- Krisztina (8/5): Mindenképp visszatérek! - Stúdiót foglaltam, ami nagyon tágas volt és ugyan utca frontra nézett, de nagyon csendes volt. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A fürdőszobában zuhany és kád is volt. A személyzet kedvessége és vendégszeretete minden vitt. Az edzőterem is jól fel volt szerelve. A fürdőszobában kicsit állott szag volt. A medence vize kissé hideg volt.

- Lena (7/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich und die Lage ist echt toll. Der Strand ist einfach der Hammer. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und man konnte sich super selbst versorgen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. Wenn man kein Zimmer mit Meerblick oder seitlichen Meerblick nimmt, gehen die Zimmer hinten zur Straße raus. Auch wenn die Straße nicht besonders groß ist, ist der Verkehr sehr stark und somit super laut. Die Tür nachts auflassen ist leider nicht möglich. Das war uns nicht bewusst und würde ich das nächste Mal anders buchen. Dafür hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge, aber richtig entspannend ist es so leider nicht.

- Monika (7/5): Schöne Anlage und tolles Personal – aber Mängel in Organisation und Service-Qualität - Das Zimmer: Wir hatten ein Studio, das wirklich sehr gut, super groß und schön gestaltet war. Auch wenn der Ausblick nicht besonders war, haben wir uns im Zimmer selbst sehr wohlgefühlt. Fitness & Wellness: Der Fitnessraum ist hervorragend ausgestattet und auch der Indoor-Pool ist, obwohl er eher klein ist, absolut ausreichend und schön angelegt. Das Personal: Ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter – alle waren durchweg sehr, sehr freundlich. Landschaft: Die Hotelanlage ist eingebettet in eine sehr schöne Landschaft und sehr gepflegt. Verpflegung (Allgemein): Suppen und viele andere Speisen wurden vorbildlich warmgehalten. Organisation beim Check-out:.Obwohl unser Check-out auf 12:00 Uhr angesetzt war, standen um 11:40 Uhr plötzlich schon neue Gäste in unserem Zimmer, während wir noch auf dem Balkon saßen. Hier scheint die interne Kommunikation versagt zu haben. Kaffeequalität: Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus war der Kaffee beim Frühstück enttäuschend (kleine Automaten, sehr dünner Kannen-Kaffee). Dass man erst ab 10:00 Uhr an der Bar für ordentlichen Kaffee extra zahlen muss, ist wenig souverän. Mangelnde Flexibilität (Außenbereich): Es gibt viel zu wenige eingedeckte Tische im Freien (nur etwa acht). Obwohl weitere Tische vorhanden waren, wurden diese nicht eingedeckt, sodass man kaum eine Chance hatte, draußen zu essen. Speisenqualität: Das frisch zubereitete Fischfilet war bei meinem Versuch völlig versalzen. Zudem waren spezielle Speisen wie Spießchen oder Calamari oft kalt. Zimmer-Ausstattung: In der Studio-Küche fehlten Basics wie Spülmittel und Schwamm. Im Bad gab es nur All-in-One-Duschgel; Haarbalsam oder ein Nähset fehlten komplett. Schlafkomfort: Der extra angefragte Topper wurde zwar bereitgestellt, war aber leider nicht wirklich weich. Für den Safe muss man bezahlen.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile und da war sogar ein mini Paket mit Spüli, Schwamm, etc. und eine kleine Küchenausstattung dabei. Super durchdacht und hilfreich! Sowohl das Fitnesstudio als auch der Indoorpool machen um 8 abends zu, das ist für uns bisschen früh.

Plaża tuż za hotelowym basenem, szeroka, piaszczysta z łagodnym zejściem do czystej wody. Bliskie sąsiedztwo Parku Narodowego zachęciło w kwietniu do pięknej wycieczki rowerami. Bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy.

Insomma lo consiglierei. il cambio asciugamani mare dovrebbe essere anticipato alle 9.00 così per permettere a chi va in gita di averlo per tempo pulito (al momento c'é un giorno sì ed uno no e solo dalle 10.30 che non sono MAI le 10.30...).

- Maic (9/5): - Ein schönes, großes Appartement mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Matratzen sind etwas fest aber wir haben einen Topper bekommen. Insgesamt wurde auf Wünsche sofort eingegangen. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und beim Essen. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen. Die Lage am Naturstrand ist hervorragend. Der Zugang zum Fitnessbereich sollte nur per Karte möglich sein. Es waren oft Kinder dort und haben den Bereich als Indoor Spielplatz benutzt. Das ist gefährlich für die Kinder und es stört.

- Volker (4/5): Enttäuschend! - An sich schöne Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Aber Rutschgefahr in der Anlage bei Regen, auch wegen Bodenunebenheiten. Personal: Rezeption freundlich und bemüht; Housekeeping gut (aber Instandstzungsstau im Zimmer bzw. an der Tür der Dusche , siehe Foto) . Bar mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern; Service beim Essen ok; ein Kellner aber zumindest übergriffig und laut. Sehr nette Masseurin (kommt von ausserhalb und muss einen Tag vorher bestellt werden) Zimmer war ok, aber es gab Instandsetzungsstau (insbes. an Dusche: durch Korrosion platzt Lack ab an der Tür; siehe Foto). Nachts massiver Insektenbefall auf Nachttisch neben dem Bett: Insekten krabbeln z.B. in nicht ausgetrunkene Gläser (in der 3.Etage !! ); siehe Foto. Essen mit schlechtem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (15 Euro für Frühstück und Abendessen für 26,-Euro (!) zusätzlich (fürs Abendessen (fürs gleiche Geld konnte ich in einem schicken Restaurant in der Nähe fürstlich speisen und musste nicht mitansehen, wie schlecht erzogene Jugendliche das Essen vom Buffet mit den Fingern antatschten - und wieder zurücklegten!). Aber erstklassiges Restaurant (Es Figueret) in fussläufiger Entfernung (400m), siehe Tripadvisor und Foto. Zum Frühstück Buffet lieblos drapiert; Rührei u. auch die gekochten Eier kalt; Mangels Schüsselchen musste man die dünnflüssige Marmelade direkt auf den Teller schütten; Kaffee war ok; Fruchtdrinks aus der Maschine (aus 1cl Minigläschen) schmeckten nicht bzw. künstlich. Abendessen nicht mehr geniessbar, wenn man eine halbe Stunde vor Ende erst kam (Fleisch zerfasert und übergart; Pizza zäh, übriges Essen zu lange auf Warmhalteplatten und nur lauwarm gehalten) Strandtücher wurden nur an drei Tagen gewechselt; Bademeister (wohl Osteuropäer) nur am Aussenpool; beim Innenpool, am Innen-Jaccuzi und bei der Sauna keine Aufsicht, so dass Jugendliche im Hallenbad ungeniert laut dröhnend Ball spielen und/oder die (nackten) Saunagänger durch das nur leicht getönte Saunafenster beobachten konnten. Trotz Vorbestellung und zweimaliger,Anmahnung war Sauna kalt und musste erst 40 Minuten lang aufgeheizt werden. Kinder liefen ungestört von aussen direkt ins Hallenbad mit dem Dreck der Aussenanlagen an den Schuhen/Badelatschen; gegen das unerzogene Benehmen der Jugendlichen (auch in der Bar) schritt niemand ein. Deshalb in Zukunft nur noch adults only! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in diesem Hotel jedenfalls falsch.

- Beate (10/5): Sehr schöner Ausblick - Wir hatten seitlicher Meerblick gebucht und die Poolseite bekommen, da dort frei war. Für Oktober perfekt und ein toller Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut deutsch. Das Hotel ist ruhig und man kann alle Mahlzeiten im Freien zu sich nehmen, wenn man möchte. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Oktober dort und kommen gerne wieder. Da das Hotel direkt beim Albufeirapark liegt, im Sommer auf jeden Fall Mückenspray mitnehmen. Im Oktober nur beim Abendessen im Freien notwendig.

Que los espectáculos por la noche se desarrollaran en idioma extranjero, dejando de lado que estamos en un país de habla hispana .

Både aftensmad og morgenmad var udemærket, selvom det bliver lidt ensformigt i løbet af ugen - gør det jo alle steder. På trods af at det er hotel med børn var der roligt, de aftener der var underholdning sluttede "larmen" 22.30. Super rent og pænt, lidt slidt men vi kommer gerne igen. Indkøb og gode restauranter i gå afstand.

Le service est impeccable, le personnel aux petits soin! Vraiment n'hésitez pas! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir! - Biserka (7/5): not suitable for UK market - I would like to make it clear that this review is based purely on our own experience at the hotel, which we booked through the UK market. We had previously stayed in the south of the island at a fully staffed property that exceeded our expectations, so we decided to move to the north, which is promoted as more family-friendly. This hotel had very good reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Firstly, the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay, despite raising the issue. More significantly, the hotel is almost entirely marketed towards the German market. While we have nothing against that, everything – from the food and entertainment to the pool activities – was designed for German guests. We appeared to be the only non-German family there, which meant our children couldn’t easily interact with others as there was no English spoken during the activities. The facilities themselves were below the standard we expected from a four-star hotel. The jacuzzi was broken, the indoor pool was very cold, and children’s entertainment was poor. Aside from one organised volleyball game, most activities were very basic. The entertainment staff did their best, but it was clear they had very limited resources. The pool surface was also unsafe. Many children, including ours, ended up with bleeding toes after only a couple of days. The lifeguard was handing out plasters constantly, so pool shoes are essential. On top of this, while the pool is advertised as open until 8 p.m., the lifeguard disappeared after 7 p.m., leaving no supervision for the last hour. The food was average, but the live cooking stations were very under-resourced. Only one person was responsible for pancakes, eggs, and omelettes, which created long queues every morning. Another major issue was the noise: every night, very loud music from the sister hotel next door went on until very late, making it hard to relax or sleep. - Alex (10/5): Very good for a family beach vacation. - We had a very good stay at this hotel, particularly as a family with children. There are nice kids’ pools and a sandy beach, making it ideal for little ones. One downside was the noise level—our room faced a nearby hotel that hosted loud evening entertainment. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, though the egg station often had a bit of a queue. Service in the restaurant was excellent, with staff constantly helping and cleaning non-stop. Room cleaning was also fast and done to a high standard. The hotel’s location is fantastic—very close to the sea. As is often the case, there was some competition for sunbeds near the pool (especially for larger families), but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d happily return to.
