Und die Sauberkeit Angeblich ist das Frühstück inklusiv, und bei den Bewertungen liest man, wie hervorragend ist es in lokalem Cafe sei. Es war aber nur paar kleine Snacks mit Wasser und Wasserkocher im Nebenraum. Das fanden wir eine große Enttäuschung. Der Gastgeber Gianluca war sehr nett und hilfreich,aber meinte er kann dafür nichts tun , da er nicht der Owner ist. Aber zum Glück, Booking hatte eine Lösung.

• Simona (9/5): B&b comodo e di buon gusto - Ho apprezzato soprattutto la comodità, sia come posizione (centralissima e confinante coi quartieri spagnoli, ricchi di botteghe, pizzerie, trattorie e street food di ogni tipo) che come struttura in sé. Ci ha accolti Iaia, che scusandosi per un piccolo disguido ci ha offerto dei buonissimi dolcetti napoletani, che io e mia figlia abbiamo molto apprezzato; i suoi consigli, poi, su cosa vedere e dove mangiare sono stati davvero utili. La stanza era spaziosa, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, il letto comodissimo e il bagno bello e con una doccia grande. Consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno nel centro di Napoli all'insegna della comodità e del buon gusto! L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata che, essendo la stanza esposta su via Toledo - molto trafficata fin dalle prime ore del mattino - non ho potuto lasciare la finestra aperta a lungo e arieggiare come avrei voluto. Ma con la climatizzazione e i doppi vetri a schermare dal rumore siamo state bene

The room had everything we needed and more! There was a breakfast available which we really appreciated. Gianluca was wonderful with communication before we arrived and as soon as we got to the property. He spent time telling us about his recommendations for our visit, how to get around and being accessible by text for any queries. We could not have had a warmer welcome to Naples! The apartment was really clean with lots of extras provided. Nothing-we liked it all!
• Ανδρονίκη (10/5): Άψογη διαμονή! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό με τα πάντα!! Άψογη φιλοξενία. Τα μέρη που μας πρότειναν για φαγητό ήταν πολύ καλά ! Το καλύτερο από όλα ήταν η καθαριότητα! Κάθε μέρα μας συμμάζευαν τα πράγματα και καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία η καλύτερα που θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε. Ανάμεσα σε centro storico και την ισπανική συνοικία, πάνω στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο Via Toledo. Η καλύτερη επιλογή που μπορείτε να κάνετε! Ο νιπτήρας του μπάνιου βούλωνε, και το δωμάτιο μας δεν είχε παράθυρο. Πέρα από αυτό όλα άψογα!!

• Ninette (10/5): The perfect location and host for exploring a vibrant and exciting city. - Fifteen minutes from the airport (taxi). Located close to Spaccianapoli and the spanish quarter, and a short walk to the port/the ferries. Gianluca is the perfect host! He gave us good advice on where to go for food or adventures - and how. He was always available! The room was spacious and comfortable, well airconditioned and with a small balcony. We (2 adults and a teenager) are SO coming back !

Super comfortable ans not noisy at all, despite being in a vivid quartier. The host, Gianluca was very kind and gave us a lot of local recommendations. Communication was super easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back one day. -

We were very well looked after by Gianluca who gave us all the advice we needed to visit Naples. The room was clean and the breakfast in the street bar allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

He provided us with a map and suggested places to eat and visit. He sent links to restaurants and was very helpful, polite and friendly. The accommodation was clean and spacious. It was very quiet and the beds were made each day. We were given breakfast vouchers for the cafe next door where you can have a pastry, a coffee and an orange juice. I recommend the white chocolate croissant. Location is great for bars, shopping and getting around. Would stay again.

Received a message from the host 2 weeks before my stay informing me the room I booked is not available. The host offered to rearrange me to a room located at via Toledo 272. When I realized it’s a different building at a different location, which I know nothing about and which the host offered no descriptions and no photos and no sorry, I declined the offer. The host then responded he/she will contact booking.com for a cancellation. During my subsequent communications with customer service at booking.com, I got to know they are overbooked for the day. If you read through all the lowest reviews, you will note at least another customer was unexpectedly put into a different location upon checking in. This is a huge disappointment, which caused so much inconvenience and forced me to research for an alternative immediately. However, I am glad that I did not get the opportunity to stay at this place. I have used booking.com for many years for all international travels and bad things like this never happened before.

• Petula (9/5): Clean, basic room in a good location….the street was very busy but also in the heart of the tourist area - Location and very friendly and helpful staff…Gianlucca was particularly nice and helped with recommendations and advice on the city. Breakfast was in a cafe downstairs which was inconvenient and the choice was very limited
