- Karlene (8/5): Small property in a cute, small town with large rooms. - Large, apartment-style accommodation with a living area, separate bedroom, and large bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The handrail on the outer stairs is very unstable and dangerous. This should be fixed/replaced. Also the plywood/OSB on the outer upper deck is showing significant wear in spots that could soon result in holes making it unsafe.

- Chris (10/5): Very memorable and fun New Year's Eve! - Location was perfect as we were attending an event across the street for New Years Eve. It was so nice to get ready in my room and then know that I didn't have to drive home. Bed was very comfy and the room was quiet.

- Julie (7/5): Overall a great stay and will definitely stay there again when given a chance. - Staff is very friendly and professional. The facilities is nice and spacious. It has everything we need. Location is good for our trip from Seattle to North Cascade to Winthrop. The carpet is light colored and not ideal unless you want to shampoo it every time someone checks out. It needs a non-carpeted entryway, a good floor mat both inside and outside. The outside mat needs to be cleaned every check-out. I know they are aware of this situation.
- Linda (10/5): - This was not a motel room, it was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with full living room, decent kitchen and a bathroom with a gigantic shower. The room was not fancy, but comfortable, clean and well appointed. We arrived late in the evening and all the lamps were on, which just made it feel ready for us. Coffee and tea kcup along with water bottles and basic toiletries. Stop by the grocery store a few miles away before you arrive or bring your own snacks and supplies to cook. I was blown away and would definitely stay there again.

- Gaurav (8/5): Super spacious room in excellent location near north cascades national park - Super spacious room with dedicated living space (and a cozy blanket to relax). Bed was comfortable and provided us much needed sleep before our hike. The kitchenette area had coffee maker with k cups. Heather (the property manager) was super communicative throughout our stay. A bit outdated property that is being renovated under a new management company (it is a very old/historic hotel that has interesting history). I am certain that the property manager will continue to make improvements and retain the positives.
- Kelly (8/5): - This is an older, historic hotel in the process of being revitalized. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The young couple running the motel were extremely nice and have great plans for the hotels restoration. If you’re looking for a four star, modern hotel, this is not the place. However, if you like staying in an historic area in an older, historic building that provides clean and comfortable rooms this is a fine place to stay.

- Jill (2/5): - The office was closed when we arrived at 7:10 PM. I had to call someone to get a code for a lockbox that held the key. When we entered the room, there were fruit flies all over. The room was small and cluttered with no place to put luggage. There was mold in the bathroom and the towels were frayed. The bed looked very worn and was against two walls, making it difficult to get in and out. We left immediately and went to another hotel. We asked Expedia to help us get a refund, but the hotel reportedly refused.
- Lisa (10/5): Lovely small town charm, managers went above and beyond in providing check in information - two bedrooms and full kitchen!! upstairs without an elevator was a challenge with a 4-week-old infant and lots of luggage, old toilet is too low to be safe and comfortable for senior knees, everything else was amazing.

The stairs were bad. Lots of mold on the stairs. The carpet was dirty. I tried to communicate with booking. Com but the emails I got said I did not reply. You should go and look at this property. Booking.com should remove it from their site. I have never been this disappointed in a property. See above.

The locality is good and it is a small town centre and the room is amazing with all the basic comforts. The management is also pretty friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend it for stays.

Comfortable beds, big room with living area and separate bedroom. Great concept, every room has a different theme. In middle of charming town of Concrete. Has basic facilities (gas, groceries, some shops). Old, historic building. It could use some renovations to make it even better. Outside decks look rotten or very worn. Carpet in room dirty. Deepclean or replacement necessary. Could be an amazing hotel with some renovations. Has much potential!

- zackh764 (8/5): Historic hotel in Concrete - This is an interesting hotel and one of the few places to stay in the area. Lots of history here. Only 8 units (I think). We had a huge room with two bedrooms, a living aarea and a small kitchen. Everything was comfortable. Only issue we had was the carpet is stained.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten gebucht, hatten aber ein voll ausgestattetes und gemütliches Apartment, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Frühstück im Sonnenschein auf der Veranda. Concrete selbst hat sehr wenig zu bieten, gegenüber des Hotels ist aber ein schöner Pub, in dem man Frühstück und Diner bekommen kann. Die Nähe zum North Cascades Nationalpark war der Grund unserer Buchung. Daher war Preis-Leistung TOP. Kostenloses Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto erreichbar. Leider war die Rezeption immer geschlossen.
- George (1/5): Not worth any small amount of money. - Nothing Old, dirty, falling apart. Stains on carpet and furniture. Rotten wood on stairs and deck was covered by rotting plywood. Room smelled musty. Paid but didn’t even stay in the room. We drove 35 minutes to the nearest available room for the night. It was a brand new hotel with breakfast for only $20 more. Definitely worth the driver.

- acia83 (8/5): Exceptional - - located in a picturesque small town, 40mins driving from north cascades np - the room is absolutely fantastic, very spacious, well decorated, and super clean the bed is one of the most comfortable ones i slept - all comforts are available - unfortunately we couldn t meet the owners in person, however they are very kind and helpful

It offers large, well-equipped rooms, although a little tired, but we had two very good nights there. The town of Concrete is charming and makes a lot of effort to promote its heritage and economy.

Sehr nett empfangen worden! 2 Betten mit genug Platz drum herum. Wifi funktionierte leider nicht (war wahrscheinlich nur temporär).

- Holly (4/5): Disappointing stay - It had a combination living room with small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Owner got us an unflavored regular coffee on request. The carpet was very dirty and stained. The bed mattress squeaked with the slightest movement. The outside wood steps leading to the second level needs to be replaced.

The ice cream shop in downtown was open. we were forwarned, due to the owners leaving the office early, no restaurants or stores in town that were open in the evening.
- Joseph (8/5): Comfortable and Safe Space Near North Cascade NP - This is in proximity to North Cascades National Park. The room is large,clean, and comfortable located in a small historic town. Midweek dining options are limited, but there is a bar across the street which serves pub fare. We would recommend this place for sure.

- Rupert (9/5): Schönes Zimmer in einem schönen Städtchen - Dieses Hotel ist ein Schmuckstück. Mein Zimmer war wohl kürzlich renvoviert worden. Es war zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und die Ausstattung vollständig. Schönes Badezimmer. Der Preis war sehr fair. Die Lage an der schmucken Hauptstrasse sei auch noch erwähnt. Es war nur ein mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden. Dieses dürfte bei heissen Temperaturen an die Grenzen kommen und es ist recht geräuschintensiv (mit Ohrstöpseln jedoch kein Problem). Ich war Ende Juli bei schönem Wetter dort und die Kühlung war völlig ausreichend.
