- Stephen (10/5): Excellent! We stayed 3 nights and were cery comfofrtable and would highy reccomend and would stay again - The property was very clean and well presented. The location was lovely as was the views from all the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, pots and utensils and the pantry with plenty of essentials for cooking. There was plenty of wood for the open fire also. The electric heating was great and there was heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms although we didnât need them.
Both beds were comfortable, one room had a softer mattress and the other a firmer one.
The shower was nice and hot. There bath is a spa bath but we didnât use this. The bathroom is a good size. There was nothing we disliked about the property, the only slight issues we noted was the fire was a bit smokey inside one day but I think the wind direction wasnât helping it to draw, it was fine when the wind changed, and we had some very heavy rain and there was a bit of leaking near the side door where we came in and out from the car port, but we were very glad to have the rain so werenât phased by that at all.
- Brett (10/5): - Clean and comfortable, everything you need.

Highly recommend. I really donât like a shower over the bath but that is a minor detail, wouldnât rate the house any less.
- Chris (9/5): What a lovely place - Nice clean place with everything you need for a short getaway
- Emmanuel (8/5): Very good -
- Herantha (8/5): Nice and tidy cottage. -
- Draisma (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. - The property was very cosy and felt very warm and loved. The location was quiet and access was easy. A short drive to the local and very charming high street provided every convenience we needed. Maldon is a beautiful little town with a bit of hip-ness mixed in amongst some lovingly cared for historic buildings and shopfronts.
In terms of the property, it was well equipped and very clean and tidy. We felt very at home there and our son loved playing Wii tennis for hours on end.
When we arrived, a fire had been laid in the fireplace in case we wished to use it. That was a lovely consideration.
Communication with Jamie and Jaimee was clear and very pleasant, which I always appreciate. All in all a lovely experience. The mattresses on the beds felt a little hard, and could do with perhaps a mattress topper, and as far as I could tell there was no internet connection, so streaming TV was not available, but that wasn't really a major issue for us.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melih (9/5): Good cosy place in Maldon - Good place to spend time with friends. Some amenities such as handwashing liquid might be checked prior if they are not empty.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful cottage in Maldon
- Debra (9/5): Well worth the visit, we will be back next year - Very clean, well equipped. Walkable to everything. Comfortable, quiet and spacious. Barbecue outside old and rusty
- Margaret (9/5): A wonderful place to stay in a very scenic and historical town. - This was a very easy place to stay. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the lounge room warm and welcoming. The coffee maker and pods were very much appreciated. We would certainly stay here again. There is very little to criticise in this place. The 2 entrances to the bathroom was not ideal but would certainly not be a problem for a family.
- Anthony (9/5): Would be happy to return one day. - Very comfortable! Single Bathroom with double entrances was tricky but manageable.
- Dennis (10/5): A pleasant and comfortable cottege - The overall comfort of the cottage in a quiet area bit close yo the centre of Maldon (driving distance) Nothing
- Sharon (10/5): Cosy, comfortable, - a beautifully presented house - The house was beautifully presented with everything you could want. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and having a working fireplace was a wonderful addition. There is a split system and oil column heaters in the bedrooms as well so the house was always cosy and warm. Jaimee even had put on the heater before we got there, so we arrived to a warm house. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and glassware and a full sized fridge. Even though there was no WiFi there were lots of DVD's of all kinds to watch and games to play. A definite must to stay if going to Maldon or nearby. The property also has a huge fenced backyard and is pet friendly. Next time we will be bringing our 2 fur babies. nothing
- Louise (9/5): Superb - Our stay at Parker Lodge was middle of winter 4 deg and raining. We entered , heating and small lamps on, a lovely warm and cosy house. We lit the fire, poured a glass of red, and curled up.
We have stayed previously and will do again next year. Thankyou. Our stay is a little short.

- Susan (9/5): Lovely little cottage in a quaint historic town. - The property is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the linen provided was good and the property was quite spacious. The BBQ was not clean and is quite old. This was reported to Jamie.
Also, we were surprised there was no Wifi- reported to Jamie.
The outside porch and outside furniture needed a little bit of a spring clean, but generally we were very happy with the interior of the cottage.
- Karen (9/5): Charming rural retreat close to Maldon high street - Absolutely charming property had everything we needed and central location. Easy check in and checkout Thankyou
- Tony (9/5): Lovely relaxed stay in a well appointed and beautifully maintained cottage. - Beautifully furnished cottage with very comfortable beds, couches etc. Lovely big kitchen, living area, and some nice outdoor options. Quiet location with an easy walk into the town of Maldon. The cottage was well maintained and very clean. Bathroom had good water pressure, I struggle to find fault with this lovely cottage accommodation in Maldon. I would definitely stay again.

It was just so lovely, so homely, clean and comfortable. Lovely outdoor areas and just all round fantastic. There were four of us and so much room for us all. The host, Jamie, was wonderful, even putting the heater on before we got there so it was lovely and toasty. Quick drive to the town centre and only a 15 minute walk. Definitely highly recommended, will definitely stay here again! Everything was excellent.

It would be terrific if you had pets, too, with bowls, etc provided. My husband had to do some work whilst we were there and there was not a convenient desk for the computer. No major problem, he used a small coffee table.

- Rosslyn (10/5): Beautiful Place - We loved everything about this place. It was clean and very homely with everything that you could imagine. Our little dog Peggy had the best time with a huge backyard to run in. She even had doggy perfume to use, a beautiful touch. It's the type of place you feel very safe in and nothing was forgotten. I could honestly live here in a heartbeat, so quiet and peaceful. We came up to Maldon for a very special wedding and would recommend it to anyone. The price was also very affordable for the three of us and our dog. Thank-you so much for making our weekend a beautiful one. There was nothing other than wanting to stay longer.

The property was spotlessly clean and close to the main town centre, lovely and quiet and a great location for walking. The shower is light on pressure and if you have mobility problems, it might be difficult to get in and out but we were only there two nights so wasnt too inconvenient.
