Thomas (6/5): - Posizione strategica per i turisti. Nel centro del Poblado. La colazione non è in struttura ma in una struttura ad un isolato di distanza ( 4 min a piedi ). Molto piacevole. Dispone inoltre di tappi anti rumore per la notte. Camera spaziosa è dotata di ogni confort.

Norman (8/5): Poor management - This time at stay at the 202, with the Jacuzzi. this unit has 2 bedrooms, and I will say that is better than the 103 they need to replace the beds. Again, my only complaint is the management and their decision making on charging for extra towel and extra keys. This place does not have a back power generator, so the light went out I was screw for over 24 hours
Norman (6/5): Again, at the same place - Great location, but unfortunately the hotel manager wants to act like a big hotel but have implemented rules that are for hostels, charging extra for towels and room keys, on a room that allow 6 persons he only allow 3 keys, the checking person ignore every request that was asked. Overall, the team is pretty good with a few exceptions. Stay at room 103, 3 bedrooms and a pool great for meetings

Area, too small, didn't have King size bed, missing remotes, no access to one of the TVs, patio door needs to have a screen to allow patio or to stay open for fresh air and to keep insects out.

papi1096 (8/5): Location Location Location! - This is a small Boutique Hotel near Parque LLeras. We rented all but one room for our get away. Each room has its own charm and something that the other does not. One has a private swimming pool. One comes with a roof deck and Hot tub. One has a 2 person jacuzzi. One has a balcony overlooking the street. Amenities are assigned to each individual unit... Guest have only access to what is in their unit.. Like I mentioned we had all but one room so I was able to enjoy everything that was offered. Look at the pictures and decide what unit has what you prefer before booking. Tons and I do mean tons of restaurants within (safe) walking distance. I stayed in the unit with the heated swimming pool. 3 bed 3 bath, kitchenette small sitting area and a pool amazing!!! The good: 1) Extremely Safe 2) Daily housekeeping walking distance to ALL nightlife and food. The Bad: 1) No hotel staff here. In fact you have to call their sister hotel, located one block over. They will send someone to greet you do check in and hand you your room key. A bit of inconvenient and time consuming. 2) Noisy!! Lots of foot traffic (not car traffic) and music till 4 am (not an issue for us as we got back to our room at sunrise. LOL) Tons of Construction going on in the area so you will be awoken at 7am. 4) Although my room was clean and smelled nice. I did find a pair of woman underwear at the bottom of my bed, between the sheets. Leaving me to believe that the sheets where not changed before our arrival. ( taken care of immediately by staff). Final thought: Clean safe place to stay within walking distance to Parque LLeras. Will definitely return.

The room was more like a mini apartment, basic cooking facilities too. No reception, but you are given a number if you need assistance, and the hotel down the road is owned by the same people if you need help. I didn't have my room cleaned for the whole 5 nights

Before I get into how gorgeous and accessible the place was I’ll start with the location. We were by everything you need and could think of. Almost all within walking distance. Groceries, pharmacy, liquor, BEST RESTAURANTS, barbers, you name it and it was there. The fact that everything was so accessible you wouldn’t believe as nice a place could coexist. But it does. We had enough room for everyone and the common pool area was the main hangout spot. Great spot to take photos. The jacuzzi on the roof deck was a great experience. As well as the other jacuzzi tub. Very fancy. It was great. Own bathroom and bedroom and affordable! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you again.
1202marianae (10/5): Great place - I was in this hotel Viktory boutique a week ago. The place is very nice, is near to Parque Lleras there are many restaurants,hotels and discos. You must into the jacuzzi and my friends and i bought a spa plan you have to a relaxing massage that include the plan you can bring drinks to have a great time with yours friends or your couple. I liked the most was be in the jacuzzi and the massage i really liked this. I would go back because you can have a very good time with your friends just like i was but also with the couple. I recommend this place is very beautiful, cool and is in the city you don't need to go far if you are in Medellin.
