- D2020 (8/5): - Simple, decent amenities and wish the bed and futon can be thicker and more cushions. Kitchen open, sink is big enough. Like the TV with Roku. One dining chair is kind of broken. Most Furniture and apt conditions are bit outdated. Love the washer/dryer. Rained few days I was there, flooded on crosswalks everywhere.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very good location, reasonable price. The apartment had the bare minimum. It would've been nicer if they invested a little more in the room. They should've communicated that parking overnight was very costly and hard to come by.
- Howard (6/5): Centrally located but a bit worn - Centrally located near Lincoln Road and the Convention Center and not too far from Alton Road and Collins Avenue businesses. Really convenient if you are in town for events at the Convention Center or need to be in South Beach. Also, a convenient spot to arrange Uber and Lyft rides as it is in a not so busy part of town. The building is a bit noisy and has other hotel.com and Airbnb types of guests. It would have been incredibly helpful if the owners would leave more than one small bar of soap as well as coffee to be used with the drip coffee maker. The Japanese futon was not too comfortable and would not be comfortable as a bed. The furniture is a bit work and rickety

- Marie (6/5): - I loved that the property was to far from the beach and shopping areas the parking is terrible they should really let people park in front of the place that they are staying at we had to pay for parking every night 40-50 dollars and then the apartment was okay I called for towels and I didn’t get them till the day before we wa leaving so I had to buy towels it had some type of black bugs in the kitchen or something I would clean every night and it would come back same area same place creeped me out and I would inform the people and nothing happen in the kitchen where we eat at disgusting the sheets and comforter was not cleaned smelled terrible old blood satins on pillow cases it was not what I expected they really need to update and clean and I bet they well get more business happier customers that would love to come back because it is a great area to be
