• Madlen (10/5): Bestes Hotel in ganz Peru! - Das Cooper Hotel Boutique war mit Anstand das beste Hotel in dem wir auf unserer dreiwöchigen Peru Reise eingecheckt haben. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight, so viel Auswahl an frischen Obst, auf Wunsch konnte man sich ein Smoothie mixen lassen, sowie Pancakes und Omelettes zubereiten lassen. Wir waren sehr zu zufrieden und können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Location was perfect and central but not too crowded or busy. And the complimentary breakfast was exceptional - lots of fresh offerings, and made to order items. They even packed me a to go breakfast the morning I left for Machu Picchu at 4 am!! I was even able to arrange a 2-hr tour of the city with someone from the hotel. This was the best hotel I stayed at in all of Peru. Highly, highly recommend!

The location is perfect — just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, restaurants, and the main attractions, while still being quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with tours, transport, and local recommendations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm, which is really important in Cusco’s cold evenings. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious, and the coca tea available at reception was a nice touch for adjusting to the altitude. Overall, a lovely boutique hotel with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cusco.

Das Zimmer ist bei dem Preis relativ klein und das Bad ist winzig. Der Ausblick in den Innenhof, kann man nicht so nennen. Eher Gefängnisausblick. Lüften war schwer, da ständig Essensgeruch herein kam. In der Innenstadt wahrscheinlich auch schwer. Teilweise nachts laute Musik.

• Keren (10/5): - I truely loved staying at the Cooper hotel. The location is really the best. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was very rich and with a wide range of options. The team at the front desk are so nice and helpful. The team in the breakfast room are great. There is a chef who makes omletes and there are fresh juices, fruits, coffee and more. The hotel arranged a packed breakfast when we left early for a trek and let us store our luggage at no cost. Would love to come again..

• Raquel (10/5): Great boutique hotel, close to everything ! - Great location ! Walked everywhere around Cusco. Roof top breakfast room was lovely. Staff were happy & welcoming. It’s on a busy street, so the cars tooting horns, sirens etc go pretty much all night, our room did face the road. They provide earplugs but i would suggest asking for a room not on the front of the hotel.

Alcune stanze hanno le finestre che danno sul corridoio. Ottimo il Wi-Fi e la pulizia impeccabile. Offrono servizi di transfer per aeroporto

Staff is Phenomenal! - I’ve traveled to over 36 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and The Cooper Hotel Boutique is, without question, one of the best I’ve ever experienced. What stood out most was the level of service. Every single staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From breakfast each morning to the check-in and check-out process, everything felt seamless. I don’t usually think much about hotel customer service, and I almost never write reviews, but throughout our stay, we kept finding ourselves talking about how thoughtful and accommodating the staff was. There were several moments that really stood out. We had multiple early morning tours (as early as 4:00 AM), which meant we would miss breakfast. Without us even asking, the staff prepared and packed breakfast for us to take. That level of care was exceptional. At one point, my mother accidentally left her diamond earrings in the room. The staff found them, carefully packaged them, and ensured they were returned to her. That kind of honesty and attention to detail is rare. They also accommodated every request we had during our stay, including switching rooms to give my husband more space. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience to them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. It’s close to the city center, clean, and safe, but more than anything, the service is what truly sets it apart. N/A

Si torna volentieri qui dopo un tour Camera bella e super pulita, ha tutto compreso il vero phon indipendente, letto super comodo, belle lenzuola. Solo che non era scritto chiaramente che la mia stanza aveva finestra interna, subito ho reagito duramente ma poi ho visto che la bellissima stanza si affaccia su un ‘ampio scalone luminoso ed arieggiato. Sono stata benissimo. Per cui non spaventatevi se la stanza da sull’interno, vale la pena di stare in questo hotel perché offre molti vantaggi

The room can sometimes be a bit cold, but it warms up quickly with the heater, so I wouldn’t consider that a negative. I highly recommend it. Everything was great.

• Taylor (10/5): Great hotel in a great location! - Staff were so friendly and helped with anything we needed. The room and bed was comfortable and room was cleaned everyday. Coca tea provided and the breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely. Great location - 5 minutes from the main square :) The hotel also offered to store our luggage for 2 days whilst we went to Machu Picchu. Only issue we had was our room was next to the road and was pretty loud due to cars beeping all night long but the hotel did provide ear plugs. It didn’t affect our stay :)
