- Alyssa (9/5): A modern luxury stay, perfect for younger couples. - Very modern, rooms were spacious and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast also yummy! The service was very good however there was not enough staff on over the new year period. For such a busy time, there were long wait times because they were understaffed. You could tell everyone was very stressed. The personalized service you’d normally receive was definitely lacking.

The breakfast was delicious, so much variety and finally got some decent coffee in Malaysia!! The staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean, lovely decor and the beds are comfortable. - JQ365 (8/5): Great Breakfast Team hut disappointed with the Front Desk Team - Beautiful hotel but front desk staff did not program our room key card properly that we have to head over to the front desk to re-program it on our second day, making it tiring since after long day outside. Staff from the breakfast team are friendly and service is excellent as they are able to remember our food order and even our hot drinks order on the next day!

The staff have made us feel like the only guests at a very busy/bustling hotel. Special mention to Derek on the pool deck who looked after us like we were his private guests. Knowledgeable and kind but not intrusive. Wonderful hospitality, thank you Derek. Also looked after by Nuno F&B and shah from guest experiences. Again, we felt like they couldn’t do enough. Hotel is pristine with a really cool vibe. The best W hotel I’ve ever been to!
- zhanwangg (8/5): W Kuala Lumpur - I recently stayed at W Kuala Lumpur with my family. Unfortunately, my son was injured due to a bathroom drain that wasn’t closed properly. It was a stressful situation for us, but I would like to highlight the excellent assistance we received from the staff, especially Ivy. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and supportive throughout the incident. Her care made a difficult experience much easier to manage.While I hope the hotel improves the safety and maintenance of its facilities to prevent similar issues in the future.

- Climber03261632333 (10/5): Great stay, and even more wonderful service - We stayed on the 30th of October after a difficult flight from Denmark, and were welcomed by a lady who immediately brought us comfort. Even though our room wasn’t ready, she kindly invited us for drinks at the lounge, and somehow understood exactly how tired and grumpy we were. We met her again later that evening, and her warmth made us feel genuinely seen. What surprised us most was how dedicated she was my partner even saw her with a trolley of cakes in the hallway, and we kept wondering what role she held because she seemed to be everywhere. The next morning at breakfast, she was there again at 9 a.m., looking a little tired but still full of warmth. When we returned from our day out, she had left a refreshment in our room, as she knew we were heading out to the Caves and that’s when we realised her name wasn’t Elena, but Elaine. We never received a survey, which truly disappointed us, because she deserves to be recognised for her kindness and dedication. We hope this message reaches her. She made our stay feel cared for, and she made us feel seen. Overall, the room with the Petronas view were remarkable and the Wetdeck was a view better than we had imagined. Here for 2 months and definitely will be back at the rooftop.

First time my family have stayed at W KL and we all very much appreciated the upgrade to make our stay so comfortable and relaxing, including adjoining rooms. Extended family breakfast @ Flock on Sunday (after the wedding) was memorable and so enjoyable. Thanks Brenda, #1 INSIDER Manager across the whole of Asia Pacific, for always managing my stays so seamlessly. First time to meet STYLE Manager, Ila, with whom I had a very constructive and positive conversation on some feedback that I'm confident will be addressed. Lastly many thanks to Farid for taking care of our suite very day, not an easy job but much appreciated!

I have to highlight how amazing a job Elaine Audrey did with welcoming and accommodating us. She is a true superstar in hospitality and was able to assist with all our queries and planning assistance. She made our stay very memorable, showing true care for our interests and enjoyment! - abieechai (10/5): Amazing view and high tech room - Amazing experience at W Kuala Lumpur! Had such a great stay at W Kuala Lumpur! The service here is truly on another level. Special thanks to Aldred Lee from Flock for his wonderful hospitality, he was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience so enjoyable. Also want to give a big shoutout to Ashley at the lobby, he was super helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, the twin tower view in our room is stunning, and the team really makes you feel at home. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in KL, can’t wait to come back! 💜✨

The W brand never fails to deliver and exceed expectations 😊 Despite arriving very late at night due to a long flight delay, the hotel had our room ready and as a Siler Elite member they upgraded our one night stay to a Corner room to make it a special stay. The staff were very responsive at chasing up our lost luggage (lost by the airline) and made our stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was amazing, and staff very assertive. Great selection as always! The pool was great too with fantastic views of the towers. The gym looked good but didn't get to try. We didn't get to spend much time at the hotel but what we did experience was exceptional, with the Whatever Whenever team being 1st class with communication (thank you Sarah and team). W continues to remain best in class, we hope to see you again in future, minus flight delays (!!), and stay for longer time to fully enjoy the facilities

Located right next to KLCC, the suite rooms are stunning with an amazing view facing the iconic Twin Towers. The food was also delicious and exceeded our expectations. - Atsushi (10/5): とても素晴らしい滞在となりました。子供もとても喜んでいました。ありがとうございました。 - 家族4人(子供：1歳、6歳）で利用しました。 スタッフの方がどなたも素晴らしかった。日本語を話せるスタッフの方はいらっしゃらなかったが、それでも親切に対応をしてもらえました。 また早朝クアラルンプール到着便だったため、事前にリクエストしていたアーリーチェックインにも対応していただいた本当にとても感謝しているます。 ホテルの悪い点ではないのですが、滞在期間中ツインタワーで夜間コンサートのようなイベントが連日開催されおり、早めの就寝が出来ず少し苦労しました。
