- Dianne (10/5): Super clean, friendly and value for money. - View of estuary from balcony, super clean, spacious room, use of pool and sauna, professional and friendly staff. Nothing.
- Christine (9/5): -
- Tim (10/5): - Lovely room, stunning sea view, state of the art Dpa, excellent good value food. All areas not just rooms spotlessly clean. 10/10. Nothing.
- Mark (10/5): -

- Lyndsey (10/5): Was a beautiful little getaway the food was amazing and brilliant value for money - I loved the location the building itself the views and the soa was amazing
- Tomasz (10/5): -
- Edwards (10/5): The views are outstanding, relaxing, tranquil, listening to the birds and the waves exquisite - The staff were very very friendly they could not do enough to make you feel really really welcome. The dogs also were very very welcome. The facilities were outstanding. The spa was so clean and the very good choice on the menu and the restaurant service was brilliant . the meal was very very tasty. The postcode if you put it into the satnav sent you to a location which was at the back of the property . We were in the middle of nowhere , but further the road round to me soon there. X
- Victoria (9/5): lovely anniversary break - lovely restaurant and amazing food nothing to dislike

- Helen (8/5): We had a lovely relaxing 4 nights, comfy bed and good food with a fabulous view over the river from. - We had a hearty breakfast, with an added bonus of fried bread. Our evening meals were really good either a great choice on the menu. The room we were allocated was very large with a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom was very big either a large bath and seperate shower. The only thing wrong was no grab rail in the shower, I am disabled but even my able bodied husband felt unsteady in the shower.
- Claire (8/5): -
- Gerald (9/5): - The views were stunning and relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and our room was very comfortable.
- Helen (10/5): Amazin - Absolutely amazing stay staff very helpful polite food was stunning
Welcomed our pooches even gave a doggy blanket

- Simon (7/5): Good dog friendly hotel, pretty decent location for further exploration. Pool and spa facilities. - Food was good, simple hearty food in the restaurant in the evening and a solid breakfast buffet on offer The Hotel is also a caravan park, it is a little bit tatty (I don't wish to sound unfair as it is very clean and tidy), and it doesn't have any grounds which is a bit of a shame, trainline is 50m from the hotel but its not too noisy as its a slow line.
- Jane (8/5): Warm welcoming staff, good food. - Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Our room was lovely. We were disappointed that the sauna and steam room were switched off. Also the breakfast window could start a bit earlier and finish a bit later
- Rob (10/5): - Very welcoming, helpful staff, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped (sea view was a nice bonus), the restaurant is first class and great value for breakfast and dinner and they serve rather good local beer in the bar - winner all round! Nothing to dislike here!!
- Rob (10/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): The location, facilities, staff and food were all fab. - The food was great and terrific value (dinner). We loved the location and the facilities - and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
- Ruth (7/5): Good place to get away - Great swimming pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Good to be able to look out to the sea/estuary. Evening meal vwry good. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was below average with limited choice. Limited range of cereal and tinned fruit (as well as buffet). Male sitting in reception kept saying he was not a receptionist and never smiled so did not feel welcomed (but other staff very friendly). The mobile homes slightly spoiled the view.
- Phil (10/5): -
- Rich (8/5): really nice place - Had dinner that was plentyful and really nice and same again with breakfast. Room was clean and tidy with everything you need . Good nights sleep cant ask for more
- Wayne (8/5): Very comfortable stay - Friendly, professional staff
Great location
Excellent service
Outstanding food and drink Nothing
- andrew (10/5): Super friendly and accommodating. Above and beyond to make the children happy. Lovely place. - Breakfast was good and any special requests were dealt with without any problems.
- Rachel (10/5): -
- David (9/5): I wish I could have had more time and stayed longer - Unfortunately I got there late and was only there for one night, but my short impression was positive and I would have liked to have stayed longer based on that initial impression.
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was first class. It was a warm night and without air con or a fan I needed to open the window.
The problem was that my room faced the very close railway line so I was disturbed until very late in the night with the noise from the frequently passing trains.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Beautiful hotel lovely helpful staff who helped us get taxis to where our party was being held Nothing
- Bruce (8/5): -
- Becky (5/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. Paid extra for a balcony view. The view of the estate and beyond was spoilt by the car park and static caravans directly outside the hotel. The outside drinking area directly below the balcony resulted in constant talking which got progressively louder as the evening went on.
- Lee (7/5): Comfortable, great value, accomodating - I loved the access to the spa and the super friendly accommodating staff. Also, the food was great. Better than most of the other places we are in the area. The shower had bipolar.... It was sometimes hot and sometimes it decided it was time for some cold water emersion. Other than the shower there wasn't anything else wrong with our stay.
- Openshaw (10/5): -
- Tracey (10/5): -
- Martin (7/5): Staff nice. Food OK. - Quaint Nothing
- Wendy (10/5): Homely and comfortable - Family good environment, excellent with dogs makes them feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble Everything was good
- Peter (8/5): Great hotel, mostly excellent review - Lovely room, staff very good, food very good, breakfast exceptional Prob just me but the Seaview room had some caravans sited in front of the view which was a little disappointing, I prob never researched it properly
- Jayne (7/5): Good -
- Holdsworth (10/5): Exceptional - An all round great experience. A+++
Room great, food excellent and staff allhelpful Wish it was two hours closer to where we live. But that's our problem, haha.
- Maria (10/5): Relaxing short stay - Lovely and quiet location, wonderful staff, dogs friendly. Clean and comfortable beds. Good selection at breakfast.
- Nika (6/5): Not worth £144 per night - Beds are really comfortable, clean rooms, dinner very tasty and decent portion sizes, location is beautiful, very grateful we were able to go to the spa before check-in and the sauna and steam room were very nice. Rooms are very warm, tv wasn't connecting to the wifi so we only had a few channels to watch, jacuzzi was cold, no skittles or pool table that are shown on pictures. Breakfast is tasty but not much choice.
- Ricky (6/5): DONT stay if you want access to sauna and steam room in the morning. Its not turned on until 10.clock. Personally, I wou - Breakfast was really good, good quality food. No sauna or steam room until 10.clock. (Something about off peak) however people that would stay there Monday to Friday for business and would book this hotel on the assumption they’re going to have access to sauna and a steam room would be sorely disappointed.
- Jestin (10/5): Nice hotel - Everything was perfect Swimming pool was cold
- Sue (9/5): Superb -
- Donna (9/5): A clean, spacious hotel with great facilities, perfect location and incredibly welcoming staff - The property was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with excellent facilities. The location was ideal for our needs, and if you’re looking to explore nearby towns, there’s convenient transport just five minutes from the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay—they are truly a credit to the owners. Without a doubt, I would return! N/A
- Lianne (9/5): Short stay with 2 dogs - Breakfast and evenings meals were lovely beds so comfortable free toiletries were really nice and the owners are so friendly a d helpful.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julian (9/5): Superb -
- Ruth (10/5): All in sll I still love rhe hotel. - Excellent stay, room clean. Slept like a baby. Jacuzzi steam room and sauna and pool are fab, when switched on! Staff in restaurants were a bit crap so I didn't leave a tip, chefs food was great though, tea and coffee facilities were poorly stocked. Shower products poorly stocked also.
- Suzanne (10/5): Lush - Everything, room , clean friendly staff Nothing
- John (8/5): Very good - Lovely hotel, very comfortable & spacious room(great bed).We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal & the food was excellent ,breakfast was well prepared & tasty, very friendly waitress. The location was great for us, but the railway line, which runs right in front of the hotel, obscures the views of the coastline looking across the estuary towards Llansteffan, but a short walk to Ferrybridge provides stunning view's & a bit of history surrounding the area .
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Helpful staff when we arrived late. Good dinner and breakfast
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (10/5): Location was brilliant and the staff and the food was fantastic. Loved it and the kids enjoyed it too. Many thx. - Amazing staff and good was great. It’s an interesting place. Spa facilities need more development. Some decoration still ongoing in the pool area.
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhys (2/5): Never again - pretty much all of it. Lack of staff communication
- Sandles (9/5): Superb - Just love the place and staff are so helpful and friendly NOTHING bliss
- Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (10/5): Excellent location and a very friendly vibe. -
- Terry (9/5): Lovely short stay with very accommodating, warm and welcoming staff. - The room and view was lovely. We enjoyed an evening meal in the cosy and delightful restaurant. The staff are so charming and accommodating. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a pending bad weather warning for the whole of Wales. The only negative was the weather.
- Stephen (7/5): A memorable stay worth more than three stars. - The staff and facilities. My wife and I were treated with a drink when we had a dinner for our Anniversary. It was good that there was a Gym, swimming pool, jukuzzi, sauna and steam room. The room was large with a four poster bed. The Bathroom had a corner bath and separate shower. The local people were friendly. The Gym could do with some work on the roof ( Damp ). Some doors difficult to open to the Hotel. Frequent trains nearby although we did get used to them.
- Kate (10/5): Lovely staff, lovely hotel. Would go back! - The room was lovely and very comfy very large beds. Lovely location and views. Nothing! If I was being really picky then the bathrooms are a little outdated but they worked!!!
- Alison (10/5): Excellent staff, delicious food, comfortable bed and lovely room with view over the beach to the sea and hills beyond - Near to the beach. Lovely bedroom. Lovely swimming pool. Good restaurant and other public areas Nothing
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Ros (8/5): Lovely quirky hotel with charming staff. - Bedroom was spacious and had a good view. Just a shame you look over the static caravans to the sea.
We enjoyed the swimming pool which was bigger than we had thought.
We enjoyed walking over the railway line and watching the sun set over the estuary.
Lovely bar area. Bedroom decor was a little old fashioned. Bath room was a little tired.
- Donna (8/5): Very good -

- Alwyn (10/5): Relaxing - Lovely clean and food was excellent rooms clean and excellent views
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Amazing location - peaceful and quiet with great home cooked pub food. Delicious.
- Emma (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (6/5): Great location, attention to detail required. - Location Grumpy owner, no mention of it being a static home park
- Belinda (7/5): Overall good - The sea view & location. Food was wonderful. The balcony doors kept banging shut due to no catch to keep them open.
We were really hot during the night but because we couldn’t secure the balcony doors we had to shut them during the night. Hence no cool air coming in.
- Carys (8/5): Very good - Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room. All nice and clean Poor breakfast. Cooked food barely warm and very greasy. Lighting was very dim ( but waitress was very obliging).
- Rhianydd (9/5): Great place to stay - would recommend - Great staff and location.
Pool and spa facilities were great
Excellent food Nothing
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Kostas (7/5): Good - Spacious rooms, good food, friendly staff. Breakfast decent. Location is not great, hotel’s age and not great maintenance is noticeable.

- Justin (9/5): Superb -
- Daniele (9/5): Superb -
- Joy (8/5): Very good -
