from the entrance and second thing beds were very uncomfortable And we are five people, but they was very small couch and it’s really overpriced according to the unit and their amenities

Getting more than 5 emails with link not working, application having issues to submit. Unpleasant customer service experience; writing emails and messages to check in with putting the reservation on hold! But then no response at all to my email, request! I forgot an dress, I wrote the same day that I would like to take it when I would be back in Boston. It’s 3 days that I haven’t received any response! It’s unacceptable!!!! Really bad customer behavior!

Expensive, the noise because of the construction around the city, the late checkout costs a fortune, and the microwave and the vent for the oven were not working. Customer services are not really supportive except Ahmed. No parking.

The dishwasher wasn't working, but there wasn't a dish drainer in the kitchen. And there wasn't anything in the shower to hold toiletries -- we had to put the soap on the floor.

Fungerar som Airbnb det är alltså inget hotell så om ngt saknas så ska man ringa de och då kanske det åtgärdas dagen efter eller så.

Dispone di tutti i comfort, molto pulito e in posizione ottima per girare la città. Mi hanno addebitato di più rispetto a quanto previsto da Hotels.com (ovviamente in dollari Usa) e ho dovuto pagare direttamente la società (che ha chiesto una foto della mia carta di credito). Non comunichi con nessuno se non per email e ti chiedono tutti i dati (compreso la copia della carta). Non funzionava wifi ma ci hanno dato la password del modem di un altro appartamento e abbiamo risolto.
