The staff is so amazing and they offer a breakfast as well, and water. Location is good as well. It was a but expensive than all my other stays in Taiwan but I booked last minute so I guess it is ok

• Chavisa (10/5): Clean, comfortable and very friendly hotel - Great location in Ita Thao where you can eat at the market every night. The hotel is simple but comfortable and clean and comes with a very nice breakfast bento. The lady who seemed to do every job at the hotel around the clock is incredibly personable and has great English and recommendations when requested. We noted every day how nice it was interacting with her. Room has some small signs of age. Still great value in the area.

• Pek Ying Janice (8/5): Very pleasant. - I especially appreciate the friendliness, helpfulness and patience of the staff at the front desk doing check-ins for guests and serves breakfast. I ran into an issue when trying to depart from Sun Moon Lake and she patiently attended to my questions and situation. Kudos to her! The lack of a floor mat. It would have been better if there is a floor mat to be placed outside the shower door. It feels yucky to step out from the wet shower area and have no floor mat to dry the feet before wearing the bedroom slippers. This is especially true in winter cos the floor tiles are cold and you wouldn’t want to step on the floor tiles with your bare feet.

• Robert (7/5): Good value, comfortable stay, great staff! - The lady who works there is the sweetest and nicest person ever willing to go the extra mile to help you out if possible. Good bento breakfast along with coffee, tea, fruits, etc. It’s a basic room and was comfortable with ample hot water for shower. There is parking but it’s at their newer hotel a block away. I was in Room 301 and the WiFi didn’t work. The lady tried to resolve it though. The room is a bit dated and could use a refresh but it didn’t affect the stay.

• chow tee (7/5): - Staff is very good. Knowing that I had booked an extra room, she assist to let us amend our booking. Aircon was not cold enough, she brought us fan. She keep checking on us The used toilet paper cannot be flushed in the toilet. We were asked to put into plastic bags and throw in the trash bin in the bathroom.

• Anne (10/5): Fantastic host, delicious breakfasts, and lovely comfortable hotel - I liked everything about our wonderful 4 night stay. Especially the kindness of the host, her friendly welcome when we retuned each day, her eagerness to help. And her generous delicious breakfasts.
