• Marshall (9/5): Nice two nights in Davao Avida Condos - It was a nice experience at a very reasonable price. The washing and ironing facilities were excellent. When you're on holiday, it's a big bonus not to have to take back home a lot of dirty laundry. It was a little on the small side for two adults, but as we only stayed two nights, it was fine and we have no complaints.

• Chris (4/5): I wouldn’t stay here again - I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious.

• Ken (9/5): Overall it was perfect - It has a complete set for what you need during a staycation, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine and ironing set. It truly feels like home. The view is just perfect and only a few minutes away from Roxas Night Market, Peoples Park, Magsaysay, and San Pedro. Highly recommended 💯 I recommend to decrease the pressure of the bidet.

Its in the heart of the city Always a good choice to book in Avida. Everything is nearby. Also, the place was clean and has great ambience! The Lobby Guard 🫠

Broken cupboard, bathroom shelf about to fall down, kettle doesn’t work, lifts are slow and you have to queue, sheets have been badly mended. I can’t understand why they build these awful places.

• Joel (5/5): Passable - The location seemed very accessible to transportation and places of interest. The staff and security in the towers were very friendly and helpful. The toilet in the CR was very weak and clogged every time it was flushed. There were very few electric outlets to be used in the kitchenette and were in not easily accessible areas. Two nights before we were due to leave the Netflix just stopped working altogether and wouldn't allow us to enjoy.

Property owner did not communicate the house rules of booking details ahead of time. I saw some small cockroaches (3 surot) in the room. Water kettle was made of plastic not good for health. Should be metal.

Overall I’ve seen better condos on a bit cheaper prices. Worth the experience though cause it’s at the city center. The staff were not very friendly. Then the toilet of the unit given to us didn’t flush properly it was very much of a hassle. We had to move units, which was inconvenient and a waste of time.

I had a good sleep because of the pillows! The key locker was faulty and the issue hasn’t been resolved after checking out - though I informed ahead of time to had it fixed.

• Anonymous (10/5): Best place to stay! - Davao Boutique Condo has been my favorite place to stay every time I travel for work because of its excellent location - right in the middle of the city, good Wifi , friendly staff, and value for money. The property is CLEAN and maintained by their daily cleaners. I also love the well thought off interior,…. the Bed is comfy! 😁 and the place is complete with amenities 😊 would love to stay again in this place! none

The lift/elevator - Maintenance Issue Garbage chute is filthy. Lots of trash left and roaches. The pillows are very old and yellow, needs to be replaced. Small roaches due to the building’s lack of pest control.

The security didn’t allowed as to go inside I show them the booking confirmation paper and receipt which I paid full cash, and the security was keep saying they didn’t get any confirmation and they let’s us wait outside under the sun for almost 20 minutes. That was a terrible experience

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Highly recomend for long term stay if dont want to live a hotel life. Everyone was polite. Please dont give security a hard time. They are just doing their job. I personally felt safe and secure. Should be happy they are picky on who they let come in the bulding.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment is cute and very well stocked with everything you could need. There is a nice laminated paper with recommendations on where to eat, things to see etc. However, our room was infested with cockroaches. There were tiny baby cockroaches everywhere, even on our bed. They scattered after we turned on the lights and made a bit of noise for a while, but it was very unfortunate as of course there's really nothing management could do to immediately solve the problem. It seems there were no other rooms available as they simply apologized and sent housekeeping the next day to clean, but the problem wasn't dirt or trash or anything so I'm not sure what they expected housekeeping to do. If not for the cockroaches, it would have been a great stay, but I'm sure after a bug bomb or two it will be fine. Be aware that you will need to keep your passport on you at all times as security will not let you in without it.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Weel equipped room with a view. - Someone lifted a little bag of underwear from our room and they didn't seem to see that as a problem. A few cockroaches was crawling in from the drains in the bathroom every day. The cleaner moved busket and trash bin away from the drains every day, so for these reasons we didn't want them to clean our room the last days. Very low water pressure in the shower. The power went out during the last night and woke up in a uncomfortably hot room. They fixed this reasonably fast. The room has a excellent view over Davao, kitchen, fridge, TV with philippinean channels, free wifi and netflix on a tablet.

• Yasumitsu (10/5): きれい - ここはAvida towerです。２日利用。月曜日以外プールが使えてまだ新しいので快適だった。 部屋は広くはないが、キッチン付で料理も可能。初日のセキュリティーだけシビアで、予めwhatsappで管理者に身分証明書を提示する必要あり。ただ逆に住むとなればコンドミニアムこのくらいシビアな方が安心できる。一度顔をおぼえたら、セキュリティーも皆親切だった。
