• Sada (7/5): Good stay, but not for hot summer days - The location was good — about a 10–15 minute walk from Milan Central Station — and the apartment was clean and tidy. Overall, we had a good stay. The check-in process was smooth and without any problems. They even allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which we really appreciated. However, Milan is full of mosquitoes and there were no mosquito nets on the windows, which made it uncomfortable. Also, there was no air conditioning in the apartment, so it got quite hot and stuffy, especially at night.

Апартаменты, которые нам достались были на -1 этаже и об этом не было написано при бронировании. По сути это полуподвальное помещение, с маленькими окнами у потолка. Мы снимали квартиру для 4 взрослых, но это не очень комфортно, так как апартаменты это по сути одна комната с перегородкой посередине (не сплошной). Соответственно, нет никакой приватности. Хозяин отвечает только на букинге, что не очень удобно. Также требуется заполнить гигантскую форму для check-in и внести кучу данных.

The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. Overall, great value for money and I would stay here again. Nothing major to complain about. There was a bit of noise at times, but overall it didn’t affect the stay much.

Pregunté por wasap y me dicen que ya me habian enviado las instrucciones por correo. Que no podían hacer más. Me ayudaron unos clientes casualmente. Atención personal un desastre. Seguridad nula. En booking no indican que hay que hacer autocheking y que no hay nadie nunca en el edificio.

Bastante equipada la cocina El agua caliente de la ducha no dura mucho. Y falta productos de limpieza: Repasadores, escoba, servilletas, más cantidad de detergente, paño húmedo para limpiar las superficies. Y para que la estadía sea perfecta estaria bien que haya elementos como sal, pimienta, aceite, aceto, azúcar.(no son costosos pero que los huéspedes por un par de noches no van a comprar)
• stavros evangelos (7/5): Nice and quiet place recommended for families - The place is comfortable. Very clean. It can easily host a 4 members family. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to the train station. The instructions to get to it were clear and easy. I stayed in multiple similar apartments and it is the first time that it didn’t provide a bottle of water and cup coffee. On top of that during our stay the elevator was broken. Thankfully we were in the first floor nevertheless no information was given prior to our arrival about the situation. Also you need to be aware of the parking because the place doesn’t provide one.

The room was very hot as the weather was hot and the fan would not be enough. Even when we try to lower the temperature a little it would not stay to that temperature. As a result, we had to open some windows whoch swarmed us with mosquitoes It was marked as having a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together so it was a bit uncomfortable

No noise from the city or trams as apartment windows were oriented not to the street. Overall there is a chance that I would recommend the place to a friend. Sleeping sofa wasn't comfortable. Our 8 year old could sleep in it, but for an adult it is very uncomfortable. Apartment looks clean, but when time goes the dirty spots start to appear, like spots on furniture, lamps. Also walls need new paint.

• Larisa (6/5): Am fost mulțumiți, ne-am simțit bine, dacă era curat, merita 9/10. - Este o variantă foarte bună de cazare, dacă ești compatibil cu mersul pe jos. Locația este la 1 km și puțin de mers pe jos de la Gara Centrală și de la stația Loreto. Am apreciat că intrarea se face printr-o parcare privată, prin urmare nu oricine poate sta în fața cazării. Este o cazare frumoasă, bine gândită, dar nu am găsit condiții bune de curățenie. Există supermarket aproape. Curățenia lasă de dorit. Ajunși acolo, ne-am descălțat la intrare pentru a nu duce microbi prin tot studioul, însă ne-am murdărit șosetele de praf de pe jos. La colțuri erau pânze de praf, toaleta nu era curățată dedesubt, iar în zona de canapea, fotoliul, acestea erau murdare, nu ne-am așezat pe ele. Dușul a fost ok, fără urme de mucegai sau calcar, asta a fost bine. Un alt lucru dezamăgitor a fost că nu era specificat faptul că acest studio este tot la subsol. Noi ne-am ferit să îl luăm pe celălalt deoarece scria subsol, dar tot acolo am ajuns, iar dezavantajul este că vederea de la geam sunt roțile mașinilor parcate. Nu poti deschide să aeriseși, deoarece mai degrabă bagi praf în interior de la mașinile care se parchează. Legătura cu proprietarii se ia destul de greu, și prin booking numai.

• Guy (8/5): - Location, privacy, spacious Accommodation was good. The check in process was insane. Directions to get keys, then journey on to the apartment were confusing at best and (disregardedly) inaccurate at worst. The office to collect keys is actually next door to the given address. OK for locals not if just arrived. The agent knew this but brushed it off, not rudely but that's not the issue! A kindly woman leaving the building pointed the way and said it happens all the time! Go figure..
