• Verified traveler (8/5): Unbeatable location - The team were very communicative and met us promptly at the door (thought there was a late check in fee). The location was impossible to beat, so close to main transport around the city, as well as being located centrally near the restaurants, bars and cafes in Pest. It was also easy to get to and from the airport. The room itself was spacious and quiet. The bedding was very hard and the sheets were relatively rough which was the only downside. Overall we had a lovely experience.

• Nathaniel (6/5): - I should have read the reviews thoroughly. There are no blinds or blackout curtains so you’ll be hit by the sun early morning. The walls are very thin so expect to hear the cleaning ladies vacuum early morning as well. There is also a nasty smell from the bathroom toilet. The location is great but that is about it. Not worth the price if you ask me.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall our experience was good. We did come in on a Friday night and there was a lot of banging at the main door and the door directly leading to the set of rooms. Other than that everything was safe. We had one big bed and one single bed. The single bed was similar to a piece of wood rather than a mattress.

La venta da a las escaleras del edificio. Puntos positivos: Limpio, metro y bus cerca, opciones de comiday supermercados
• Doris (6/5): - Der Vermieter wohnt nicht dort. Kompliziert zum finden. Aussen sieht es wie eine heruntergekommene Baracke aus. Die Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider kommt nie jemand vorbei um die stinkenden Badetücher zu wechseln.
• Lauren (8/5): - Great location. The process of checking in was not great. Doesn’t feel very safe as a female traveller. There’s no front desk and it’s very unclear where you are supposed to go. I showed up at an apartment building that was deserted and creepy. There was a phone number to call but if you only have an esim and have not downloaded WhatsApp then there is no way of communicating with them. I waited about 30 minutes and was considering finding another place to stay because I did not think there would be a way to check in. Eventually a man showed up and let me in. The room itself looks like the pictures. Definitely not sound proofed.
• Verified traveler (4/5): poor sound insulation - The sound insulation of the accommodation was very poor. We spoke quietly and could still be heard in the corridor. At the same time, sounds from outside will come in very clearly. In addition, the room has a very strong smell of inferior essence, will be very pungent.
• Jessica Claire (6/5): - Very clean and well situated. Kitchen was basic but sufficient for a short stay. Property description refers to black out curtains and sound proofing but had neither. Not street noise, noise from other apartments. Also booked a queen bed which was 2 singles together. Mattress was very solid so between that, the light and the noise it wasn’t a very restful stay!
• Daniel (2/5): Dreadful building. Not like the pictures. - The room itself is ok, clean but with a few areas needing attention. However, it's in a terribly run down building with junk right outside the door (see pictures) and noisy neighbours that keep you awake until late and wake you up first thing. It also felt very unsafe there. Certainly not for single female travellers. Very disappointed and could not wait to leave. The pictures look great but the room we received looked nothing like the one booked. The person managing the property was polite and professional. But that aside, if you want a relaxing trip you will need to book elsewhere.

• Claire (10/5): - A little bit difficult to initially find the check in area. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the fridge in our room. They couldn't fix the fridge so quickly moved us into another apartment, the maintenance man even helped us to move our things :) Apartment was a short walk from the check in area but the map they supplied us with was easy to follow. Great area, close to sights and restaurants. Apartment was clean and a/c was very a huge bonus especially when the temps were in excess of 90F! Great value for money. Would stay here again.
• Brandon (10/5): - We arrived late from our original time, but Budapest Holidays were able to accmodate us, and even upgraded our stay to another apartment because of a last minute facility issue. The upgraded apartment was easily accesible by lift, and we made use of the air con as it was extremely hot during our stay. The property was immaculate, secure, and seemed brand new. It was also close to Metro and bus connections, as well as a short walk to the Jewish quarter where the famous Ruin Bars are mostly located. Check out was a breeze, and we were able to store our luggage at their main office location nearby. Great location and property overall.

• Polykarpos (8/5): - My stay at the apartment was good. The place is well maintain and was clean and tidy. Very close to the center and to all amenities. Susy, the host was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that there was not a bath soap in the bath and the noise from the corridor. The door is not sound proof and you can hear the noise clearly.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Qualita prezzo davvero ottima, abbiamo prenotato a Giugno senza pagamento anticipato, una ragazza gentilissima ci ha accolto alle 22:30, si paga in contanti dall'arrivo e noi non avendone e stata cosi gentile da accompagnarci in un ATM con il giusto cambio valuta. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. L'UNICO punto a sfavore che non ci fosse il bagno schiuma per la doccia e il phon come in descrizione.

• Rohan (6/5): Uncomfortable stay - Check in was hassle free. Someone from the apartment contacted us and met us. Room is very small. Sofa bed is extremely unconformable. Once sofa bed is pulled out, one can barely move around the room. Not enough duvet and comforters. Basically, one of the duvet was used as mattress as the sofa was uncomfy. Bathroom very small. No hob which should have been clarified. Only kettle and toaster. Some cutlery. I wont class this as an apartment. Just a hotel and that too not very good.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Lo que más me gustó es su localización. En pleno centro de Budapest, las instalaciones están muy limpias. Lo que no me gustó es que cuando llegamos el sofá cama no estaba hecho, ni tan solo nos explicaron que era un sofa cama que estaba roto y que no se podia extender. Al querer abrir el sofá cama vimos que estaba roto y se quedó bloqueado de forma que no podíamos dormir allí. Llamamos para ver si nos podían ayudar y nos dijeron que vendrían al día siguiente (por suerte supimos solucionarlo nosotros, si no hubiéramos tenido que dormir en el suelo). La mañana siguiente llamamos a la oficina para decir que habíamos podido solucionar el problema. Les dijimos que NO entraran en el apartamento, pues ya habíamos solucionado el tema del sofa cama y preferíamos que nadie entrara mientras nosotras no estábamos allí. Sorpresa sorpresa cuando ese día al volver encontramos todos nuestros objetos movidos de sitio y un paraguas que habíamos dejado en el suelo completamente roto. La mañana siguiente fuimos a la oficina y al principio nos decian que no habia entrado nadie en el apartamento, luego nos dijeron que habia entrado alguien de mantenimiento, despues que habia sido la responsable de la limpieza, pero esta misma, que se encontraba en la oficina en ese momento, negaba haber movido nada ni haberse dado cuenta de que habia roto el paraguas. Al final nos compensaron con el taxi hacia el aeropuerto y quiero agradecer a Ella y a su amabilidad y gestión en el asunto.

• Avraham (2/5): disaster - It is not Hotel. It is some rooms in an old crumbled apartment buildings. No sign anywere outside. Nobody in the neigbourhood knows about it. We found it only after going up 1st floor. We gave the owner our arrival time but nobody was there. we called him but received no reply. we whatsapped him wit no reply. We waited there for more than 40 minutes and left to find other accomadation. 30 minutes later we got a message that his colleague will arrive in half an our later. Odd

We went for the xmas markets which was right on our doorstep. The bridge's between Buda and Pest were about a 10 min walk. Very Clean and spacious room.. Had a kitchenette with everything you would need. Secure accommodation.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette superbe ville et cet appartement était top. Concernant la communication pas de soucis il faut appeler 30 mn avant votre arrivée et il y a quelqu'un qui vient très vite. Il ne faut pas se fier à la porte de devant les appartements sont vraiment bien et le quartier offre beaucoup de distractions mais les appartements sont situés dans un endroit très calme.
