Le personnel très agréable Le toit terrasse n'est pas ouvert avant le mois de mai, et j'ai fait mon séjour fin avril, c'est frustrant, pensez-y avant votre réservation car la vue du toit est magnifique.

- MICHELE (8/5): Piacevole - Hotel molto particolare. Originale, ma piacevole. Personale reception e ai piani estremamente cortese ed efficiente. Posizione non centralissima. Camera non molto ampia. Preferibile scegliere una suite. Climatizzazione ed insonorizzazione eccellenti. Pulizia perfetta. Letti molto confortevoli. La spa è ottima per il relax, dopo una giornata di visita alla città. Sauna, bagno turco, Jacuzzi, area relax oltre ad una piccola palestra. Gradevole lo sky bar. Colazione salata con prodotti di buona qualità ma varietà appena discreta rispetto ad altri hotel di pari categoria. Colazione dolce assolutamente insufficiente. Una sola torta a rotazione ed alcune briosche! Personale di sala non proprio attento. La spa andrebbe presidiata più attentamente per rimediare alla scarsa attenzione di alcuni ospiti che abbandonano teli usati ovunque.

Kein einziger Kaffeelöffel im Raum (weder an der Kaffeemaschine, noch am Tisch oder Buffet). Kein Brot - nur Baguette, Toast und Brötchen.

Quirky little hotel, lovely staff and very comfortable. Restaurant menu limited but ok. Breakfast very pleasant. Lots to do and see within walking distance, including thermal spa baths. Very clean. The hotel also has its own little spa and massage therapies are available. We had a great short break here.

- Ronny (10/5): Top Hotel - Das Hotel ist ausergewöhnlich schön, einfach ein Traum, Rooftop - Bar, Wellnessbereich, Frühstück einfach TOP. Bis auf so manche Personen aus dem Personal die dem Hotel in keinster Weise gerecht werden. Bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen ist das Personal nicht sehr Gästefreundlich sondern eher abweisend. Wir waren erst um 10.00 Uhr beim Frühstück und haben übersehen das ab Montag nur bis 10.30 Uhr Frühstücksbetrieb ist. Wir wurden bis dato noch nie mit bösen Blicken aus einem Frühstücksraum hinauskomplimentiert. Besonders in Erinnerung blieb mir am 11.5.26 eine kleine braunhaarige Kellnerin die ich schon fragen wollte was sie für ein Problem hat. Sie hat uns mit einem bösen Blick angestarrt das es einem gruselt. Falls es das Management interessiert wäre es auch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel von geringem Aufwand wenn das Personal ein bitte/danke, hallo, auf wiedersehen kennen würde. Die einzigen die das gepflegt haben waren wir.

- Nelly Z (10/5): 布达佩斯温泉酒店 - 到的比较早也允许提前入住了，还给升级了房间，工作人员很友善会帮忙推荐餐厅，也可以帮忙打电话预订位置。酒店自己的温泉很小，但是环境好，就是冲着这个订的这家酒店。晚上走回去有点远，但是附近有公交车站，打车也方便。

Rooms were quirky and spacious with amazing little service details to make stay special (thanks for the chocolates!) Breakfast was easy and a nice selection every day with small changes to keep it fresh. Good location with easy transport nearby. Nice skybar views! The view from the room wasn't really much, but the room was beautiful inside so why look outside?

Special mention for the staff, incredibly helpful, always had the time to guide us with how to get somewhere and tips on public transport and taxis. Particular call out to Dora and Peter on reception, thank you both so much for being so helpful, and always with a smile 😃 This isn’t a five star review as we found breakfast, while a huge variety was available, the hot food simply wasn’t hot in the buffet. Pity! However, order an à la carte option, we went with omelettes which were cooked to order and were hearty and delicious. Room was spotless, spa equally so and an ideal spot to relax after a hard day sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel, and thanks again to Dora and Peter.

It is also well located and within walking distance of a number of sights in Pest and close to good transport links. Highly recommended.

- HilarySilva (10/5): Budapest & Mystery Hotel Budapest - Absolutely wonderful holiday, couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel. The Mystery Hotel Budapest is fantastic! We had a very big, incredibly clean & gorgeous room with everything you need plus more! The hotel is so clean & smells beautiful (probably because of it being a spa hotel). The staff are amazing, everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially Petra in the hotel restaurant who went above & beyond - Thank you! Budapest is also very beautiful with so many architecturally interesting building. Had a lovely cruise on the Danube. Highly recommend buying tickets for the hop on, hop off tour bus, a good way to see everything. I definitely highly recommend a holiday in Budapest & staying in the Mystery Hotel Budapest.

- Sue (8/5): Overall a lovely hotel for a short stay but breakfast was disappointing. - Overall I really liked this hotel, its facilities, comfort and value for money were superb. The rooms are very spacious ( we were in a king duplex) and the duplex worked well. I used the gym and spa on a couple of occasions and both were very good. The breakfasts were very disappointing. For example the bread selection wasn’t great and the bread offered for toast wasn’t adequate. The quality of the pastries was poor - my husband had a stale croissant and the fruit salad consisted mainly of apple on most days. I think the hotel could make some improvements here.

- Timo (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte Location, die nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Parlament entfernt ist - Ein ungewöhnlich eingerichtetes Fünfsternehotel des früher mal in dem großen Speisesaal den Tagungsaal der Loge der Freimaurer beherbergt hat. Das Haus versprüht den Charme der Zwanzigerjahre und hat ein imposantes Treppenhaus wie in einem Palazzo. Es gibt große Zimmer, die bis zur vierten Etage platziert sind. Die Zimmer in der 5., 6. und siebten Etage sind sehr klein.

First of all, the cleanliness was impeccable – everything was perfectly maintained and attention was paid to every detail. The interiors are elegant and tastefully designed, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. A big plus for the high-quality bathroom amenities, which definitely add to the overall comfort and sense of luxury. The spa area also deserves special recognition – beautifully maintained and perfect for true relaxation. It’s a place I would gladly return to. Small window, that’s the only thing I didn’t like.

Egy nagy takaro volt az alvashoz, ami bar elegnek bizonyult 2 szemelynek is, megis furcsa erzest hagyott bennunk a megszokasokhoz kepest.

The spa is small but relaxing and looks luxurious. Unfortunately the sky garden was closed for renovation but hopefully we will experience it next time we visit.
