• Eva (9/5): - La ubicación. El piso es pequeño pero bien distribuido, perfecto para 1 o 2 personas. Cama muy cómoda y un armario enorme. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas. Al estar situado en una calle bastante estrecha no tiene mucha luz natural. Por su situación esperaba ruido por las noches, teniendo en cuenta que está rodeado de bares, pero no las obras en el edificio de enfrente durante todo el día. Además, el sistema de apertura te obliga a estar pendiente constante de la batería de tu móvil. El cerrojo es muy ruidoso y todos los vecin@s saben cuando entras y sales de la casa.

• David (5/5): Aceptable, pero con incomodidades - Limpio, recogido y con los servicios básicos para pasar unos días. Edificio antiguo, parcialmente reformado y con ascensor. A pesar de la antigüedad del barrio no tuvimos problemas de olores (cañerías) como ocurre en otras casas de la ciudad. Localización muy buena para el turismo (barrio del Pópulo con mucha historia), pero ruidoso los fines de semana por los bares que hay justo en la calle. Se le suma un gran problema de aislamiento de las ventanas, que deja pasar todo el ruido (además de la temperatura del exterior). Sorpresa desagradable a la llegada porque preguntamos por la calefacción, nos dijeron que era una máquina aire caliente. En el apartamento solo teníamos un radiador eléctrico de aceite, nos costó calentar la casa 1 día y medio (2 habitaciones; Diciembre, temperatura exterior 15°). Por último el baño, que aunque tiene de todo, es muy estrecho e incómodo para 1 persona; nosotros viajábamos con niños de 10 y 3 años. Conocemos la ciudad y viajábamos para estar con la familia en Navidad/ Fin de año, así que estuvimos en el apartamento el tiempo esencial (dormir y asearse). Aceptable pero con las incomodidades descritas. Hay mucha oferta en Cádiz por estos precios, así que buscaremos otra opción una próxima vez.

• lilaoriel (5/5): - La zona espectacular Demasiado ruido ya que el apartamento está encima de un bar ,en segundo lugar el enlace para abrir el apartamento solo funcionaba con internet cosa que no había en el edifico por falta de cobertura y costo bastante enlazarse al wifi y en tercer lugar exigen una fianza por desperfectos de 95€ por daños en toallas (que ni siquiera eran blancas que tiraban a gris teñido ) y muebles del salón cosa que estaban todos estropeados y desperfectos .

• Tiutes (8/5): Overall we spant there whole November and we were happy to be there despite the construction works - The location is brilliant. Only 1 minute walk from Cadiz Catedral and 3 minutes walk to the seaside. The apartment was really nice and cosy and fully equiped. we didnt have a physical keys to the apartment. The front door and the apartment's door open using an app on the mobile phone only. The second thing is the construction works in front of the apartment from 8-17 every weekday, which we were not informed about by the host before. They were very loud and woke us up every morning. Just to let you know that the entire huge building is being renovated so the construction works can last very long time. Moreover the sunlight doesn't reach the apartment, so it is quite dark.
• Stephane (4/5): The place is well located and OK but you have the feeling to be staying in a construction site - Location is great There are renovation works happening in the building right in front with heavy excavation noise and drilling from early morning. This place should not be rented unless weekends when there is no works.

• Beatriz (6/5): Comfortable apartment but on a noisy street. - Comfortable apartment for a family with 2 children. Fully equipped. Location: although very central, it was in a small alleyway with two bars on each corner, Very noisy at night. No views, straight to the wall of the building across.
