- Adam (1/5): Pathetic - The apartment was problematic from the start. No batteries in TV remote, noisy surroundings, electric shorted out when using oven, a contentious manager who communicated through WhatsApp and told me to be grateful for the parking which was advertised as coming with the unit. Codes and a door lock that Houdini would have had problems with. Filthy apartment when we arrived. I tipped the Arab worker because I think he is underpaid. Had to buy a broom handle and dust pan along with tissues and batteries. That was done because manager told me to do so and would reimburse me. No big deal that he didn't.
No grab bars on the shower. Mom couldn't bathe. All in all an experience walking on eggshells. Better management.

- Abe (10/5): Wonderful surprise to find such a new and modern condo so close to the outstkirts of Mea Shearim! - The instructions were in writing and easy to follow. Security in the building was good. Good value.
Hotels in the area of equal quality would have been double the price with half the space. Air conditioning
was instant. Full kitchen including platta and pots and pans. No doubt the permanent residents look after
their unit well, it speaks for itself, as do the neighbours in this eight storey condo building. who recommend it.
Building is fairly new (8 years old) and is well kept. Mostly permanent residents (many Europeans and Americans,
all speak English). While gentrified and modern, neighbourhood is still traditional.
. Excellent location. Next door to Rav Kook famous home/synagogue, on the outskirts of Mea Shearim.
Great local colour. Perfect to get to the major shopping downtown areas on Jaffa Street ang King George
Street on foot. Excellent shopping, especially Judaica on Ben Yehuda Street or (less expensive and more
selection if you don't mind walking over to Mea Shearim Street several short blocks away, where there
are some very nice new modern stores). All amenities are in the area.

The apartment is very clean and well suited for 2 to 3 people.
The only Cons I saw was that it needs a curtain on the bottom of the windows in the living room and kitchen for total privacy, and the shower in the bathroom needs to be replaced.
It would also be nice to have instructions on how to use the washer because it’s not that easy to figure out.
Everything else was great, and the response time to my questions was very quick.
We had a great time in Israel !

- za (8/5): - The property is well located, has a laundry machine which is super convenient when you return from the daily tours. It is quiet and I liked it.
The only issue we had was with the check-in. In the instruction sheet they talk about a "blue chip" that will give you access to the building's main door. Well, that chip was actually inside the apartment. I do not know how one can access the chip inside the apartment if one can not pass the main door of the building. I sneaked it when another tenant was coming out. I felt like a thief but I was so tired...I needed to go to sleep. Once inside the building, I called the FeelHome phone number and they were very responsive. Thank you really. I do appreciate that.
