- Emmanuelle (4/5): Très décevant pour le prix payé - Le hall est joli et la chambre était grande. Le personnel ne répond pas aux messages écrits sur booking. Il m'a fallu appeler et la personne qui a décroché m'a répondu mais était bien agacée par mes questions ! Pour le tarif payé, la chambre était vraiment sale. La moisissure dans la salle de bain, de la poussière sur certains murs de la salle de bain, une étiquette de valise collée sur la porte de la salle de bain, sincèrement le ménage fait avant notre arrivée a été vraiment TRES APPROXIMATIF. Hormis la TV qui dispose de pas mal de chaînes, il n'y a pas d'autres équipements dans la chambre.

- Petra (5/5): Rhankfully the beds were confortable, the rooms clean and the A/C had an off switch. - Beds are comfortable. Rooms are very clean. Advertisment and booking confirmation stated breakfast for two per room included. When we got there they said the information was wrong. Also on the confirmation it stated that additional breakfast would be 20 USD per person. I asked if this was correct. They confirmed and showed us where the breakfast room was. In the morning altough, we were sent away. What bothered me most, is the way we were dismissed both times. There were other things too... The complimentary water bottels that were supposed to be in the room and weren't; The incredibly noisy AC; one of the rooms did not have body wash, which by the way, was not even refilld on the second day, when houskeeping went in to make the room, despite the no disturb sign; The rooftop that was not open. Only nice and friendly staff that actually made us feel welcome was Elisabeth in the restaurant.

Our room was always made up perfectly. The Delegate restaurant was excellent food and service but it was strange that a middle management guy was roaming around really doing nothing but checking up on the wait staff. They did not need it.

The location was perfect—close to everything, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel was very clean, and my room was comfortable and well-maintained. Many perfect nearby spots for breakfast and food. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which added so much to my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting DC.

- Ina (9/5): Overall great experience, nice hotel with great and spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable. - Everything was great, the location is central and quite, the room was big, clean with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom, the staff were friendly, we had coffee in the room, the hotel even has a rooftop terrace but sadly it is not opened during cold season. I would include some single use items like slippers, bahrobes etc. and a manual shower head. It would much easier to use.

- laura (9/5): Excellent - What I liked the most was that we are a big family, and the restaurant staff seated all of us together. It was my husband’s birthday, and we went there for breakfast as a family. They helped us with the cake, sang for him, and it was an excellent experience. We had a bit of an issue with a staff member during check-in, as they made some fun of the way we had made the reservation. However, the colleague next to them understood us and was very helpful.

Location was perfect for convention center. Room was clean. I liked the ice machine and water dispenser on the hall. Excellent!! It's a very nice hotel. The shower faucet controls were confusing to use. The shower was a 1/2 open design. Looks pretty but is uncomfortable to use especially if the bathroom is cold. Shower floor was slippery. Almost fell. Shower didn't have a wand. The bathroom looked beautiful, but the shower was difficult to use.
- Giuseppe (9/5): - L'hotel si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Casa Bianca, in posizione abbastanza centrale, anche se Washington DC non ha un vero centro ed è in sé una città molto spaziosa con le attrazioni comunque distanti tra loro. Lyft è la soluzione migliore e la più economica per spostarsi, come nel nostro caseo, in 4 persone. L'hotel è ottimo, molto confortevole e dotato di tutti i servizi, palestra gratuita compresa. Abbiamo pagato una tariffa veramente competitiva.
