• Iván (7/5): - La rápida respuesta ante cualquier duda. El suelo de la casa, aun siendo madera natural, es muy ruidoso y resbala muchísimo, llegando a ser peligroso.

• Erin (7/5): - We were sent some detailed instructions about three hours prior to check-in. There is a parking area reserved for guests and this was a main reason for us booking this apartment. The separate eating area and sitting area was very nice for our 5 night stay. The big windows were also appreciated for natural light and an airy feeling in the space. Everything worked well, no issues with the bathroom or any other facilities. The location is ideal and close to everything. The apartment is on a busy one way street and it is separate from the location where the keys were left in the lockbox. The parking garage was also not attached which meant three different areas to figure out for our stay at check in. Instructions were provided but I appreciated a previous reviewer's suggestion to park in an available street spot somewhere close by so we didn't have to stress about what to do with the car while figuring out everything else to get to our room. The garage is tricky to get in and out of. The kitchen could have been stocked with a few more necessities to make it better (for us). Two coffee pods and two sugar packets were available, and two mini bottles of wine. However that was all that was provided in the way of extras outside of plates/cutlery etc. We didn't have tea, salt/pepper or paper towels. The fridge also had a strange smell when we arrived. It seemed to get better over the course of our stay. The couch in the sitting area wasn't very comfortable but I believe it is also a pull out for extra sleepers. The stairs to the loft where the bedroom was are VERY steep. We managed fine but it can be tricky if you want to bring anything up or down with you. There were two evenings where someone must have been smoking either in the hallway or in another room and the smell was very strong in the loft area where we were trying to sleep.

Außer wenn jemand Katzenallergie hat, dann sollte man die Fenster und Tarassentür nur kippen nich komplet öffnen, da sonst ist gleich eine Katze in der Wohnung.

Con todas las necesidades para pasar unos días: secador, microondas, utensilios de cocina, mantas, etc. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida original: unas botellitas de vinho do Porto. Además hay un libreto con recomendaciones útiles locales. Las llaves, el parking y el alojamiento están en 3 ubicaciones diferentes en la misma calle. Puede ser confuso y el día de salida como tengas coche es un lío dejar las llaves en el alojamiento (hacen falta para recoger el coche). La entrada al parking es estrecha, no creo que valga para todos los coches y tiene muchas marcas de rayados. Las escaleras para la cama son muy incomodas y peligrosas para bajar a la noche. El edificio es antiguo y con madera ruidosa. Tuve suerte de ir en un momento con pocos huéspedes vecinos porque se oye todo (también por la calle).

Supermarket na nakoupení všeho potřebného byl za rohem. Komunikace s hostiteli probíhala naprosto bezproblémově, prakticky stále jsme měli pocit, že je o nás postaráno že se máme v případě nouze na koho obrátit. Apartement leží v přízemí, kousek od uličních dveří, jejichž zavírací mechanismus je velmi hlučný, což není během spánku příliš komfortní.

• Andrea (10/5): Schönes Apartment, vorteilhaft mit Parkplatz - Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage nahe am Bolhao Markt und an vielen Restaurants und Bars. Es bietet viel Platz, ist gut eingerichtet, und die Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Dass man hier mit Straßenlärm rechnen muss, versteht sich von selbst und war für uns kein Störfaktor. In der Wohnung selbst hört man davon bei geschlossenen Türen nicht viel, nur das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig. Ein großer Vorteil ist der zugehörige Parkplatz in der Garage schräg gegenüber des Wohnhauses. Mit der Beschreibung hierfür und auch für den Ablageort für den Schlüssel kamen wir gut zurecht. Mit breiteren Autos (SUVs) wäre die Einfahrt allerdings schwierig. Die freundliche Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Etwas umständlich war die Abreise, weil wir die Garagen-Fernbedienung für brauchten, um das Auto zu holen, aber diese und den Schlüssen wieder ins Apartment bringen mussten. Zu zweit ging das - alleine wäre es schwierig.

Ho trovato l'appartamento decisamente piccolo per 4 persone, pochi ripiani dove appoggiare le cose. Bagno assolutamente insufficiente...piccolo e con un lavabo minuscolo; passi che sia senza finestra (in città è normale) ma almeno una ventola di aereazione dovrebbe esserci. Anche in cucina avrei gradito una padella in più e magari delle tovagliette americane si cui appoggiarsi.

Al nostro arrivo avremmo gradito trovare il terzo letto (divano ) preparato . Il letto matrimoniale era molto piccolo. L'appartamento, dato che era collocato al piano dell'ingresso della palazzina,era disturbato dal passaggio delle persone degli altri alloggi , c'era inoltre costantemente un rumore di sottofondo proveniente dalla cucina a intervalli regolari di 10 minuti.

Air conditioning worked very well and we were grateful being so hot. Well equipped fridge and kitchen. Close to all major attractions in downtown Porto. Parking was tricky. The entrance to the garage is SUPER narrow and if you didn’t go straight on there was a risk in damaging the car. We left the car in the garage for the whole visit as we didn’t want to have to navigate in and out. But parking felt safe and secure.

• Nuno (10/5): Excelente localização. Ótimo apartamento - A localização é excelente. A menos de 5m a pé da rua de Santa Catarina e do Bolhão. O lugar de garagem (gratuito - convém pedir para reservar): apesar de a entrada do portão ser muito apertada, lá dentro tem muito espaço. O apartamento é grande e bem equipado. Nada de relevante a assinalar. Apenas é necessário ter cuidado com as crianças caso fiquem a dormir na parte do Mezanino.

No tiene ascensor lo q es un problemas para subir maletas hasta el primer piso q es donde estábamos. El garaje es como para un coche súper pequeño con una entrada muy mala nosotros llevábamos un Countryman y fue imposible meterlo ni con los retrovisores recogidos entraba. Eso deberían decirlo por q no lo explican bien . El coche tiene q ser tipo Twingo para q entre.Por lo q tuvimos q buscar un parking cercano q nos costó 24€ . Resumiendo el garaje q ponen q tienen es como si no lo tuvieran.

• CARMEN (9/5): El apartamento es genial para una corta estancia. El personal es super amable. - El apartamento está muy bien, cuenta con todo lo necesario y además estaba todo muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y muy atentos. Situado muy cerca del centro y en una calle tranquila. También está genial que puedas dejar las maletas en recepción si llegas o te vas fuera de horario. Abrir la puerta de entrada al edificio era difícil, la llave no iba bien. Como tienen muchos apartamentos no sabes cual te va a tocar hasta que llegas. A parte de eso, el resto genial.

• Silvia (9/5): Fantástico - Precioso, nos sentimos como en casa. Todo muy limpio, amplio, con mucha luz, cómodo, muy buen descanso. Muy acogedor, de fácil acceso, muy silencioso y tranquilo. Céntrico se accede a todo andando. Hay tiendas y negocios de todo tipo muy cerca. El personal que está a cargo, genial. No precisamos ninguna ayuda pero, cada día se comunicaban por whatsapp por si necesitábamos algo.

• Michelle (9/5): Great location and spacious apartment - The location is right next to a popular shopping mall/street and the Balhao food market, so there is plenty to walk to. It's in a great part of the city, while also not being an incredible busy street. The apartment is spacious and the hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp. Getting the keys is tricky if you are also trying to park a vehicle. The map they provide is great, but you have to access the keys from a lockbox on the street before you can get the garage door opener which will allow you to park. It's not difficult, you just need to plan ahead. We parked in a parking garage and then got the keys and moved the car. If you are renting a vehicle, don't get a medium sized car or anything bigger. You will need to fold in your mirrors when driving the tunnel to the parking area.

Un petit bémol : l’accès au lit en mezzanine nécessite une certaine agilité, les escaliers étant assez raides — à monter avec prudence, surtout pour les personnes de mon âge (73 ans). À noter également : le parking privé, un véritable atout. Escaliers accedant au lit, monter doucement...🤣.
• Tara (9/5): Sweet, lovely stay in a great neighborhood - The location was perfect. Sweet Porto is a great place for a couple to land. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is nice to make light meals. We loved having our morning coffee on the terrace. Could have some napkins and dish towels-minor inconvenience, but would be great for people that like to cook.

The location was great. We walked everywhere from here. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Lots of space in the apartment. Easy check in and very friendly staff. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were also pretty sad. The apartment could use a deeper clean. The bedding and linens were all fine. Just some little details that could use attention. Also there is a window above the entry door. Outside the door are stairs to upper apartments. When people come down the stairs they can see directly into the bedroom if the bedroom door is not shut. Was a bit awkward the first time we noticed this. It would be good to add curtains or privacy glass on this window.

• Ralph (7/5): - Location was great. Access to parking was OK but leaving was an issue with exit button out of reach by driver. Stairs to loft bedroom. Exiting parking
• SIMON (10/5): Excellent location, Free secure parking and outside terrace. - Great location. Outside space/ terrace was excellent for relaxing after a days sightseeing. Parking was secure and just down the road (about 10 car lengths) on the opposite side of the road, the entrance was narrow but manageable with care. Keys were available from a box at no. 133, parking was at no. 125 and apartment was at 162. A couple of small Tawney Port bottle were a nice welcome. We would stay here again.

• Axel (6/5): - Das Bett war sehr schmal (1,40m), das Haus sehr hellhörig. Badezimmer winzig und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Esstisch musste ausgeklappt werden und war aufgrund von Unebenheiten im Boden sehr wackelig. Statt Stühlen gab es Hocker. Für anspruchslose Gäste ok.

• maria mercedes (5/5): Una lástima - el departamento estaba muy bien y la ubicación era buena. La llegada fue horrible. Nos dieron llaves que no funcionaban. Estuvimos 10 minutos intentando entrar al edificio. Como eran las 18 ya no atendían whatsapp. Despues nos turnamos para salir para asegurarnos de poder volver a entrar. Recién pudimos contactar a medianoche al número de emergencia. Nos dijeron que no tenían otra llave pero al dia siguiente tras avisar a booking pudimos ir a buscar otra. Tampoco avisaron que un auto grande no entra al estacionamiento, lo que implicó sumar el gasto imprevisto del parking. No había wifi al llegar y no nos advirtieron de la posibilidad de conexión móvil. Recien nos avisaron al día siguiente. El primer día fue una amargura total que con previsión y comunicación eficiente se hubiera evitado.

• Daniela (6/5): - O apartamento é bem localizado, proximo a varios pontos turisticos e com facilidade por ter estacionamento. Como ficamos no térreo, há muito barulho em relação a entrada e saida de pessoas do prédio, as vezes bem cedo. Fomos prontamente atendidos quando precisamos.
• hfirthc615 (10/5): Excellent Accommodation and Management - Our Sweet Porto apartment was a beautiful space that was clean, well stocked and quiet. The outdoor space had trees and a dining area, which was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the Sweet Porto management were very responsive and helpful from the time we booked until check out. I would definitely use Sweet Porto again.
• willy (9/5): Departamento muy funcional.Limpio.Buena unicacion - El dpto es funcional , bien diseñado para 2 personas comodamente. Con lo necesario p habitarlo. Muy Buena ubicacion.Check in /out rapido. Frente a una necesidad ( no funcionaba el contacto d TV) era d noche y vinieron a solucionarlo , aunque no se pudo, se valora El ingreso a la cochera es demasiado justo para autos grandes pero somos buenos conductores y pudimos manejarlo. una observación seria que coloquen una nota , en todos los idiomas, avisando que la puerta d la cochera dura DEMASIADO poco tiempo abierta, asi se evitan sustos xq la puerta no te da tiempo a acomodar el auto. Es por prevención, xq esta bueno tener donde dejar el auto
