• Asger (4/5): - Not worth the price at all, we moved after the first night, having booked for two nights. The room was dirty and the photos online didn't live up to the reality.
• Steve (2/5): Awful, complete a waste of money, we wasted nearly £200 with the cost of getting there, I wouldn’t recommend this resort - The location is beautiful On arrival we were told we had to pay cash for the lodge and a cash deposit when we said we didn’t have enough cash we were taken on the back of a scooter to the cash point, the staff can not speak any English & the place is very tired and dirty. There was nowhere to get a drink and food was limited and we felt like we were a problem for asking for the restaurant to open, there was no hot water, the shared communal kitchen area was abandoned so you couldn’t use it even if you wanted too. The decking was broken and you had to be careful where you walked, the shower block was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for a long time

• Christophorus (9/5): Stay at Orchard Home - View Scenery Dome Rooms Close to River Comfortable Rooms Bathroom in dome section are outside Large Resort, only way to get around is by shuttle bus. Would be more convienient if we could bring our car in. But not a huge issue

• Anne (1/5): A creepy experience - The view on the river, next to the national park. Unless you enjoy being in creepy place, don't go there. We booked a dome for a night and it was a pure scam. The dome was dirty, the windows were not clean since a few months min, we could barely see through them. We arrived at 1PM and the room was not ready before 2:30PM even if the hotel seems completely empty. No one is speaking english so you can't get any information or ask anything. While waiting for the room we had no choice to go to the hotel restaurant because the hotel is far from everything : on google maps it does not look far but they are charging 300k VND for a return trip to the city which is 5km away from the hotel. The restaurant is a huge canteen for mass local tourism, as the hotel, where you can choose a unique menu for the full table. Tables are for 10 people min, dirty dishes are left on empty tables, tablecloths on tables ready for new guests are full of holes, dirt, crumbs, chairs are all rusty, toilets are dirty and clogged, no toilet paper. For the dome also, toilets were clogged, even after hotel intervention. Lamps were broken, door could not close properly, no safe in the room. The website pictures must have been taken 10 years ago and nothing has been maintained since. The price is absolutely not on par with the quality and the rating they are claming on websites. Everything looks worn and old, unless you like creepy experience, don't waste your money and avoid this hotel.

• Mark (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful with great staff - Short stairs to neat waterfall ! Waterfall view room is best because overlooking waterfall and great for sleeping sounds. Staff helpful to get whatever you need. Thuy went and picked a papaya for me! Family run. Nice garden with great views.

Wir fragten ob wir einen Roller mieten können das es bis zu dem nächst möglichen Restaurant 7km waren,auch nach mehr maligen fragen keine Antwort. Wir sind abgereist was macht man ohne Restaurant und fahrbaren Untersatz in der Anlage?
