The owners were very happy to provide advice and answer questions on a variety of topics. Facilities available for private indoor and outdoor cooking of food that you brought with you. Ha a kitchenette, bedroom, sitting room, and private porch. Nice garden as well. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable.

Host knows a lot about the history of Ekestad en informs about all kind of places of interest including telling the story about it. You can have breakfast (SEK 125 pp pd) but the kitchen is compleet, so you better make it yourself.
- Eva (10/5): Nice and quiet b&b - The owners are really friendly people, also with good tips about the area. The b&b itself is also great. Quiet surroundings, nice furniture/decoration and it has everything you need including a barbecue.
- Imme (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay in the middle of nature and with very helpful hosts. There is a nice terrace to enjoy the evening sun and two great rooms with a comfortable couch in the living room. Everything was very clean and we were provided with both a baby bed and a baby chair free of charge. If you come by car, there is so much to explore nearby - we can highly recommend the lunch and icecream in Camp Immeln, lunch at Vänga 77.1 (especially the moose burger!) and taking the ferry to Ivö. And of course taking a swim in the many lakes if the weather is nice :)
