• Marjona (10/5): Good located and hospitable staff - The host is very hospitable. We liked the breakfast, it was quite diverse. Many thanks to the host who helped us to order a taxi in the early morning 4am.

Breakfast had a very limited choice. We didn’t have hot water on the first night, after mentioning it the situation was corrected but the water pressure was always super low. Very spartan.

• Hildburg (9/5): Kurzer Aufenthalt, dafür ok - Kleines Hotel, ganz ruhige Lage, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer gemütlich, für den kleinen Preis super und für Sightseeingtour ausreichend. Nicht immer meckern 🙃aber hier gab es nichts.
• Myra May (10/5): Warm staff, comfy room, and near tourist attractions - The staff speaks good English and are very polite and helpful. I forgot to leave the room key at the reception and I felt so bad as I was already on my way to Khiva when I realized I had the key with me.. But they eased my worries and found a solution to the problem. The hotel is also just a few mins walk from the Labi Khauz Square. So convenient. But the area where my hotel is located is quiet. The room is nice, clean and comfortable I was a little bit confused locating the hotel because it now has a new name. It's now called Ray Boutique Hotel. I hope Google Maps or Booking.com will be updated with it's new name

Отличный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Wifi соединение приемлемое. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Матрасы жесткие (для нас это плюс). В номере были одноразовые тапочки, зубные щетки и набор для душа. Ковровое покрытие в номере грязное. За кроватью мелкий мусор. Мебель местами со сколами. На завтрак выбор небольшой, не всем придется по вкусу. Однажды утром не смогли нормально принять душ, вода была холодная.

They offer convenient and affordable drive to or from the train station. The room was very small for two people with luggage. But given that we were just sleeping there, it was OK.

Materace na łóżkach były strasznie niewygodne (opinia 5 osób). Również naliczone opłaty budzą wątpliwość ponieważ stanowiły 1/4 ceny pobytu.

L'hotel è pulito negli spazi comuni, ma la moquette della camera dovrebbe essere lavata o comunque tenuta meglio. C'è l'indicazione di togliere le scarpe, ma lo staff dice di ignorarla, quindi per forza di cose i tappeti si rovinano. La prima sera c'era poca acqua calda (appena tiepida), l'abbiamo segnalato e hanno verificato. Hanno detto che in 10 minuti ci sarebbe stata acqua calda, ma non è arrivata. La mattina presto l'acqua era poi calda. La seconda sera non c'era acqua calda per nulla e abbiamo fatto doccia fredda. Suppongo gli altri ospiti avessero finito l'acqua calda prima di noi, comunque la scorta di acqua calda non è sufficiente per il numero di ospiti.

• Vicente Ramon (2/5): Decepcionante - La ubicacion Elegimos este hotel porque tenía muy buena puntuación en booking y porque anunciaban que disponía de lavadora y terraza en la habitación. Realmente lo que tenía era servicio de lavandería de pago y no tenía terraza. Aún peor fue que en los tres días que estuvimos no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas. Se había estropeado la máquina de café del desayuno y no la arreglaron. Además el recepcionista nos presionó para que valoráramos con un 10 delante de él. No entiendo cómo este hotel tiene una valoración tan alta. El que los viajeros puntuemos los alojamientos por encima de sus méritos no solo perjudica a futuros huéspedes sino también al propio hotel al que no se le señalan sus deficiencias y no hace por mejorar.

Particularly appreciated good communication prior to arrival, organisation of transport from/to airport, preparing breakfast for me outside regular breakfast times when I had an early morning tour, and allowing me to stay in my room until early afternoon on day of my departure. • Zakaria (10/5): - Great cozy hotel in the heart of the old town and near all the main touristic locations. The place is a bit hidden in the side streets which allows little to no noise from the main street, but at the same time within a couple mins you are in the old town. This is great for those wanting to be near all the main spots but have to deal with the noise at night. The receptionist and cleaners are some of the friendliest people you will encounter and are always available to help you with anything you need. Definitely recommended to have a look when you are visiting Bukhara!
