We only needed a room, as we had all day plans...and for that, it couldn't have been better. Friendly staff, decent, clean, reasonably large room. Price quality was great!

- Hedi (9/5): - Everything was good. Close to Juso station, so you can get to lots of interesting places. We went to Minoh, probably should have got a day pass, that would be an advantage. Got to Osaka palace not to much bother. The first couple of days were a bit tricky, re the subway, but we got used to it.

- Monica (7/5): Estancia de un par de noches con la familia - Está cerca del metro con lo que te puedes mover por toda Osaka. La habitación triple tiene un gran baño y espacio suficiente para tener un par de maletas grandes abiertas, lo que en Japón no suele pasar. No tenian servicio de transporte de maletas entre hoteles (Takkyubin) con lo que tuvimos que dejarlas en un 7 eleven. El personal de recepción no hablaba inglés, pero es bastante normal en Japon.

Having only two washing machines available for the entire hotel is not very convenient, especially for guests staying longer periods. Adding more machines would make a big difference in comfort and accessibility.

- Leila (9/5): Pleasant stay for a good value - Nice hotel, with spacious room (bigger than expected), the bathroom is very nice, with space and basic amenities. Comfortable beds, a table and a mini-fridge. The hotel had good soundproofing, and the temperature was nice, but the AC was a bit tricky to work with. The staff is very nice. The surrounding area was nice, calm, had convenience stores around, and it was easy to get to the station. Location isn't the best, and you have to walk a bit to the Hankyu Line, or walk 30/35 minutes to get to some of the main areas in Osaka.

- akiko (8/5): 部屋は綺麗で、お風呂もゆっくり入れました。ありがとうございました。 - トイレと浴室と洗面台が独立でしたので、良かったです。 洗面台が見た目、可愛い感じですが、洗面ボールが小さいので、顔は洗いにくく、床がベタベタになりました。 ウェルカムドリンク（コーヒー、お茶パッグなど）はなかったので欲しかったです。 ホテルに着くまでにラブホがいっぱいあり、何とも言えない周辺環境でした。

- いぃちゃん (8/5): 久々の出張利用はやはり大満足！ - ビジネスホテルには珍しくユニットバスの浴槽と洗い場が別で、なおかつゆっくりゆったりと浸かる事が出来るのは、 仕事後の疲れをしっかりと癒す事が出来る点。 今までにも頻繁に利用させて貰っていたので特段悪い点はなく、総じて満足。
