- Susi G. (9/5): Tolles, aber zu teures Hotel - Das Hotel in dem alten Palast mit der Wendeltreppe ist echt stilvoll, die Zimmer zwar klein, aber sauber und gemütlich, ebenso das Bad. Auch die Gartenbar war abends nett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Habe mich insgesamt wohl gefühlt, da sehr atmosphärisch. Keinen Wasserkocher, Kaffee auf dem Zimmer oder unten frei zugänglich. Geärgert habe ich mich über das echt kleine Frühstück (Toast + Kaffee) für 7€, obwohl sogar bei Booking noch 6,- stehen. Das war mir doch für den Preis definitiv zu wenig und es hat leider am Ende meinen sehr guten Eindruck kaputt gemacht.

Esperaba que las habitaciones representaran un poco tambien el encanto que se percibe por fuera, pero son bastante sencillas.

- Lorenz (9/5): Sehr stimmungsvolles und zentral gelegenes Hotel in einem toll restaurierten kleinen Palast - Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Hondarribia in einem sehr schön restaurierten historischen Palast. Wir hatten ein bezauberndes Zimmer mit großem Erker zu einem ruhigen, schönen Platz mit wunderbarer Architektur. Das Bett war super bequem, das Bad klein, aber gut ausgestattet und das dazu gebuchte Frühstück (à la carte) im angrenzenden luftigen Hofcafé reichhaltig mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Diese Unterkunft und Hondarribia sind eine echte Entdeckung und wärmstens zu empfehlen (auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt)! Das Hotel hat nur zwei Parkplätze, von denen einer zum Glück frei war. Reservieren ist nicht möglich. Da es in der verwinkelten Altstadt (sehr malerisch!) sonst nur Anwohnerparkplätze gibt, könnte das Parken (in der Nähe) durchaus zum Problem werden (für uns war es zum Glück keins).

Initially I didn't know what they were but seing so many I did some research and founded about it. They gave me another room, but I had been bitted already and suffered from it for a week.

- Céline (8/5): Joli hôtel de caractère. Séjour très agréable. - Joli petit hôtel de caractère sur une belle place dans le centre médiéval. Terrasse très agréable. Rrsonnel agreable et serviable. Très bien situé. Chambre double assez petite. Parfait pour un court sejour, peut être un peu exiguë pour plusieurs jours.

La habitacion que nos toco fue en los aticos con una en columna en la mitad de la parte izda de la cama muy incomodo. Con nosotros el trato tanto cuando hicimos el check in como cuando desayunamos fue bien sin mas.

Va ser molt problemàtic aparcar les quatre nits. El darrer dia no arribava l aigua calenta al bany de l habitació 202 i no la vem poder utilitzar. Els altres dies no anava molt bé però al menys es podia utilitzar. Ens van comentar q la setmana anterior el tècnic ho havia estat mirant i pensavan q estava quesolucionat.

Purtroppo non si può riservare il posto auto. E’ stato un po’ macchinoso raggiungere l’hotel in auto e poi dover di nuovo uscire dal centro per parcheggiare l’auto fuori dalle mura. Probabilmente è meglio contattare la struttura poco prima dell’arrivo per capire come comportarsi con il parcheggio.

- Doug (3/5): Average at best… - The location in the old town was lovely. The staff tried hard to assist with our concerns. The lack of parking was horrendous. Two spaces only!! The alternative locations were ludicrous. We had a dog and were put on the 2nd floor..why? The room was very small and the shower looked especially unsanitary.
