- Ettie (2/5): Nightmare Stay on my birthday vacation - Nightmare stay from start to finish. I have limited mobility and was confirmed a ground floor duplex, only to find at check-in that such rooms don’t even exist. Mark and Kate at reception were kind and tried to help, but the hotel was fully booked, and we were promised a move that never happened. On Day 3, despite requesting a flat clean (which is their policy), we came back late at night to find nothing done no rubbish cleared, no towels, no fresh sheets. Reception told us to collect them ourselves, which was impossible for me, and we ended up cleaning the flat with two young children in tow. I injured my foot during this and, when I asked for first aid, nobody ever came. The final insult came at checkout when the head of housekeeping a truly horrible woman tried to flip the facts and accuse us of breaking the remote and leaving a cigarette in the fridge. I have never smoked in my life, so this was both insulting and dishonest. While Mark and Kate were genuinely lovely, the lack of service, false promises, and the lies at checkout made this stay dreadful. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.
- Melinda (10/5): Un endroit reposant et agréable - Une petite pépite si l'on veut se reposer en pleine campagne. L'appartement est bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière, frigo, micro ondes, four, téléviseur, séchoir et d'autres petites choses qui font toute la différence) vous ramenez vos provisions ( et vous vous installez. Vous avez deux piscines une couverte dans le grand bâtiment (elle mérite un petit rafraîchissement) et une autre extérieure sur l'île. On y accède par un pont et l'on peut se promener d'une pointe à l'autre. La vue sur le canal où l'on voit quelques bateaux passer. Seul bémol pour moi ce sont les toiles d'araignées et les insectes morts dans les coins du logement et à l'extérieur de la résidence. Allez-y et vous verrez par vous-même...
- Rene (6/5): Pretty good place to stay. - Although it is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to really do around the facility, it is actually a pretty good place to stay. And maybe to the expensive side. But don't ever accept to get apartment 211. There is so much noise from the indoor pool next door, from the gate, from the road and people coming and going. The WIFI doesn't work , there are no river view even though it is promised when being booked. We got a new room, after days of discussion with the reception, it was a single room studio apartment and it was several steps up in comfort.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 3 étages au lieu du rez de chaussée réservé .... - J'avais réservé un appartement au rez de chaussée, on m'a attribué un appartement au troisième étage sans ascenseur... Avec les bagages , et pour monter le petit déjeuner c'était compliqué . La réceptionniste m'a dit il n'y a que 2 appartements en rez de chaussée et ils sont PMR donc non, ça ne vous ira pas. En plus c'est faux il y a plus de deux appartements au rez de chaussée car les petits salons de jardin devant les appartements sont plus nombreux que deux. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c'est, on vous donne des tasses de boissons chaudes, sans couvercle donc si ça se renverse sur votre plateau pendant que vous montez les étages tant pis.. grosse déception, c'était la deuxième fois qu'on venait. Appartement avec du mobilier à renouveler ou rafraîchir (pouf, table..) sinon c'était propre.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We were just staying for one night as we travelled from the south towards Cherbourg for the ferry. It was a good option for an overnight stay in the area. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. Reception were helpful and ordered take away for us.

My kettle still has vinegary fluid in it which immediately curldled the milk when I made tea. No aircon and one fan that has seen better days. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Balcony nice. River below not the most beautiful. Secure parking was good. Lot of insects in bathroom. No elevator which is not great if you have a lot of luggage to take up. Overall, okay for one night - just!

- Perle (10/5): Séjour reposant et excellent souvenir - Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille avec nos enfants de 15 ans, 12 ans, 5 ans et 23 mois. Pendant le pont du mois de mai, l'établissement n'était pas trop rempli, ce qui a contribué à la qualité du séjour qui a été reposant et ressourçant. On a fait une balade dans le sous bois, les enfants ont adoré l'aire de jeux et la piscine. Le logement était cosy et propre. On en garde un excellent souvenir

- Andrei (8/5): - We stayed for 3 nights as part of our Normandy trip this April. This hotel is a great base for exploring the region if you are travelling by a car. We ventured out to all the local gems including Honfleur, Étretat, Deauville - all within 1.5 hour drive. The city of Rouen is 30-40 minutes away. The hotel offers a great value for money for a travelling family. It is great for families with kids, has an indoor and outdoor play area and a small indoor swimming pool (0.75m deep), there’s an outdoor swimming pool as well but it wasn’t operational during our stay in April. The apartments are either 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom, both options come with a separate living room that has a double-sized sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessities you may need for your stay (including a washing machine!). The fridge in our apartment wasn’t working too well, so we had to improvise by freezing water in bottles and placing those at the bottom of the fridge to keep fresh goods at an acceptable temperature. The apartment equipment and facilities are a little dated and could do with a little more care, I.e. laminate flooring has come apart in places, the bedding / towels were stained, the window blinds haven’t been washed for a while, the apartment has a distinct smell (like a retirement home?) which some may find uncomfortable. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming, the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. A good all rounder for a family trip.

- david (6/5): Moyennement satisfait - Notre deuxième visite dans ce club , le logement est impeccable et très satisfaisant mais, car il y a un mais nous avions choisi ce lieu pour sa piscine couverte que nous n a vons pu apprécier puisque les portes vitrées était en permanence ouverte avec une température extérieure a 0 degré . Malgres notre remarque a la réception ( aimable mais passif voir indifférent ) le lieu resta "aéré tout le week end peut être pour éviter un usage des visiteurs qui nécessite l entretien par le personnel en nombre réduit vu la saison .

- Bettina Schnegelsberg (10/5): Fred og skøn natur ved Seinen - Skønneste lejlighedshotel smukt beliggende ved Seinen. Stille og roligt, udendørspool hvor det ikke var et problem at finde en liggestol. Lejligheden var stor og vi har aldrig oplevet et mere veludstyret køkken. Personalet talte godt engelsk og var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Meget dejligt ophold. Der er 12 km. til nærmeste indkøb.

- HENNEBELLE (6/5): - Je suis arrivée une heure plus tôt et j ai du payer 20 euros supplémentaires pour avoir ma clé ! Je restais plusieurs jours je venais de loin c est pas terrible commercialement. La salle de bain pas très propre joints et aérations poussiéreux et sales. Aucun ménage fait pendant mon séjour. J ai étais obligé de réclamer draps et serviettes à la réception. Je suis arrivée très chargée et à l accueil trop préoccupé par leurs conversations, j ai du monter les deux étages sans aide et sans ascenseur. Bref à éviter si vous voulez de la propreté et du service.

We loved walking around the property, and the outdoor pool by the river was great to cool off at the end of the day while the sun went down. The desk person was knowledgeable about the history of the area and gave us a few places to check out. Older property but seemed somewhat updated and kept clean. Would definitely return

È isolato e distante da quasi ogni posto turistico da visitare e a 15 minuti dai supermercati di zona, ristoranti raggiungibili in auto. L'area giochi per i bambini era chiusa in attesa di rinnovo, la zona della piscina esterna e del verde che circonda il residence andrebbe curata un pochino di più ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

It was a little hard to find since sign was small and the nearby restaurant has the same address. Apple maps may take you the restaurant instead. It is not close to any stores so shop before you get there.

- Alain (8/5): Karma - L'endroit doit être magnifique par beau temps. Il est au bord de la Seine sur une petite route et il faut un peu chercher pour trouver l'accès. Service 24h/24heure Grand appartement équipé parfait pour des vacances
- Patrick (6/5): Bien - J’ai prévenu que nous arriverions dans la nuit à 2 h du matin. Aucun problème le gardien a fait le Chek in. Par contre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié qu’a 10h15 on nous demande de quitter la chambre. L’hotel était loin d’etre Complet il n’y avait donc pas urgence. A presque 100 euros la nuit sans petit déjeuner on attend un peu plus de prévenance...
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is located in one of the most tranquil and beautiful location i have visited in France. The staff were helpful supportive and moved us to the the manoir on the first day die to being locked put of the prevous appartment. The appartment was really clean and had two double bedrooms well fitted put kitchen and dining area and balcony. The island is wonderful for walks and full of wildlife and we even saw a family of otters each evening. Our stay this time was short but will definately come back for a longer stay at the manoir.

- Richard (6/5): Away from it all in France - We stayed here so that we could be with friends from overseas who have a timeshare at this property. The accommodation is in small units. Ours had 11 steep steps up to the mezzanine/bedroom area and the kitchen and bathroom were on the lower level. it served it's purpose for us but I would not class it as a hotel. Rooms were serviced once during our stay. There is no restaurant on site and the one over the road is a bit limited and pricey. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a "members" lounge with a bar that we were able to use because of our friends membership. However the happy hour prices were only available for Members! The site is peaceful and it was great to hear the birdsong and watch the wildlife on the river. The weather was really hot when we stayed so it would have been lovely to have air-conditioning. No fly screens at the windows either in our unit.

- Elisabeth (10/5): Always a beautiful hidden secret resort! - We have been at this resort five times and always love it...the location is divine..pastoral, quiet, lovely. This is the first time, though, that we’ve had a two story apartment...very steep steps up to bedroom and living room and really no view out the windows toward the lovely river....we were a bit sad. We were able to sit outside in the sun for few hours which was nice!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location close to Rouen and Évreux - We enjoy our stay here. The setting is lovely. Although a bit old, the place was extremely clean and well kitted out. Including all those extras you usually forget, bottle opener, wine glasses, extra pillows and towels,etc. The location is good too and the staff were very helpful.
