• Alan (7/5): - Quiet location. Pretty Frangipani by the pool. Functional kitchen. The pool lacked any parasols. Which meant the pool was not usable most of the day as the sun was too strong. An easy fix, buy a parasol. The sofa was uncomfortable, just a thin piece of foam, which no proper back rest. The bathroom doors are made of slats with a centimeter gap between each one. So there is zero sound isolation, meaning any toilet noises are heard throughout the small studio... awkward.

La piscine est à l’ombre ce qui est parfait pour les après midi. La localisation est parfait si vous voulez être tranquille. Et les scooters à disposition sont super et pas cher. Tout était parfait

Francois is a very accommodating host. Great location for Lamai. We really enjoyed our time at Siyada Villa, it was a great choice! Nothing.

You have absolutely no privacy in the accommodation, although the photos make it seem that way, even the pool itself is shared. The room smelled of sewage, the air conditioning did not work properly and stank, the "terrace" in front of the villa was almost unusable due to its appearance (not maintained). The kitchen equipment was very poor, even miserable. Vila dont offer beach towels and every person get only one big towel (no hand towel, no towel on floor). We had a villa for 4 people, but in the dining room there were only chairs for two, and the sofa was only for two people. The surroundings in front of the villa are not very pleasant either. We had to leave the accommodation after the first day even though we had paid for 5 nights. By the way, the description states that the villa has a jacuzzi, which is not true. If the description of the accommodation was more accurate, the smell from the room was removed, the rooms were better equipped (especially the kitchen) and the terraces and surroundings were maintained, it would be a nice accommodation. very wasted potential

• Leonard (10/5): Sweet spot in paradise! - What a sweet little property within a stone's throw of Lamai Beach! Francois the host really cares about the place...it's super clean, with a great pool and very comfortable lounge chairs. I felt it was a real bargain, and Francois was very good about making sure I was taken care of.

• Lukáš (10/5): Nádherné - nádherné bydlení, útulný pokoj, bazén hned před dveřmi, rostliny na dvoře. Vypadalo to jak v ráji. Přítulná kočka byla stále s námi. Od majitele jsme si půjčili skútr a mohli jsme objevovat krásy ostrova. Majitel Francois velmi příjemný a milý člověk ! Rádi se vrátíme ! -

• Michelle MM (8/5): Great stay in Lamai, recommend! - Location is great, in Lamai and close to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and activities. Easy to rent a scooter and get around. Very safe and quiet area, yet close to everything. Comfortable apartment, we stayed in the apartment with 4 people and there was plenty of space. Well-equipped kitchen, good A/C, fan and a nice pool to cool off. They also did laundry, great service! Super nice host, François, who took good care of us and our stuff! An extra towel in the bathroom for the floor would have been nice, beds are a little hard, but still comfy enough for a few nights.

• Nataliia (10/5): - Уютная вилла, прекрасный доброжелательный владелец, который быстро отвечает, если возникает вопрос, чисто и прибрано как в номере, так и на территории. Милая кошка живет на территории. Немного старый ремонт и мебель, в первую ночь в номер забежал огромный таркан. И мы не обратили внимание при бронировании, что парковка маленькая, подходит для байков, а машину приходится парковать частично на дороге (дорога не оживленная, но было некоторое беспокойство).

• Bri (10/5): Booked last minute and was glad we did. Amentines were great and there’s a pool! Lots of gyms nearby and cute cafes and - It was completely worth the price- in the best way possible! Laundry service took longer than we were told (a day longer) and we had to rush to pack hours before we needed to leave because they weren’t dry yet. No big deal but was something to note.

• Tania (10/5): - The villa is located 20 min walk from the centre, but if you’re renting a bike, it takes 4 min. The host was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

• Julia (9/5): Luxurious with a bit of a walk from the beach - Beautiful accommodation, about 20 mins walk from the beach but there are many restaurants, bars and shops on the way there. The room has an equipped kitchen, iron, rails to hang clothes, fridge, AC, etc. It's spacious and comfortable with a lovely shared swimming pool. The water temperature in the shower was playing up. The price on the site has an additional tax that isn't included, so count with 1.5x of what you are seeing. There's a cash deposit to pay at the property too but it's not unique to this place. There is a cute cat on the property, it's worth letting them know in advance if you have allergies because the cat walks freely in and out of the rooms.
• Tomas (10/5): Comfy, air-cooled, poolside. - The property was very nice. Clean, comfortable. Has everything you need. An iron, hair fan, fridge, stove and etc. Got an early check in which was 👌. The manager a superb guy. Would recommend staying for a longer period. Not about the property, but It was my own fault. I did not see that taxes were not included when booking this property. I paid more in taxes than the booking itself. My mistake, but be aware. Besides that nothing I didint like.
