- Swapnil (1/5): Not upto mark - Property is good in terms of building infrastructure, location However the facility lacks following things 1. Courteous staff - they need training for sure . They almost charge at five star level but deliver a poor service quality . Staff is absolutely unwelcoming. They need to be trained to be courteous, resolve 2. Hotel needs to update its washroom infra , aligned to its pricing. The furniture is mostly outdated and worn out , not designed ergonomically and. They mostly offer twin beds ( large number of those ). All in all average infra from utility stand point . You don’t feel comfortable while pricing is high and hence it becomes not value for money proposition. 3. Room service is pathetic. They say they will call back and never do. 4. Pricing - I would rate them average. No harm in asking for the price they ask but they should deliver good experience in this price( at current level there compete with branded 5/7 star chains for pricing ) If only you want a clean room but you are okay to deal with rude staff and accommodate unhygienic washrooms, then only you should select this hotel. Better to opt for Fern or other non premium hotels.

- Srushti (1/5): Too expensive for the services which they are offereing. - So, We have been staying in Balaji Sarovar for years now. However this time the staff and the faclities were not upto the mark. Firstly upon arrival the receptionist was not the best and told us our booking was only for 1 person when in fact it was for 2 people. But since we were very tired from our 10 hour+ travel by road we did not dispute this much, paid and extra charge and got room. Secondly I had written a message for special request to have water for us upon arrival but it was not done so. Even when I had gotten a confirmation call 1 day previous from my stay, I had mentioned the water situation and also number of adults staying in. However upon entering there was no water for us. But their saving grace was a porter staff who saw us thirsty and offered us a lemon drink which was godsend. So the porter saved the grace of the hotel and not the other trained staff. Thirdly, It is summer season and the AC was hot. So we called for a service person to fix who changed it to 19 degrees but said we could not reduce or increase temprature we wanted as it was fixed by hotel from start. The whole night was pretty hot and definetly not 19degrees. I think Balaji Sarovar needs to be a bit mindful about this during the summer season. Fourthly, Upon arrival the bathroom dustbin was not clean and there was some previous trash left outside the bathroom bin from the previous guests. This made it look unclean and not well thought off. Fifthly, one of the elevators was not functioning so we had to use the staircase a lot. Please note my mother ( who was the second traveler) has joint issues so this is a bit problematic for her. Overall the stay was not upto the Sarovar mark and we had also paid around 7000 intially for booking because we booked last minute. Apart from that extra cost borne by us was aroud 5K ( due to adding 1 more adult booking+ dinner) making it an expensive affair. But the service staff was untrained and the facilities not working making expereince BAD. Staff and facilities Please train the new staff quickly

But they impressed me even more with their chinese new year menu ! The sushi's were amazing! This is the first time i felt like i was dining in an asian restaurant in a city like mumbai/pune. The sushi's here were as good as youd get in tier 1 cities. Chef Yadav sir was extremely warm and welcoming. Over all a gold star experience! An absolute must try for everyone.

- Siddarth (8/5): - Good stuff first 1) staff were kind 2) rooms were very nice 3) I couldn't hear any noise from the roads 4) I dont think you will get better than this hotel in Solapur Dislikes 1) I minister was staying on my floor and aome 15-20 chamchas of his were waiting outside his room (they were very quiet and decent but it gave a bit of down market when the chamchas were outside. All left by midnight but 2 men were sleeping on the floor outside the ministers room (his security). Again, they were harmless but its not pleasant to see that if you are paying such a high price at the hotel. I believe the staff were helpless if a minister comes and this could have happened anywhere but then the hotel should allocate an area separate in the hotel for ministers chamchas. 2) some 2 ladies were quarreling in the morning. I dont know if they were staff or guests but thr hotel management could have shut them up (im assuming that there would have been some staff who noticed noise) That said very good hotel
- DUKHANDE (6/5): - Location I called reception having issues with the door open but no response..I had waited 10 mins in Pathway and then went to reception..they just re program card gave it back to me .. without asking issue ..and when I came back the same issue .. total hopeless... I myself had to find out that the handle of the door was not working properly

- AkashV165 (10/5): Excellent guest service at Balaji Sarovar - We had 4 rooms 304,325, 327,329. We had a lovely stay with them and Mr Ajeet from Reception had help us and make our stay memorable. He help us with the takeaway thing also which was beyond expectations. Good clean and cozy room and having great view too. Defiantly recommending Balaji Sarovar for other to stay! Cheers

Apart from that nothing positive. the quality of room and the services you get is horrible for the price you pay. The bath tub was not working so there were people figuring out the issue at 11:30pm. I wanted to order some room service but the guy responding was rude and impatient. We got incomplete food order at room. Strange smell in the room. No smart tv at this age.

- suchi (10/5): Excellent stay - The breakfast served as awesome. There was a trainee Sanjib on the reception while checking in..he made the process so convenient and smooth. the hotel also helped us with an early breakfast at 5.45 am..The entire staff is courteous and well trained.
- Manjiri (7/5): Nice place. - Good location, clean property staff good Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Water flow in the taps and shower took 5 min to start full force. Could not adjust AC temp .. in summer it will be very hot if not rectified

- hitesh (4/5): - Only i like ambience, which is good .. 1) Rate was high 2) when I had entered my state room with my family the first impression was bad, room key was not worked after i waited 10 to 15 minutes for another key so there was a issued so they change my stateroom, before was 307 and they relocate to 315.. 3) Food was spicy specially Indian food, they were not refilling the buffet properly. 4) i was requesting earlier for my take way breakfast beacuse i leaving 5:00 am so there is no complimentary breakfast for me but they charge my take away breakfast as well. 5) reception staff was not helpful 6) they knows that I will check out at 5:15 am but Noone come to pick up my luggage from my cabin ..very bad experience.. 7) after housekeeping cleaned my they were forget to kept side towels , there was facial tissue was empty as well ..
