- Howard (10/5): - Wonderful stay in quiet, very clean and lovely apartment- hotel. Bed is comfortable, terrace is lovely, kitchen is perfect! The pool, hot tub and sauna is wonderful after a day of hiking and the staff is extremely helpful! We loved walking in Les Houches and several very good restaurants within a five minute walk. Convenient to Les Houches hiking and cable cars. Easy drive to Chamonix (or bus ride with stop outside the hotel). We loved our stay!

- anna (10/5): - Loved our stay here and will book again if we’re coming back to Les Houches. It’s in walking distance to the slopes, has ample parking and we loved the access to the pool and spa. We enjoyed the Jazz band while we were there, they were amazing. The boot room was so useful, heated so everything was dry and warm each morning. We also used Cyprian Sports next door; the best ski shop I’ve ever used, friendly staff and a huge ranges of equipment. One wish was that there was more on at the hotel like the Jazz night, but for more to do there is the small town of Les Houches or Chamonix with ample entertainment every night.

- Jostant (10/5): LES YEUX FERMÉS - Tout d’abord, très charmante accueil. Chalet idéalement situé, Aux Houches, non loin de tout et très bien desservi. On peut très vite être séduit, quitter difficilement les lieux voire avoir envie de s’y installer. Pour avoir longuement comparé puis vécu l’expérience (Noël en montagne), je ne sais s’il y a une direction plus « accroche-cœur » à travers les Alpes.

- Amgad (8/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung nahe Chamonix - Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, Spa und Pool waren für uns vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter eine sehr nette Abwechselung. Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet, die Türen sind schallsicher. Die Anlage ist sehr nah an Les Houches Skiregion, zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus direkt vor dem Eingang. Chamonix Skiregionen sind auch mit dem Bus oder Auto (15 min.) erreichbar.

- Linna (8/5): - The facilities in the chalet and equipments in the apartment are good enough, special mention to the kitchen. The front desk service can be further improved in terms of communication and response time to request of repair work. All bedsheets should be provided before check-in, as the number of guests have already been given to the chalet upon booking. Another thing to mention is some guests were making consistent noises at night. As the front desk closed after 7pm, we had to bear the noises for two nights.

- Steffen (6/5): Varmt og støjende - Rigtigt flot hotel med gode faciliteter - men hvis i leder efter det fredfyldte sted i bjergene er dette ikke stedet. Vi fik en lejlighed øverst oppe og ud mod en meget trafikeret vej. Da hotellet har metaltag og Inger aircondition blev lejligheden ulidelig varm og eneste mulighed var at sove med åbne vinduer. Pga larmen fra vejen var det meget svært at få ordentlig søvn

- Bogdan (10/5): - Die neue Managerin geht die extrameile an, um die Erwartungen der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Spa Zone ist ein Vergnügen nach einem Skitag. Auch der Skiraum ist sehr praktisch und sehr gut ausgestattet.
- Cecilia (10/5): - Rymlig lägenhet med fin utsikt, bra spa och pool ( dock lite djup ,135cm i den grunda delen) men det finns en grund plaskpool också, fräscht och rent. Les Houghes är perfekt för familjer, lugnare är Chamonix men det finns restauranger och mataffär och annan service nära. Skidåkningen här är också bättre för familjer, mindre folk och inga vassa armbågar jämfört med Chamonix. Vi åkte sista veckan i januari och det var glest i backarna och inga köer. Sol varje dag.
- Catherine (10/5): - Beautifully appointed property in a quaint village. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor with great views of Mount Blanc. It was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 adults. The swimming pool/spa etc and fitness suite were excellent. Free Chamonix bus stops right outside taking you to all the highlights of the valley. We would definitely go back to stay there.

- BEATRICE (4/5): pas les services d'un 4 étoiles du TOUT !!!! - prix exorbitant pour un 4 étoiles !! surtout avec 1 rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 2 personnes pour 2 nuitées, pas de papier sopalin dans le cuisine ! vider les poubelles de tris et autre en quittant l'appartement, pas de communication à l'arrivée sur : la carte du syndicat d'initiative donnant droit à des réduction ??? sur utilisation du chauffage : compliqué ! sur le fait que service à raclette ou fondue se trouve à la reception et que il faut les demander !!!!! surtout quand on ne le sait même pas, piscine avec ouverture limitée : 10h-20h alors que il n'y a aucune surveillance !!! dans le salon : banquette lit en 2 lit une place donc pas pour un couple !!! etc...

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property itself is amazing. Very new, top class material, nice and helpful. The problem is the location. It is such a shame to not be able to open the windows because of the noise from the motorway nearby. We had once dinner on the balcony (which was amazing and huge for our apartment), we didn’t try twice as the noise was so loud. Noise from the motorway on one side and noice from the cars driving the high street on the other side. I think this issue is true for any accommodation in Les Houches, from what i noticed. This is such a shame because, once again, the chalet itself is amazing.

- Hadar (6/5): הדירה ומיקום הדירה מצויינים. - הדירה ומיקום הדירה מצויינים!!! הדירה מאוד מושקעת, ויש בה כמעט הכל. אבל יש לציין שאין מזגן, ובימים חמים מאוד לא נעים לשהות בדירה. יש להיות מודעים לכך שהמלון מספק מעט מאוד נייר טואלט, שמפו וסבון אשר יספיקו רק ליום אחד למשפחה, ולא לשהות ארוכה.

- José Henrique (10/5): Surpresa DESAGRADABILÍSSIMA no check-out - O apartamento é muito confortável. No entanto, a Hoteis.com/estabelecimento anunciaram que haveria troca de roupas de cama/toalhas nas quartas-feiras, e não houve. Foi anunciado também que haveria serviço de limpeza de quarto apenas 1 vez durante a estadia. No entanto, não foi realizado nem um nem outro (não tenho certeza de que se trata da limpeza do check-out pois em nenhum momento nos foi esclarecido)! E o que foi extremamente desagradável foi que no momento do check-out a recepcionista, após checar o apartamento, me chamou a atenção dizendo que havia bagunça na cozinha (obviamente, não lavei a louça do café da manhã justamente porque estava saindo do hotel!). Ou seja, além de não terem trocado roupas de cama e toalhas, tampouco realizado 1 serviço de limpeza, como aliás havia sido anunciado, ainda tive que ouvir que deixei o apartamento bagunçado e que na França não se faz isso!!! Eu respondi que, embora já tivesse me hospedado inúmeras vezes em hotéis pela França, nunca precisei limpar os locais antes de sair e, ainda, que não havíamos sido informados de tal exigência antes! Aliás, eu sequer haveria reservado tal estabelecimento se fosse essa uma das condições. Ainda mais quando na página da Hoteis.com a informação era outra! A recepcionista então disse que, como não havíamos sido informados de tal necessidade antes, deixaria por isso mesmo. Mas foi EXTREMAMENTE DESAGRADÁVEL o que ocorreu! Eu não pretendo retornar àquele local após o ocorrido.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely place to stay! - We stayed in Chalets Elena for a week of skiing. It was lovely. Very clean, comfortable and the service was fab. The pool and spa area was also lovely and we used it daily. They also let us have a late checkout which we really appreciated. Would recommend.
