Room with many power outlets, good AC, good bed and pillow, spacious. Nice high flow water. Smooth check in & out. Staff was nice. Need to improve on WiFi

- yeolksoo (7/5): - the room is clean, cozy, just nice and worth the price we got parking reservations and were told to use the intercom in case of facing any difficulties — and it did happen, we couldn't access to the parking and we did as we were told. however no one is picking up on the intercom and when we called the hotel to report it, they repeated the same instruction (to press the intercom) and without offering any alternatives, they hung up on us. it took us 15 minutes on the parking entrance and had to call over 2 guards to help us

Possibilità di utilizzare frigorifero nella hall. Mancanza armadio, solo 2 grucce appese a un gancio a muro. Aria condizionata che non raffreddava a dovere.

- JESSIE URING (8/5): Restful hotel to stay for busy event at PICC. - It is clean,quiet and very near to various eateries. Just about 14 minutes to PICC. Easy to get e-hailings. Maybe need reading light inside the room.

- Hashim (8/5): Nice staycation - Reasonable price. Comfortable bed. Clean room and toilet. Spacious family room. Friendly and helpful staffs. Near to restaurants and shops. Had to iron clothes outside the room. The wall is not so soundproof.

Clealiness of my room is only passable.the wall is so dirty.please put on wallpaper or paint it.i also hate the light in my room.its so dim n yellow.there is no white light inside my room.

- Nurhaliza (5/5): - Liked the comfy bed and the many food options around the property. My stay was okay, but I have a few concerns. I didn’t like that I had to iron outside my bedroom it’s really inconvenient. Also, the TV in my room had no channels, which made the stay feel a bit incomplete. Hoping the hotel can improve these facilities for future guests.
