- Chris (10/5): Ja lekker - Super vriendelijk personeel. We konden binnen de poort de motoren kwijt. Het zwembad was lekker diep. Ontbijt was heel erg goed. 8 minuutjes lopen naar de old town, maar onderweg wel 3 bahn mi plekjes dus je hebt iedere keer weer wat uit te proberen. Niks viel tegen.

Has dated a bit since the picture were taken, could do with a spruce up. Aircon didn’t work for our entire stay.

- welling (9/5): - De eigenaar van het hotel is echt super vriendelijk, en ook de andere mensen die er werken zijn heel behulpzaam en aardig. Het zwembad is hartstikke fijn en de bedden zijn lekker zacht.
- Knapp (2/5): Man owner is aggressive. Bugs all over the wall and in the room air conditioning unit not adequate. On a busy street. - This hotel is located in a busy noisy street. Upon arriving to the location, the lady at the front desk was very nice and help me carry my bags up to the room. There were a lot of different bugs all through the walls walking up to my room once we got in the room was so hot you could barely breathe in it. The nice lady tried to help me with the remote for the cooling system and stated “I really don’t know how to work it”, but it was blowing some mild cool air. I waited two hours with the air-conditioning on and still could not breathe in the room. I had booked for five nights. Still sweating and not being able to breathe I decided to book another hotel. I didn’t unpack my bag. I took my things down and told them I could not breathe and the room is not cooling down. I went out to my ride and the owner chased me down to my ride opened the door standing over me and made me give you money for the few hours I was there. I explained to him and the woman again that there is no Adequate air-conditioning in the room and no ventilation. I did not dirty the room. I sat on the bed for two hours. He screamed leaning in the car door over me while holding my door open that I had the room booked for 5 days. I stated I cannot help that you gave false information on the website that you have air-conditioned rooms he continue to stand over me and made me feel unsafe and scared for my life. I pulled out $25 and he walked away. When I canceled the booking on booking’s website he posted that my booking was canceled for free. When I picked my bag up in the room to go downstairs, there were a little ants all over my bag. I didn’t even take anything out of it. This has been the worst experience I have been in Vietnam for almost a month now and never encountered anything like this. The lady up from was very nice

- Thomas (10/5): Paisible - La Zen Hoian Villa se trouve à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville, juste assez à l’écart pour profiter des équipements et de la piscine dans un cadre calme. Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille. Le personnel, très sympathique, est toujours prêt à vous aider à planifier votre séjour. Ils nous ont réservé l’excursion pour My Son ainsi que le bus de nuit pour notre départ, après un séjour sur l’île Cham. Ils nous ont même permis de revenir déposer nos bagages et de profiter de la piscine en attendant que le bus nous récupère, malgré une interruption de trois jours dans notre réservation. Nous remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe et recommandons vivement ce homestay.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hjalp os med at booke en dagtur samt hjalp med at skaffe transport til lufthavnen. Kan varmt anbefales😊 Der var intet, vi ikke kunne lide - men der er selvfølgelig lidt larm fra gaden - men den kunne man høre, når teressedøren var lukket.

- Brian (8/5): Comfortable - The room was great it had a nice patio to sit and relax but it’s a shared patio so anyone can go up there too (no one did). The street seems new so they are starting to built stuff around. The old town is a 15-20 min walk relatively close. Pool was very clean. Upon payment they said it was cash only and I told them the website says you accept card he said the machines doesn’t work. After back and forth he tried with the machine and it worked. Not sure what that was about so just be aware.

- Ma (9/5): Sunset on my balcony. - I like my spacious room. Clean but basic. It has what you will usually need. Anyhow Tri is always helpful if you need something. I wish the toilet has a shower curtain to keep the place drier. The back balcony has view of the Buddhist temple which i enjoyed, and the front balcony overlooks the road and sunset view was a bonus. It's a quiet place to stay. They have a small garden which i like. I am on the 3rd floor so I needed help for my luggage, mind you there is no lift. You can walk to old town but I always needed a ride max 30k.on motor bike. Would I stay again? Yes for the price and safety and on the same room only 😃. No lift. My tv didn't work not a big deal. No shower curtain.

- Alice (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay at Zen Hoian. We clean and spacious room. The staff were helpful and attentive. We had a delicious breakfast each morning. It was my fiends birthday and they had a lovely sign up for her and flowers. Only a 10 minute walk to the fabulous pole town. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
- Kari (9/5): Lovely, clean, quiet - Room was nice and spacious and we received daily housekeeping. The bathroom and shower were nice although there was one evening we couldn’t get hot water. The rest of the time we had hot showers though. The host was lovely although a bit difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. The location is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town but we came to enjoy the walk. Grab car is also easily available if needed!

There is a pool at the front of the hotel & sun loungers to relax. My room was very spacious & the bed comfortable. The bathroom & shower was a good size too. The room was nice & bright with large windows. The room also has a balcony, which overlooks a (Paddy Field & large temple) This was such a added bonus, as this was so serene. Watching people tending to their crops & listening to prayers from the temple. My room was very clean. The hosts were very helpful & friendly. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, but because I enjoyed the hotel & the nearby area, I booked a extra night. I would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again. It is close to the Old town. It is a 12 minute walk.

- Maciek (8/5): Very good - The staff were eager to help. We asked if one of the bikes had a child seat, but unfortunately no. The next day they went and bought one, specifically for us! Really kind! The rooms were big and reasonably comfortable. When we had the room on the ground floor, we came back in the afternoon and found the door to be unlocked and open for anyone to come in. The owner said the housekeeper forgot to close it. As if that was all just fine, and he couldn't imagine why that would upset us! We were later moved to a room upstairs, which closes with a key card automatically so it was no longer an issue

- Didier (10/5): A modern B&B with a relaxed vibe in a more quiet part of Hoi An. - Nicely appointed villa with large, clean rooms; updated bathroom; and balcony. The host couple is warm and helpful. The location is about a 10min walk to the Ancient Town of Hoi An, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still accessible. Bicycles are available for guests (recommended!). Breakfast is fairly basic and could be upgraded, but this is more of a suggestion than a criticism. Bikes need updating as well.

- Tabassum (6/5): Below average - Room was okay. One towel which they give us to keep on the floor, it was dirty. Stain was on it so looked dirty not fully whiite. After cleaning up, the next day they didnt change fresh towels because towels were wet. Also, no mirror in the room. Shelf in the bathing area was broken. Nothing to keep toiletries when you take shower. They didnt take away the trash can even after cleaning.

- Niamh (10/5): 10/10 - Everything was perfect! I can’t praise the staff enough, they were so friendly and accommodating. They organised a taxi from the airport and our flight was delayed by several hours and there was no problems. They upgraded our rooms so we could be on the same floor as our friends. They organised bike rental for us. We were also able to use the pedal bikes the hotel had free of charge. The breakfast every morning was 10/10. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful, big and always spotlessly clean. Absolutely nothing!!

Great value for money. We had the hotel to ourselves so we enjoyed a private pool :) The location is great if you don’t mind walking as it is not in the old town, 15 min walk.

A short 10-15 minute walk took you jnto the beautiful old quarter, so great for access to other amenities. Bikes available to take into town too Air con/fans very noisy, sometimes got a smell of drains in the bathroom. Other than that, nothing absolutely fab
- Thomas (9/5): Great stay - Really nice clean room and comfortable bed. Pool was great with comfy sun beds. Friendly staff and good additional facilities such as a reliable laundry service and free bicycles. Location quite awkward to find for grabs. Small issues: Bottled water was in the fridge upon arrival so we assumed this was complimentary, the water was also restocked daily with no mention of cost. However, upon check out we were informed that there was a 10k VND charge per bottle and so were billed for all water used. I would also not recommend booking the basket boat tour in bamboo village, it consists solely of 30 minutes of slow crab fishing so was extremely overpriced at 500k VND for 2 people.

The location was awkward down a dirt trail / construction path 15 mins from town. The staff didn’t speak very good English. The pool area was a lot smaller in person and looked a lot better in pictures . The hotel was more of a home stay than a hotel.

Everyone who worked here was so lovely and welcoming and always helpful such as helping out with future transfers etc also always greeting you with a big smile making you feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely a good choice of things. The facilities are really good massive room with everything you need and the pool is a really nice added feature. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Hoi An!

- Adam (10/5): Lovely Villa - The host is exceptional, most welcoming and helpful, with a beautiful family. The villa consists of rooms all with balconies, that were clean, tidy and modern. The villa offered an outdoor pool with sun loungers and there were drinks available to be purchased to. As we were headed to Da Nang after with a tour, we had issues transporting luggage up, however the owner was most kind to drive and deliver our luggage for a reasonable price. The location is about a 12/15 min walk to the centre where attractions, restaurants and bars are. However, the owner did offer us bikes, we did decide to get a Grab which was about £1.
- Donna (9/5): Perfect stay away from the craziness of Hoi An old town. - We loved this owner run villa, enough away from the crazy tourist area of Hoi An. The room was perfect for our needs, quite a large size with a small balcony overlooking the rice field at the back. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well maintained. As it was hot at the time of our stay we used the pool many times. The owner and staff were very helpful with anything we needed including organizing a scooter. Close to local eateries and minimart. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory with fresh squeezed OJ. Would definitely stay again. Nothing
- Sarah (9/5): Great accommodation in Hoi An - This accommodation is great, walking distance from the old town and a short grab from the beach and other destinations. The pool provided some much needed relief during the hot days, the bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the better ones we used while travelling Vietnam. The staff were great and assisted us with laundry and transport to the airport when we left. We also arrived really early (7:30am) unexpectedly after catching a sleeper bus, however we were able to check in early and that honestly made our trip. Would recommend Zen Hoian Villa! It was a little hard to find the place when we first arrived because it was right up the end of a lane/dirt road but a few people helped point us in the right direction and it was a lovely area. Apart from that there were no issues!

- Rosie (10/5): Amazing hotel, would recommend- wish we stayed longer - amazing staff, so attentive and welcoming, allowed us to have a ball in the pool and play our music, they also ordered us drink and delivered it to us and arranged our washing and motorbikes. the property is very well maintained with lovely big, clean and modern rooms. the pool is lovely and well needed in the hot weather. best hotel we have stayed at in south east Asia. would recommend to anyone. nothing
