- Naomi (7/5): 駅に近く、荷物を置いてお伊勢参りするのにとても便利なホテル - 駅近くで便利だった。昼間も入ってすぐのロビーでくつろぐことができた。そこでの朝食がおいしかった。ロビーに荷物用ロッカーやスーツケースのケーブルロックがあり、チェックアウト後に預けるのに便利だった。

- KUNIAKI (8/5): 満足です - 車で伺いましたが、チェックイン前に停めても構わないとの回答がとても助かりました。(チェックアウトまで動かさない約束ですが) 自販機の階層、増やして欲しいです。 今回12階でしたが、2階まで降りないといけないのが、かなり苦痛でした。

- Edward (8/5): Thank you I found it quite enjoyable and accommodating. - Convenient to the Ise train station, check-in was easy the staff helped us, and very kind & courteous to guests all the time everyday. Nothing was really objectionable that had any meaningful impact. It would be nice to be able to have additional space around the bed to be able to get out easier on all sides for those in a double bed with another person.

- Hui-hua (9/5): 位置還不錯的地點，離全家、外宮街道都很近，多數服務人員都很好，房間的床躺了一覺到天亮 - 1.地點佳 2.浴室與房間的高度相同，逛到腳累時，不用跨上去 3.早餐好吃，雙果果汁好喝、伊勢茶果汁也好喝、原來藍莓退冰後也不錯 4.有茶點時間，可惜一直與煎餅的下午茶時間錯過，但有石頭巧克力、餅乾、堅果等，檸檬水好喝 5.洗脫烘有3台，能烘很乾 第一天晚上使用洗脫烘設備時，機器吃掉了200日圓，反映給當時的服務人員，他說這要洗脫烘的設備業者才能處理，要我再投200圓，不曉得該服務人員有無告知長官此事，一直到第5天退房都沒有收到退費訊息，應變能力有待加強，建議應該是先予以退費後，飯店再與設備業者聯繫處理會更好，200日圓不多，但處理方式會讓心理感受會差很多，希望能有所改善
