Verified traveler (6/5): Bacalar - El hotel está a la orilla de la laguna, pero el acceso a ella no es muy cómodo. Hay solo 3 hamacas que estan accesibles, que por cierto siempre estuvieron ocupadas. El baño de la habitación tenía un terrible olor a caño, el cual se vuelve incómodo. El aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente. El precio, se me hace caro por lo ofrecido. La atención es excelente, son muy amables.
Verified traveler (2/5): JÁMAS VUELVO! - Horrible experiencia en este intento de hotel, que es más hostal con precio de hotel de lujo. Por el precio esperábamos una habitación más comoda, el cuarto no tiene cristales, por lo que los mosquitos pueden entrar fácilmente, viajamos con un menor y la falta de cristal también hace que todos los ruidos de afuera se filtren. El baño está afuera del cuarto, lo cual igualmente es espantoso, salir al baño en la noche, la persona que estaba en la recepción no sabia ni cual era la llave del agua caliente, estuvimos haciendo pruebas hasta que dejamos abierto hasta que mucho tiempo después salio caliente el agua. En general, no recomiendo este hotel para nada, solo no quedamos una noche y no, nos regresaron lo pagado por la segunda noche que no pasamos ahí.
