- cdhm (8/5): - Comfy bed; small table and two chairs; kitchenette with sink, countertop, micro wave a few plates/cups/glasses; small, but efficient bathroom with two radiant heaters, toiletries in the shower. Very tight space: left, right and in front of the queen sized bed there is only ~40cm to walk. I stayed there alone, which was ok, but for two people it is very tight. If the cabin was just 50cm wider and 30cm deeper it would enhance the usability a lot.

- Ali (7/5): good - The room needs better curtains. The light comes through the curtains and it doesnt cover the window properly. People can see inside the room if they walk close by the room. I would recommend blinds. That way the room can be dark and there is more privacy.

- Michelle (6/5): Average - Location Locked me in my cabin whilst I was sleeping in 40 degree heat. When I finally worked out That I’d been locked in with a key I went to tell reception only to be told it was my fault for leaving the door unlocked. Extremely dangerous and a lack of accountability was appalling. Also the dust and the constant cars driving past at speed (being the first cabin).

- Jason (10/5): Crabfest Mandurah 2026. Great place to relax and unwind with a gorgeous quiet beach really close by. - Everything,our little beach shack was lovely! The park was very quiet at night and Cindy was lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay again and will recommend to others. Wish we could have stayed longer.. Wi fi wouldn't connect but we weren't too bothered by that. Happy with everything else.

- Caroline (3/5): Great place, just rude staff with no customer service or care. Very arrogant attitude. - Staff were extremely rude on multiple occasions!! Paid for a family room and they had tried to lock off access to the whole room as I had only booked for 2 people they had assumed we will share a bed, plus we paid for a family room you should have full access to family room it shouldn’t matter how many people! $250 deposit large amount for what the room is, Paid deposit late return to bank. Overall if the staff had better attitudes and worked on their customers service it would have been a lovely place to stay. The rooms were lovely and clean! Rude staff No customer service

- Lisa (7/5): Highly recommend this property - just don't book a unit on the driveway. - I am a regular visitor to Mandurah and choose to stay at this property almost every time. The value for money and location are the key stand outs. This is the first time I have left a review that is less than stellar. On this occasion, I was offered to upgrade the unit I was staying in. I agreed to this due to the value for money (I thought) this offer represented. The unit itself was really good - clean, spacious and comfortable. The problem however was its location - right on the driveway. The big rigs - the massive 4WD's with their massive caravans, had nowhere else to pull up while the passenger went to check in to the caravan part of the park. So they pulled up directly outside of my front door. The driver would sit directly outside my unit with the diesel 4WD monster idling - sometimes up to 20 minutes. I was unable to sit outside or keep my door/ windows open as the distance between me (if on the patio), was less than 1 metre. It was awful and I DO NOT recommend anyone take this upgrade. I felt ripped off for 'upgrading' and the noise/ proximity gave me some anxiety. Apart from this, Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park delivered its usual value for money. I rarely visit for recreational reasons but I usually leave somewhat rested. I didn't on this occasion but will take it as a lesson learned.

- Tory (9/5): - A cozy and cute cabin. Bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed including heater, aircon and fridge. Location was perfect, easy to get into Mandurah centre, plus there was a great burger place nearby within walking distance. We had a great 1 night stay!

- Aleah (4/5): Although the building was nice, it wasn’t nice with it being unclean, the cockroaches made it feel gross and the furnitu - The lodge was spacious and user friendly The floors were dirty on arrival… there was a baby cockroach infestation, didn’t feel clean, the front road in front flooded from a night of heavy rain, the underneath of the bunk bed frame where the bottom bunk looks at the top bed was not clean.

- Susan (10/5): I had skin cancer surgery in Mandurah and stayed before and after the surgery. - Cute, small but had more than I expected, such as a microwave and a proper sink in the kitchen area Cracker dust in the carpark, meant the bottom of my bags were made slightly dirty. And, I initially couldn’t see the rubbish bins
