• LEFEVRE (5/5): A EVITER - Le bungalow est très bien ! Les coupures programmées de l'électricité... jusqu'á 7 a 8 coupures pendant la journée ... Les employés vous disent, c la Jiarama ! A vec le sourire, svp ! Et non ce n'est pas de la Jiarama, mais ça vient de l'hotel ... Pendant les coupures d'électricité beaucoup trop fréquentes, J'ai pu vérifié que le voisin avait de l'électricité, et ce nétait pas avec les panneaux solaires car la machine a laver fonctonnait... En outre, le moteur de filtration de la piscine de notre hotel a tout le temps, fonctionné.. . J ai demandè a voir le responsable, mais il nest jamais venu ! Et je suis sur qu'il a une bonne excuse 🤪🤪 Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hotel, vu le manque de respect aux clients ...

• BRUNO (10/5): Lodge de grande qualité dans un environnement naturel magnifique et à proximité de tout - Super adresse : un havre de paix dans un jardin tropical, tout près de la plage et du centre touristique, mais préservé des bruits de la vie nocturne. Les maisons sont jolies et spacieuses, très propres, vraiment agréables et le frigo de la cuisine est plein à l'arrivée ! Bravo aussi au personnel, discret, arrangeant et disponible qui prend le temps de bavarder si on le souhaite (le jardinier m'a fait visiter la cabane dans les arbres dont profite la maison la plus grande). La piscine balinaise est top aussi pour nager ou en fin de journée pour se relaxer. Ma femme était très contente de son massage aux huiles essentielles, il y a un espace dédié prévu pour cela. Rien... La wifi fonctionnait parfaitement (ils sont passés à Starlink) ce qui m'a permis de faire une réunion en visio : une bonne surprise à Nosy Be !

• Thomas (8/5): Bon hôtel je recommande - Hôtel très calme, piscine agréable et la chambre dans le manguier est très sympa ! Un peu difficile d’accès mais cela reste acceptable
• Jackie (10/5): Sfeervolle accomodatie met gastvrije host en personeel - - Het is een heerlijke plek met accomodaties in een mooie tuin. De host is fantastisch en regelt alle excursies voor je bij lokale mensen, wat ontzettend leuk is en voor hele goede prijzen. Hij heeft ook allemaal goede tips. Het personeel is superlief en behulpzaam. Ze komen elke avond de klamboes goed ophangen en wierrook aansteken tegen de muggen en alles wordt super netjes schoongemaakt elke dag. Het zwembad is heerlijk en wordt ook netjes onderhouden. De lokatie is op zich heel fijn, omdat je dichtbij alle winkels en restaurants zit, maar net buiten de drukte. ‘s Avonds is het wel een slecht verlichte weg er naartoe, dus dan durfden wij niet te lopen in het donker, maar dan namen we een tuktuk die overal zijn en heel goedkoop zijn.
• Iryna (8/5): - The apartment I stayed in was simply wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Basic groceries were also provided for the first few days (for an additional fee), which was very convenient. The beds felt a bit firm for my taste, but it wasn’t a big issue. There were plenty of power outlets throughout the apartment — a definite plus. Although there was no air conditioning, the fans provided were more than sufficient, especially since the weather wasn’t too hot. The staff were very polite and friendly. The garden was like a little oasis, and the pool was absolutely delightful. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and created a true sense of comfort. The location of the apartment was also excellent — close to everything you might need for both daytime activities and evening entertainment What truly disappointed me was the complete lack of internet in our apartment. I contacted the host, who assured me that the internet worked on the terrace — but in reality, there was no connection there either. The manager tried to help by purchasing local SIM cards, but they only lasted for a day. Eventually, I had to buy my own SIM card and use it for work, as I needed a stable connection. Unfortunately, my SIM card was not compatible with the manager’s router, even though he had promised to provide a router suitable for my card — but I never received it. What upset me most wasn’t just the absence of internet, but the attitude towards the problem. When I expressed my frustration, the manager told me, “You’re in Madagascar, it’s a poor country. We’re doing our best.” I do understand the realities of the region, but the listing clearly stated that internet was available — and after 10 days, it never appeared. Another unpleasant moment was when I saw a small animal in the apartment that looked like a mouse. I immediately informed both the host and the manager and asked the manager to provide something to repel rodents. A few days later, the host told me it wasn’t a mouse, but a local animal that resembles one. The repellent finally appeared four days later — just one day before my departure. I do appreciate that I wasn’t charged the $20 for the food items — thank you for that. However, if given the choice, I would have preferred to pay for the groceries and instead have a working internet connection and a more comfortable and reassuring experience from the start.

• Alexander (9/5): Great stay in a gorgeous, authentic setting - Ambalamanga features lovely, clean and spacious houses. The place is very well run and the staff is super friendly and very efficient. The garden is astoundingly beautiful (kudos to the gardener for all the hard work) and the pool is gorgeous. We had an amazing time here. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle of Amabatoloaka not to be disturbed by the noise, while being close enough to enjoy the restaurants (avoid the beach though, and head to Madirokely or better, the Sunset bar further up for a much better experience). Unavoidably, there are a few mosquitoes at dusk and dawn but the place has mosquito nets and the staff light mosquito coils every evening, so there's not much to complain about! :)
• mickael josé (10/5): - Résidence tres bien, la maison a tout le confort, le personnel est gentil et au petit soin, la piscine est chaude et au calme, ca a été un grand plaisir de me baigner le soir en rentrant du restaurant et comme la Résidence est petite il y a rarement du monde pour ce baigner. Je recommande en couple ou en famille

Les maisons dispersées au milieu du joli jardin sont hyper confortables et équipées avec beaucoup de goût. La maison, neuve, est réellement un havre de paix et très bien conçue, magnifique par sa structure en bois et ses finitions typiques. L'endroit est superbe au calme et juste à quelques minutes seulement de la plage et de la rue animée. Une excellente adresse à Nosy-Be! À retenir et à conseiller!
