- Min Young (9/5): 완벽한 위치와 편리한 시설 - 위치가 해운대해수욕장에서 도보로 1분이라 정말 좋고 객실도 부분오션뷰여서(오륙도가 보임) 너무 좋았습니다. 객실내 미니주방, 세탁기, 큰냉장고, 수납장 등등 잘되어있어 정말 편리했고 하루에 세탁세제도 한개씩 무료로 제공됩니다(리셉션). 청소도 원하는 날에 미리 예약하면 가능하고 3층에 피트니스센터도 이용 가능합니다. 무엇보다 예전에 묵었을때 아쉬웠던 딱딱한 침대 매트리스가 바뀌었던데 이번에는 너무 편안했습니다. 진짜 가성비가 너무 좋아서 흠 잡기가 미안할 정도인데 객실내 가구들과 벽지, 바닥재가 낡아서 군데군데 뜯겨진 부분이 있습니다. 생활하기에 불편하진 않지만 보기에 조금 좋지는 않았습니다. 저는 그래도 다음에 부산을 방문할때 또 여기에 묵을겁니다.

- Yi Ling (8/5): 如果要在海雲台待上幾天挺方便的~ - 1.地點方便距離海雲台海邊步行約3-5分鐘即可抵達，樓下有超商。 2.櫃台可以寄放行李及電子衣櫥，如需多拿瓶裝水需要另外付費。 3.房間內地板稍微有點灰塵，不過房內附有廚房，要下廚的話工具很齊全，鍋子、碗盤、筷子、湯匙、洗碗精、熱水壺都有；另有洗衣機(無洗衣劑)，雖然沒有陽台，不過衣櫃打開仍有曬衣架可以掛衣服。 4.電梯有三部，等候速度不會太久，房間剛好是高樓層的邊間且面向停車場，晚上挺安靜的。 1.床很軟，有點不習慣。

On était très bien installées ! La literie était bonne, ! A 2 pas de la plage et des boutiques, c'est super bien placé ! Le rapport qualité prix est top ! Le personnel est souriant et serviable! On a la possibilité de laisser nos bagages avant ou après le check-in/check-out ! le ménage est fait tous les jours, inclus dans le service/prix de la chambre ! La literie était bonne, mais les draps et serviettes méritent d'être plus inspectées, il y avait pas mal de tâches sur la couette de ma fille et certaines serviettes n'étaient pas si blanches ! On a eu une chambre vue parking dommage !

Even though it's a few minutes away from the train station it is still walkable. It's near the beach and a lot of establishment.

- Alexandru (3/5): If you want a budget stay, it's fine, but it's not a 4 star hotel - Close to the beach, very good price and they didn't charge me for the extra bed. This is not a hotel, it more like a student dorm, I don't know how they got 4 stars but it's not even a 2-star hotel. There are multiple "hotels" in the same building, even on the same floor, walls are dirty and with holes in them, the "reception" is in another building and it's very dirty. Staff is not that helpful and a bit rude, and it's very hard to communicate with them.

- Jay (10/5): - 출장으로 갔구요, 레지던스라서 간단한 조리도구와 세탁기가 있어서 선택했습니다.. 일 끝나고 저녁에 쉬면서 라면 끓여 먹고 세탁기 돌려서 빨래 하고 싶었거든요. 그 목적 하나만으로도 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 바닥 난방이라 엄청 따뜻했어요. 저처럼 출장이나 가성비 있는 숙박을 원하시는 분께 추천드립니다, 기념일이나 이벤트로 방문하기에는 시설이 조금 노후화되어 있어요. 그게 나쁘다는 건 아니고, 그래도 깨끗하게 청소되어 있어서 좋았습니다.

- Ryan (8/5): - Moved here after staying somewhere noisy and it was a perfectly quiet place to stay, without being too far from the main drag of Haeundae. Largest room we've had so far in Korea. Bed was comfy, facilities were good, staff helpful. The showers here leak everywhere, bathroom always wet. Elevators were slow.
- Ritsuko (6/5): お値段以上 - 立地がとにかく良くて海雲台ビーチにもミポ駅にも歩いて行けるし、周辺にはコンビニ、飲食店、お土産屋さんなんでもあってとても動きやすかったです 壁は薄いので音は気になります 景色はビルだけ
- 안 (5/5): - 바닷가랑 가까워서 좋았습니다 세탁기 먼지가 엄청났습니다 주방도 너무 더러웠구요 객실은 쏘쏘했습니다
- Ha (7/5): Chỗ nghỉ tốt nhưng nhân viên cực kì tệ hại - Địa điểm tốt, gần bãi biển và điểm tham quan the sky X Busan. Nhân viên có thái độ không niềm nở với khách, xem thường khách. Tôi đã trả tiền tiền cho extra time mà nhân viên lại tự ý dọn đồ tôi ra khỏi phòng vì tôi trễ nửa tiếng. Thật là một trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất tôi từng có dù đu lịch nhiều nơi. Chỗ ở rất hài lòng, ngoại trừ nhân viên quá tệ khiến tôi không bao giờ muốn quay lại hay giới thiệu với người khác.

- 소정 (10/5): - 전체적으로 청결하고 쾌적한 점이 넘 좋았습니다. 같이 묵으신 저희 어머니의 주부 기준 청결점수 100점이라고 하셨어요. 위치도 바로 바다 근처이고, 해운대시장도 가까워요. 또 주차도 편했구요. 1층에 편의점이 있는 점도 좋았어요. 이 와중에 가격도 저렴해서 아주 만족스런 숙소였습니다. 없습니다!
