Patrick (1/5): Do not stay here - Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this property We booked two rooms and arrived around 10pm after a long day of travel. One of the rooms had a very strong gas smell, which was both alarming and unsafe. The night attendant agreed the room could not be used, but said there were no alternatives available. After about an hour, they offered us a room in another building that had not been in use. Unfortunately, the replacement was completely unacceptable. Instead of the double room we had booked, we were given a room with two small single beds. The room was dirty, freezing cold (it was 4°C outside), and the beds and linens were damp. There was no heating initially, and we were told it would take time to warm up since the building wasn’t in use. When we asked for help (even something as basic as a heated blanket), we were told nothing was available. We were given a hairdryer and had to dry the bed sheets ourselves. It took around 3 hours from arrival before the room was even usable, and even then it was still uncomfortable. We barely slept. The next morning, when we raised this with reception and asked for a partial refund, the staff refused and showed no interest in resolving the issue. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had—unsafe, unhygienic, and handled very poorly. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Sabrina (8/5): Vista, localização e simpatia - Os funcionários foram excelentes, extremamente simpáticos e solicitos. Gostei da localização e do tamanho do quarto. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista perfeita, era novinho e bem espaçoso. Piscina aquecida com vista para a montanha. Café da manhã muito simples, poderia ter alguma fruta, ovo ou doce de leite. Os banheiros poderiam ter shampoo e secador.

Sueli (3/5): O atendimento da recepção pela Sra.Silvana foi perfeito, pediu para nos ajudar com as malas, pois é dificil carrega-las - Localização Limpeza horrível, muita poeira embaixo de camas, sofá o estofamento sujo, embaixo dele fui procurar um brinco que perdi e fiquei horrorizada. A arrumação das camas, cobriram com o edredom, qdo fui deitar não esticaram os lençóis , todo enrugado, não parece um serviço de hotelaria em hipótese nenhuma, me desculpa, mas precisa melhorar muito nesse aspecto.
Maria (4/5): Disappointing. Great location and facilities but poor service, breakfast, beds & internet connection - The location was excellent for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. We appreciated the modern facilities, including a small hot pool and a playroom, which were nice touches for relaxation and entertainment. The cleaning services were also excellent, and the place was kept very tidy throughout our stay. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The bunk bed in our room was unusually high and lacked a ladder, making it unsafe—especially for children. We raised this with the manager, but no solution was offered. We even suggested turning the bed to use the opposite side, which had more bars and could serve as a makeshift ladder, but this was dismissed. No safety guardrail was provided either, which we found quite concerning. There were also issues with the Wi-Fi: the QR code at reception did not work, and the network name was written incorrectly. The staff showed poor disposition when it came to resolving these problems. Breakfast was very basic and not well presented. None of the bottles were labelled, so we could not tell if the yogurt was actually milk, or whether the milk provided was whole or skim. The scrambled eggs were cold, there was very little variety overall, and no vegetables and barely any fruit were offered. For the price paid, the breakfast and general service fell short of expectations. Additional issues included a broken toilet lid, bedroom doors that would not close properly, and no luggage racks or stands in the room, making it difficult to organise our belongings. Also, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, which was unexpected given the accommodation's price point and amenities.
Alessandra (8/5): Muito bom! - O hotel é bom, porém no primeiro dia tivemos que ficar num prédio muito ruim, com as janelas quebradas. No dia seguinte, em contato na recepção, efetuarem a troca para o prédio principal, que no caso seria da reserva. Nesse a estadia foi muito boa!

El único punto negativo encontré yo que fue el desayuno, ya que a pesar de que había poca variedad no había agua caliente a libre disposición, había que hervir si se acababa del dispensador. En general bien.

Nis (5/5): Passable - The apartment was big and comfortable. I stayed the in the apartments across the street from the main one, at the back area. It is a little bit outdated and old, but clean. The front desk staff , elder lady "manager" (Silvana) was very mean, unfriendly, with no smiles. My whole pleasant stay was ruined due to this lady's attitude towards me. I have been in cabins, hotels and Airbnbs around the world (30 countries) . This mean lady's attitude towards me was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I don't feel welcomed. Maybe the language barrier exist,but her unfriendly demeanor and facial expression really showed. Maybe because I don't speak Spanish , or my Muslim head covering are the reasons of her mean and dehumanizing attitude towards me. Complejo Base 41, please remove this elder mean lady "manager" (Silvana) from your front desk, so others won't experience my nightmare. The other young front desk staff members were nice, and the staff around the compounds in uniforms were friendly and helpful too. Just Silvana elder lady was the problem.

Zuzzana (1/5): Very Bad experience - Location of the hotel, except my room was on another street and about 100 metres walk on an icy , unkept / or later muddy / slippery pathway. I had a feeling they gave me the worst room/ it was more of an apartment in the facility. It was very outdated I had to ask for heating device as the place was drafty etc. For the money I paid it was the worst place I ever stayed in my life. I know they have nice rooms in the hotel- as I was able to have a look.The reception and entrance is suggestive of a nice facility.I had a feeling they took advantage of me as I needed a room on the date of check up and also because Inwas a foreigner. I would warn everyone to get booked to that p,ace unless they are confirmed to an updated room in a decent location. See my remarks above.

Complejo Base 41 - Nosotros reservamos en hoteles.com en Complejo Base 41 y al llegar nos enteramos que en realidad era en unos apartamentos que le llaman Las Rocas que no es lo mismo que el hotel Complejo Base 41. Aclaró que mis comentarios son acerca de Las Rocas. A estos apartamentos más que mantenimiento les falta una remodelación o renovación. Están muy viejos y las instalaciones malas. Camas viejas, baños viejos, la calefacción no sirve no es suficiente. Las rocas los separa del hotel una calle enlodada que se congela y la hace riesgosa. Mi hija se cayó y lastimó la espalda. Los caminos del hotel se congelan y es muy resbaloso y riesgoso. La puerta compartida de entrada al complejo se desprogramó 2 veces y no te dejan entrar por la puerta principal del hotel aunque las rocas sea parte de su complejo. En fin una decepción total. Cuando reserven aseguren de contactar al hotel y que les confirmen si es el hotel o un apart-hotel o que es para evitar. Desconozco las condiciones del hotel.
