- Prajith (1/5): - Yesterday I take super collocation o gandhipiram it was wrist experience room was no clean no hot water and no bathing towel .When I asked for a bath towel, he said that all the towels had been taken away. Now we don't have a single towel. Then I asked him how I was going to take a bath, but he didn't say anything. The receptionist doesn't even look a customer in the face when they come in. Very bad

The Hotel is very old and poorly maintained, the rooms (two) we stayed didn't have locks, had to use the bolt to lock the room(s), bugs were freely roaming around everywhere. The Hotel staff didn't even offer us towels for showering, they said they are waiting for the towels to be washed and come back from laundry. The Hotel didn't even have WiFi facility.

When we arrived, the receptionist flatly stated that no rooms were available and immediately blamed Booking.com. The staff was uncooperative and rude, and we were effectively forced to leave the property. At midnight, with no assistance or alternative arrangements offered, we had no choice but to spend the night elsewhere in Coimbatore.

All the while, they replied that everything was OK. When I reached the room I had booked for the night, they said there was no room. I struggled to find another room that night.
