• SHI BAOQIANG (10/5): Overall a very pleasant stay and experience - The owner, Florbela, is very kind and friendly. She told us in advance about an upcoming public transit strike and offered to accept flexible changes to our booking for compensation. She met us in person in the apartment and showed us how to use all the equipment, like the stove, air conditioner, etc. The room has everything we need, clean and quiet. Especially the kitchen is very handy for us. Florbela provided us with very useful information about attractions and dining places in town. When we locked our luggage inside the room on our own fault, when we checked out, she went out of her way to come to the apartment and help us. The apartment itself gave me a unique feeling of nostalgia that I can relate to, which reminded me of how I may have grown up in my childhood in a similar environment. nothing.

Florabel war immer gut erreichbar und hatte viele tolle Empfehlungen! Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber top ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Mein Bett knarrte ziemlich, wenn man lag, war das aber weg. Parkplätze leider null. Wir haben unseren PKW in einer Seitenstraße geparkt , im Parkverbot. Glücklicherweise kein Ticket bekommen.

Very kind owner and a 8 minute walk from train station Porto-Campanha where most long distance trains are departing. I was there for 3 days but when I go another time to porto i will defenitely go there, also for more days.

The owner was lovely and came back to help us put the washing machine on the right cycle. Parking at the nearby parking lot was very reasonable. One of the few places that had English on the tv The washing didn't dry very well. So we only did one load.

Our host was very efficient in communicating with us and were met and shown around the apartment upon arrival. The baked goods and kitchen essentials made us feel welcomed especially as it was a night time arrival. The bedroom doors are old and though a beautiful vintage style, they had the habit of locking us in!

The big plus for me was that it has a large verandah that was lovely to sit outside after visiting all the attractions that Porto has to offer. Rooms were large and the beds comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood and I would have liked to have been in an area with more restaurants to choose from etc. Some of the furniture does need to be replaced as sitting in them did get very uncomfortable after a while.
• Chefellwood (10/5): Great Apartment in a Great Location - Had a fantastic time in Florbela's apartment. She is the most attentive and caring host you could imagine. The apartment was spacious, clean, & comfortable and very well equipped. I think this is the best area of Porto to stay as there is so much available locally but still within easy walking distance of the city centre. Lots of good bars/cafes close by in addition to transport connections and a supermarket .. perfect!
