They even assisted with our bags and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—there was a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone, and everything tasted fresh.

Special praise goes to Thien, who is exceptional with all guests—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. He deserves a 10/10. The rest, however, was significantly less impressive. We were upgraded to a better room because the first one had an unpleasant musty smell. The new room was fine—very spacious and clean—but humidity seems to be an issue here. Breakfast was average, so we preferred having it at a nearby café (Z! – tasty and varied). We have stayed in much better hotels in Vietnam for the same price and similar rating.

- Danh (10/5): Wonderful stay in perfect location! - This was our favourite hotel on our recent trip to Vietnam. It might be helped by the fact that Da Nang has a great vibe and has the best beach in Vietnam. Location is central and perfect (10 minutes' walk to the beach). There are lots of great eateries and cafes nearby. It's also halfway between Linh Ung Pagoda and Marble Mountains. Most impressive, beyond the nice and clean rooms, were the staff. They were so friendly. My highlights have to be the two young doormen. They were so polite, helpful and great to converse with, even in my broken Vietnamese. Shoutout to them for being so strong as well, carrying all our 20kg luggage so effortlessly. I don't have a bad word to say. This was such a great, comfortable stay. Breakfast options were a little limited, but thankfully, their fresh Vietnamese bun dish station is amazing!

- Jill (10/5): Excellent 👌🏾 - An absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What truly sets it apart, though, are the staff they were without question some of the loveliest, kindest people we have ever met. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction felt genuinely warm and caring. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight, so peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it, which says everything. We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality

- Wiktoria (7/5): We got a discount but I would not rate it for as many starts at it has - Amazing staff, they didn’t speak much English but they wanted to help as much as possible. The beds were comfortable The facilities were bit worse than expected. Swimming has small area to rest around it. Also the spa was really disappointing. Massage felt like made by an amateur, beds were not comfortable and the spa ladies were speaking during almost full massage so it was difficult to relax.
- Hằng (10/5): - Aria Grand is an absolute gem! I had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and modern. Honestly, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, delicious with a wide variety of choices. I also like the hotel’s location, just a 5 min walk to the beach, making it very convenient for my morning strolls. Everything exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back on my next trip to Da Nang.

- Miguel Angel (8/5): - La atención del personal, el desayuno era variado y la ubicación no estaba mal. Aunque para ir a sitios como el puente del dragón y el mercado de tiendas hay que coger taxi. Coincidió que durante nuestra estancia estaban de obras en la piscina y tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran la habitación por el ruido de los golpes en la obra.

- Ljiljana (9/5): - Clean and comfortable. A few steps away from the main street and the beach was a 15-minute walk. Staff were warm and welcoming especially the 2 hotel porters. The breakfast menu caters to all but there is no bacon. No handrails on the main front steps or stairs to the pool. No wheelchair ramp at the front entrance. Non-slip mats were cut into strips and placed on the main entrance steps without being glued. This made them slippery when walking down the steps. For those who like to watch a bit of TV after a long day exploring and eating don't expect your normal streaming services as there isn't any

I really like the hotel location, and especially the friendly, courteous staff who were always ready to assist whenever we needed help. NHI from the Front Office, Tim, and one of the staff members (we met on our first day at check-in) were extremely helpful and friendly. i loved to give them a Tip but unfortunately i havent got any cash left when i left the hotel. The hotel is close to the beach, with many restaurants around the area, which was very convenient. Breakfast was okay. We were five families staying in Da Nang for three nights, and we had a lovely and enjoyable stay at the hotel and will definitely book this hotel again if we would make a trip again to Danang. Non

- Emmanuel (9/5): Great! - The staff were very accomodating. Breakfast had a good range of options including local food and their hot noodle and some dishes vary day to day. The staff also upgraded our room to a slightly bigger one. I would wish that the bread selection for breakfast would have more variety and better quality.

Siamo stati solo una notte di passaggio (e pioveva) quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire di servizi come piscina o sauna, nè capire meglio la posizione. Colazione ricchissima, staff sempre disponibile. Per quanto poco abbiamo pagato non mi sarei mai aspettato una struttura così Il bagno aveva una enorme vetrata sulla stanza (per fortuna con tenda a poter coprire) - non un gran problema ma strano da vedere

- Camille (10/5): Très bon hôtel, bien situé et confortable. - Très bel hôtel avec une équipe et un service au top ! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très agréable. L’établissement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage et de nombreux restaurants, dans un super quartier de Da Nang. Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour tellement nous nous y sentions bien. Une adresse qu’on recommande sans hésiter !

The breakfast could have been better however we did find something that we liked. Chicken curry isn’t your normal western breakfast but it was enjoyable.

They moved me to the 12th floor penthouse suite and it was dated but impressive. Customer service was top notch from desk staff to doormen. Highly recommend

- Bill (10/5): The staff here made the stay memorable. - From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was welcoming and ready to help. They even recommended a local seafood place that turned out to be amazing. Room was cozy, clean, and had a large TV with international channels.
- Linda (10/5): - Good location. The receptionist Hoang and Tin was above friendly. We arrived around 9AM and Hoang did everything in his power to let us check in when we arrived with free room upgrade. Tin helped us with absolutely everything else. I would definitely come back here next time!
- Keira (10/5): Great place for families. - We had two connecting rooms which made it easy with kids. Staff brought extra pillows and set up a baby cot without us even asking. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the spa downstairs after a long day.
