- Linus (8/5): Comfortable, well equipped accomodation with friendly helpful property manager. - Positives: 💬 Easy to reach property manager even with WhatsApp. 🍖 Nice BBQ. 🍽️ Several nice restaurants within walking distance. 🏊 Pool regularly maintained. 📚 Shelf with several nice books. Great option if you forgot to bring something to read. ⛵ Free use of pool, sauna and tennis courts at Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club included. We did not use this, but it looks quite nice. Caveats/Negatives: 🏊 Pool still needs to be cleaned manually before use due to infalling leaves and insects. Can be heated for a fee, but is not by default. Heating up takes a couple of days, so has to be requested before arriving. 🚪 One of the bathroom doors is hard to open. The property management promised to look into the issue, so it will hopefully not be a problem for future guests.
- Sirli (10/5): Awesome Villa to stay during your stay in Madeira - Great place to stay during the traveling. Really enjoyed the pool. Rooms were nice nice and the location was good. There were some very good cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again, if ever in Madeira again.
- Janette (5/5): Enjoyable but not 5 star - Clean, comfortable beds, air conditioners Small amount was deducted from my security deposit. I was not informed as the reason for to not returning my full deposit. I strongly feel that I should have had an email explaining the reason for retaining money from my security deposit. Mosquito invested location with no insect screens in front of windows and doors. Even relaxing next to the pool midday to sunbath, we were attack by mosquitos. Reason is because of thick vegetation surrounding the property and the house is located in a slight dip, there for no breeze to keep mosquitos at bay.
- Mei (10/5): It's worth to stay and enjoyable - The property is lovely, comfortable and clean. Our children swim ever day in the pool. The fire flowers opened and attracted many birds. We really enjoyed. One week is not enough. The staff in the Albatroz yacht club are very professional, helpful and friendly. We can use all facilities in the hotel, playing tennis and swimming in the beautiful pool by the sea. The location is good but to hire a car is essential.

Great pool and garage with automatic gate. -1 for scanning our documents and writing down credit card data INCLUDING cvc code without any information how it will be stored and for how long - bad practice that we didn't experienced before in Madeira.
