- Charles (10/5): Awesome - Awesome Everything
- Jason (8/5): - Very well taken care of and spacious. Parking is terrible and the lack of privacy in the bathroom was mind blowing. I have never stayed in a hotel that the bathroom doors do not shut all the way. This needs to be addressed. The sliding door leaves a gap on both sides that while someone is using the restroom you can see every push.

- Dawn (10/5): - Beautiful & clean hotel!
- Bobbi (9/5): Great stay after needing to book so quickly comfortable & friendly - Clean close to restaurants .. the restaurant there was awesome & we were passing through I was having health problem so it was a blessing to us N/A
- Neal (8/5): -
- Billy (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): - Everything was top notch
- Brian (7/5): Expensive for what you get - Beds were comfortable and location was good, close to our family and just off the interstate. Bathroom tub had cracks around the caulking that was full of black mold. Cracks on the ceiling above the shower head with the same black mold in it. Room HVAC control was not great. Set at 73 and the room was cooling to 69 even several hours after I changed the temperature setting.
- Emily (10/5): -
- Larry (10/5): - Vickie at front desk was excellent
- Richard (8/5): - Great staff and nice facilities still being renovated Hotel room seemed bare bones and still being renovated.
- Michael (8/5): Very nice stay. - Everything was nice, if somewhat pricey. The only complaint is the TV and the remote did not agree
- Stephanie (10/5): Vickie at front desk was cery kind and helpful. - Location was convenient Truck noise on highway
- Kathy (6/5): - Breakfast cost money. Was never told until after my husband ate. Assumed it came with cost of room.
- WILLIAM (9/5): -
- Ann (10/5): - The staff was super friendly! The hotel was updated and more importantly clean! The parking lot was well lighted and I felt safe at this property.
- Kristine (10/5): - Friendly helpfuls staff and exercise room
- Jenna (10/5): - 10/10 had no complaints on this property!
- Hollie (10/5): - Great customer service and clean room
- Gina (10/5): Very comfortable - Very comfortable with friendly staff. Nothing
- Nina (10/5): - Customer service was very kind and thorough. We got our room quickly, it was very nice. I slept great, so did my family. Check out was also easy.
- Colleen (6/5): - The shower door kept sliding open and the paint was chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom. The A/c wouldn’t warm up even when temp raised. Wouldn’t stay here again at this price - too many other nearby options.
- Jordan (10/5): - Great place to stay
- James (10/5): - Very nice hotel, it’s right off of the interstate so traffic noise might bother some people. Overall I would recommend staying here.
- James (10/5): Quick in and out during the waystay - The front desk was amazingly kind and friendly!!! Appreciate them very much
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): - Convenient for my stay, but I have Hiton Honors American Express through Bluegreen Vacations, and I do not believe I received my points?
- rachel (6/5): - Checked in at 2:47. Checked in and then went back to request a room not directly in front of elevator. Clerk said no other clean rooms available. 10 minutes later she was checking in several other guests. Asked again if I could move. Said she would go up and call in 10 minutes, never called back. Poor customer service.
- Dan (8/5): Stay - My stay was ok. Not to the level of other Hilton’s I have stayed. Stay was friendly did not go out of their way.
- Jason (9/5): Superb -
- Ashley (10/5): - Nice hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
- Glenn (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (2/5): Very poor - Booked a regular king room, but when I checked in I was given a handicap king room because they said they didn't have a regular king room. I had already paid for room prior to arrival. Shower ran water all in the floor which ruined my wife's house shoes. Traffic from the interstate was extremely loud.
- Vinster7 (10/5): Pleasantly Surprised - Pleasantly surprised and impressed.
We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over the years. This one surprised us.
Check in was quick and painless. The person at the desk (Josh I believe) was very friendly and professional.
Hotel appears to be very well maintained.
The room was very decent size (King Suite) and spotless. Furniture was clean and unstained. Tons of plugs and USB to charge throughout the room. Lighting seemed fine with some interesting backlighting. Plenty of light in the bathroom.
Water pressure was fine in shower.
I think shower doors versus a curtain would have been a better choice. Bathroom does steam up a bit due to no fan.
Room faced interstate but noise was minimal IMO.
A couple of good choices for dining right across the street.
I’m not sure, but I don’t believe some of the pictures posted are from this hotel, the decor doesn’t seem to match.
- Sandra (10/5): - Great service
- Sandra (10/5): - Front desk representatives were very accommodating. They showed they cared about our stay. Housekeeping was exceptionally nice. Appreciate all of you!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - There was a noise that kept click in the wall above the bed that did not allow us to sleep well. We have stayed here many times and will try it once more, but was not well rested for our trip that next morning
- Mark (10/5): Very relaxing few days. - Very clean and friendly. Nothing
- Crass (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable A sign said join us for dinner and drinks from 5 to 7. It was a Sunday night and we were looking forward to just staying in after a long drive but no where on the sign did it say that they didn’t shave it on Sundays. We were disappointed that we had to look for a place to eat. Had we known we would not have been upset.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was fine.
Staff could not have been more helpful and courteous
- Crass (10/5): Exceptional -
- Courtney (6/5): - This property is located close to the soccer fields. It also has several choices for dining around it.
I gave it an average rating because the pool was very, very small. So don't choose this hotel if you want to swim. Also, you have to pay extra for breakfast.
- Randy (10/5): very comfortable and relaxed.AAAAA - Awesome . great everything
- Courtni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marr (4/5): Staff rude when you could find one and no one around - Clean No dinner or bar service
That is why we decided to stay there. It was $50 more per night than surrounding hotels.
- Christopher (4/5): NO WAY!!!!!! - No cook and even when they did breakfast the stove was out and still charged us TWENTY dollars for some burnt biscuits n eggs. No bartender at the bar and we went to the “heated” pool. Absolutely wasn’t heated. Ruined us from hiltons ever again
- Michael (10/5): - In double rooms need to leave 4 towels.
- Michele (6/5): - Garbage left in hallway for 2 days that stunk.
Bar and restaurant not operational.
Disappointed won't return
- Carla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teresa (10/5): Very nice hotel - We stayed two nights visiting family. The hotel was very nice, the room clean and updated. We will be back!
- Larry (10/5): - Everything was great, but the parking lot and walkway was covered with ice. It was obvious no plowing occurred and very little ice melt was used on the walkways.
- Ellie (4/5): Horrible costumer service. - The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean. I had a shower head fly off and hit me mid shower. I remained relaxed about the situation as it wasn't the staffs fault, they switched us rooms and said we could have anything we'd like to make up for the inconvenience. Then they said they could not refund us any money bc we booked on booking.com instead of through them. So I just asked they give us a discount on dinner at their restaurant and they said they couldn't do that either. They said they best they could do was give us some free snacks. We didn't complain (never received the snacks). We went to the hotel restaurant and sat for 40 min with nobody taking our order. The waitress came to our table three times saying "has anyone taken your order yet?" Each time we'd laugh and say no and she would walk away. Finally we stopped a different waitress to place our order. She came back a couple min later and said they could not accommodate my sugar free drink needs other than water. I was okay with that. Then she said everything we had ordered for dinner was out of stock and the only thing available was fried food. So we asked to speak to a manager as the entire experience had been terrible. She never got one so we went to our room and called to request a manager. Never got to talk to one. Instead they sent two salads to our room (which we were told they didn't have) but failed to even send salad dressing.
I'm okay with mistakes happening. We're all human. My issue is even after the mistakes, absolutely nothing was done to make it right. I contacted booking.com about it and they said they tried to work with the hotel to make it right for us and the hotel was not accommodating. I'll never stay here again.
- feenix21 (8/5): Awkward, But Clean Rooms - The room is alright for the most part. Clean, spacious.
The water pressure is not fantastic. The bedroom area has super dim lights, but the bathroom lights up like flood lights in such a small space.
Our shower was designed to have sliding glass doors but instead had an awkward fabric curtain and a curtain rod that just got wet while showering.
Also no complimentary breakfast - starting price is $3 per plate.
- Michele (10/5): - Cleanliness
Kindness
Negative was no free breakfast
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -

- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bart (10/5): - Great hotel for the price with the best Texas Roadhouse I have ever had next door
- Selina (10/5): Exceeded expectations, super clean, super friendly staff - I loved the coffee in room. I’ve noticed in most, the brand of coffee was off brand and gross. The coffee creamer was also a good tasting brand. Really appreciated that Extra blankets and/or pillows
- Verified traveler (10/5): Once - It was industry acceptable.
- Amanda (10/5): - A very large room well maintained. Its going in the memory book...
- VIJAY (8/5): - Lack of sleep during night time becoz of highway vehicles noises
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Room was huge, clean and comfortable.
- Tamara (4/5): - The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was on the 4 th floor all the way in the back. The hotel had a bad and strong odor of sewer .
- Derek (10/5): - Amazing stay!
- Phyllis (10/5): Was a pleasant experience - The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a walk in shower and was very clean. It is close to several restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location.
- Gloria (9/5): Superb -
- Jermiah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (6/5): - No major problems but the hotel needs to be updated. Most of the outlets and charging ports did not work. The TV remote would not adjust the volume.
- ScottF595 (10/5): Convenient and comfy - A nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Only two downsides: it's adjacent to the Interstate, so there's the inevitable highway noise, and breakfast isn't free. But the room was large and bed ensured a good night's sleep (I'd suggest putting the fan on to block our the road).
- Bageland2000 (4/5): Crappy area, decent rooms, breakfast is a joke - This hotel is in your typical highway hotel park with a bunch of hotels and a ton of fast food/fast casual restaurants. It’s right next to the highway, so prepare for endless truck road noise, especially if you get a room facing the road.
Also, when I was checked in, the receptionist did nothing to orient me to anything in the hotel. I asked a bunch of questions, which she did thankfully know the answers to.
My major reason for leaving this review is their joke of a breakfast. Every American hotel on earth with a continental breakfast hosts the same setup and food. This Hilton Garden Inn is not different, only they have the audacity to charge $18 for it. Also, breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, but they were still setting it up at 6:30 when I arrived. I was your typical pre-cooked sausage/oily bacon with honeydew melon and a waffle station. I definitely won’t be staying here next time I’m in the area. I feel ripped off.
- Brianna (6/5): Pleasant -
- Austin (6/5): - This is a nice hotel but it is overpriced for what you get. The price per night was way too much, but we were stuck having to book there.
- Kingrey (9/5): very nice, clean, comfy. Get a new breakfast staff! - Too expensive for what was served. Was comparable to free continental breakfast at an average hotel. The breakfast staff was rude. She hollered across the room at my husband as he was preparing his waffle. She yelled "stop!" in an angry and loud manor. She didn't like the way he was preparing his waffle.
- Cathy (10/5): - Cleanliness!
- jeanna (10/5): - room and bedding was clean
- Clint (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (10/5): Comfy and clean - Quite and clean room Only 1 bartender the two nights there for the entire bar. She did fantastic but overwhelmed.
- world_traveler_5859 (6/5): OK - This was ok, it was clean, but it was the most poorly lit room I've ever stayed in. Really could have used some ceiling lights. Plus, dual smoke detectors flashed 24/7 so even when dark, the blinking lights kept me up. Strong lysol smell in room. Friendly front desk staff immediately offered a discount.
- James (4/5): - The air conditioner was very very loud and I could not turn it off to sleep. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Very lumpy. Otherwise, the room was clean and everything was very nice inside
- angelajM25QQ (10/5): BEST IN TOWN - My family and I have been to Elizabethtown several times visiting family and we have stayed at all of the better hotels in town. No doubt, the Hilton Garden Inn is the best in town. It's the only one that has the luxury vibe you would find in a big city. We love the beds and water pressure is fantastic. I believe we have found our home away from home.
- janesI2256IX (10/5): PERFECTION - Unforgettable 5-Star experience at the Hilton Garden Inn!! The check-in was seamless, and our room was clean/comfortable! The entire hotel had a modern but cozy feel. I highly recommend checking out the restaurant and bar in the evenings! Will definitely be returning!
- iris hee (10/5): - Clean and Breakfast
- Michael (8/5): - There is construction nearby so not a lot of spots for your pup to go potty. Very close to the interstate too but the rooms were quiet. Clean and well kept. Would stay here again.
- Laura (7/5): It was nice but not happy about the different price I had to pay - Location The total was supposed to be 212.96 and I was charged 236
- Kent (10/5): Good location - Location. Cleanliness
- Cory (10/5): Exceptional - The app based check in and room key are amazing.
- Theresa (10/5): - Great hotel! Very courteous staff!
- Ksy (8/5): Very nice, reserved room at very last minute and it was lovely. - I was disappointed that the breakfast was not complimentary. Attendants at the breakfast area were friendly, attentive. Communications from chck in clerk could have been better.
